I have used City Wide for a number of years ...I just had a new garage door installed. The young man that they sent took his time and did an excellent job. I also needed some maintenance to a second door...they sent an extra man and truck to accomplish this work. They were done is a timely manner and for a reasonable price. I highly recommend them A+...

CItywide replaced our garage door springs and did a fantastic job! They were able to squeeze us in same day when other companies we contacted either couldn’t for almost a week or didn’t have the needed supplies on hand. They were in and out in under an hour and the technicians were very kind and professional. They were also the only company we contacted who were upfront with their prices and everything was done at a very good price. We will definitely be contacting them again in the future for any other garage door needs!

Citywide Garage Door was extremely helpful with a situation of my garage door opener that was opening the neighbors garage door as well. The company that installed my motor (not Citywide) told me the only solution was to have the neighbor purchase a new unit or they could just remove my unit, refund me and I’d have to get someone else to install a different unit. So I called Citywide. Kelly was so helpful walking us through trying to reset the machines and even went as far as calling the manufacturer. She went out of her way to save us time and money, considering we weren’t even her customer. Kelly helped us resolve the issue with the manufacturer at no extra cost to us or the neighbor. Highly recommend Citywide!!!

I came home to a broken garage door spring and being new to the area googled garage door repair and clicked on one since I didnt know any companies around here. I am glad I clicked on the one I did though. Citywide was awesome, the lady that answered the phone was very nice and gave me an upfront estimate. She said it would probably be Monday, (this was Friday at 10am) but that if they had time they may get to me that day. This seemed reasonable so I planned on seeing them come by on Monday. I got a call from the technician around 2pm and they stopped by and had me fixed up in about an hour with 2 new springs and even lubed everything so it doesnt squeak anymore. The two technicians were very nice and did not leave any mess. Overall I was very impressed with the experience and the final cost was exactly what I was quoted. Citywide Garage Door will be my first call for any garage door needs in the future. 👍👍👍👍👍

Fantastic installation. They couldnt quite figure out how to secure their control wiring to concrete, or they didnt want to. Left about 9 and half foot length of unsecured wire, except by pulling it tight. Most people wouldnt care, but Im an electrician and I dont like it. Had to get my hammer drill out and re-route.

We’ve used Citywide on multiple occasions and have always had 5 star customer service. They are prompt, personable and professional. Everything has been simple and seamless when we use them. I recently had an accident backing out of my garage and my door track was dented, the next day when I called they came out and fixed it in less than an hour. Highly recommend!

I called Citywide this morning on a whim. I couldnt find much information about any garage door service companies, so I called them since they are both close and locally-owned.I knew I made the right decision when they arrived (later that day) and immediately attacked the problem...and with confidence. The two of them were like a garage door pit crew.The issue at hand wasnt simple. I installed the unit myself initially, but ran into a bunch of problems due to some unusual circumstances. They knew exactly what to do, explained everything they did, and even showed me what I need to do to keep up with maintenance.And finally, the price is very fair. I cannot honestly say that I know what other companies charge, but these guys were in and out in less than an hour for something I could easily see less inclined folks taking half a day to complete.

Things you guys are the greatest I really appreciate what you done with my garage door now it looks newers ever.
