After using Value City Furniture for 8 years, my couch cushions needed to be replaced. I took them down to Blawnox Upholstery, and Miranda was prompt and professional in asking me what I was looking for. After assessing my cushions, she gave me a price that was lower than my expectations (not knowing how much it would cost), and within a week, the cushions were done, and looked new. The foam is a better quality grade than I originally had, and she advised me not to go firmer, and Im glad I didnt. Im extremely satisfied with the work they did, and would recommend them to anyone looking to refresh their furniture. Thanks!

I rescued an extremely cool but extremely disgusting antique couch from my parents’ barn with a huge hole in the back containing a mouse nest, covered in droppings and urine stains. I vacuumed it off and doused it in Lysol so it would be sanitary but didn’t think anyone would be willing to work on it. To the contrary, Blawnox accepted the project without a second thought, gave me a reasonable quote, and restored it to a work of art that is now the highlight of my living room.

We had the cushions for our outdoor furniture redone. Our experience here was exceptional. The people are great. The owners, Mike and Miranda, were very helpful and insightful as they guided us through the cushion and fabric selection. They picked up our furniture and took it back to the shop to ensure a proper fit. They understand the concept of customer service and quality, they dont just pay it lip service. We would highly recommend them.

Find someone else!!!!Despite several wonderful years using this upholsterer and giving them multiple customers in the end I was treated Very shabbily. Due to the death of both my parents, I was forced to leave my job there for quite a long time. I did call however to assure them I still wanted the work done and they assured me through emails that they had many customers going through hard times and everything was fine. I had paid half down And they had my word as a good 20 year customer. It Did not matter. When I went back to get the job completed, they wanted to up charge me claiming it cost more this year than last. I explained we had a contract for a specific amount. They even tried to charge me storage without letting me know up front that would happen. That’s something you tell the customer at the begging. Eventually They did the right thing, returning my sofa and downpayment but It was a fight and I can no longer recommend them. I was nice and polite for what good it did me. DONT disagree Or prove they’ve done things wrong or they will treat you badly and refuse to work with you. All they had to do was complete the work for the agreed upon price. Btw they retuned the sofa... but not the seat cushions and it cost me a lot to get new ones made!

They did a terrific job replacing the foam in my couch cushions again. So long, deep-seated resentment for my couch!

The staff at Blawnox Upholstery was really great. I needed help with a tiny project, and they were wonderful - patient, helpful, spent plenty of time with me. The furniture in the store looks gorgeous. Highly recommend!

We finally have the couch that we really wanted! Looked all around at new couches, but decided to recover our existing couch. We really wanted a queen sleeper sofa, and Blawnox Upholstery did a very good job recovering ours. They also recovered our wing chair and it turned out perfect. Thank you Michael, Miranda and team!

The owner is very friendly. Very helpful. We went sure which density of cushion to use in our replacements and she steered us in the right direction. The cushions are even more comfortable now than when we first bought the couch. We saved thousands of dollars going with this route. The price is in line with what other reputable places quoted online. Over the phone they quoted a 2-3 day turn around and then had it ready the next day. I would highly recommend this business.
