I didnt have a pleasant experience! I debated if I should do this review, since it was August of last year. I have a warranty company (maybe thats why I didnt get great service). I needed my garage opener repaired (so I thought). To be fair, it s a rental property so Im not there all the time. The guy came to try and fix the problem but it had nothing to do with the opener. He stated it was the support bar being too rusted. If a company is great with customer service, he couldve provided me options. I stilled paid a fee for him to come out. I just wanted it fixed regardless and he couldve got paid from my pockets!!!
