Great place for educational toys and games! The staff are always friendly and the store is always neat, clean, and well stocked.

Great place for kids.

I wanted a certain Squishmallow and they only had one but the issue was that it had a stain on it. When I told them about the stain, they said I could take it out with a Tide stick?? I hadn’t even bought it yet. They still wanted full price for damaged goods. Who would want to buy a stained one at full price? Highly unprofessional. If you’re looking for Squishmallows, I highly recommend Hallmark (cheaper prices too).Edit to the response: You we’re going to sell it to me with the blemish so I’m not too sure what you’re talking about not selling it. You tried selling it to me by offering for me to clean it. Hopefully you really do donate it.

Well. This place is pretty amazing. They had everything my kids are into. One is 13 and one is 9 and they were in absolute heaven. Its like they KNOW what kids are into. I spent too much but prices were not offensive, especially considering the location. Staff is lovely as well.

This store was really good. Appropriate things for kids. Not that many baby thing, but the things they do have are pretty good. I do recommend this location. Good prices. Also good service. Has fidgets, legos, squish mellows, and way more. I can list for days. Also books! Please come to this location if you are looking for fun and easy things to do. Thank you!

I was disappointed that they didnt have more of a selection of squishmallows for being a fidget store. A little expensive but thats all popular toys nowadays.

It was our first visit. Loved the collection, very educational and creative as the name shows learning express.

Im a big fan of Learning Express! The kiddos are 9 and 1.5. I can always find something perfect for them when visiting this store.Most of the toys encourage imagination, curiosity and discovery. Thats what we like.Lots Melissa and Doug toys, which are very safe and well manufactured. We just bought some fun puzzles.

So misleading. Bait and switch to get you in the store. Advertise a sale but not what they advertise. Way overpriced!

Absolutely horrid customer service. We were sold a broken set of walkie talkies and when we tried to return them, they took them in the back, came back and told my wife they were fine, and sent her out the door. Life gets in the way and we come back to get armloads of toys for this Christmas with the broken walkie talkies in hand. Now they tell us its outside of the return window, despite the fact we tried to return them within the window and were blown off.

We are so happy that the Learning Express at the Galleria is open, albeit modifiedoperations at this point. We were ableto find the perfect present! (It was not available elsewhere.) As usual, we received excellent service!

I have been to this store many times for the past 8 years I lived in Mt. Lebanon, and one strange incident made me not ever want to go there again. I have been part of Learning Express guest list for few years, last week my son bought a toy and the man who is always there didn’t ask me if I was part of the guest list. So I asked him and he said that they are not doing that program again!! Today 9/26/2018 I was there with my son and I overheard the same man ask a lady checking out (buying $5 worth of stuff) if she was on their guest list. Not sure if the man was lazy and didn’t want to look me up, or just doesn’t like me, or just likes certain people of certain race! But I will not be spending a penny there.

An upscale toy store that has a lot of learning toys but still has enough other styles of toys to keep everyone happy what is best now is that with Toys R Us closing it gives us other options to be able to take care of our children and all of their toy needs

Lots of kids stuff which are usually not found in toys r us or any other stores. Lots of toys are very helpful to teach your kids and keep them engaged. This is a nice store with every price range gifts for kids as well.
