Looked like it was nice but, we didnt buy anything because no one in the store even acknowledged our presence. They were a little bit busy but, a simple, hi there, well be with you in just a moment, let us know if you need any help, wouldve been nice.

One of the smaller build a bears Ive ever been to but they have all the main stuff for the month! Still always a fun place to go!

Speaks for itself. Typical BAB workshop however I have to comment on the amazing ladies that were working 7/10/21 at about 11am. They were just the friendliest ladies and helpful. They made the visit with my little girl extra special!

I like stuffed animals and teddy bears and Build-A-Bear had a nice one I did not get the clothes but I still love it

Very cute. What you typically expect from Build-A-Bear Workshop. Great place to take the kids to. Huge selection. Probably the biggest selection of types I have seen yet.

Staff took extra precautions to ensure distance, all the while making sure 3 little girls had a great experience. Almost had Baby Yoda

We love Build A Bear! Took my son for his birthday and he got a special hat. My daughter loved making her 1st bear! We had a great time and return often for more cute clothes for their bears! Family friendly place.

Took my niece she made a rabbit and loved it!! She is 11.

Sat afternnon. The line to get in was split by security due to congestion, prob 22 groups waiting. No social distancing. 3 employees standing around talking while 1 person is at checkout. Total of 7 guests inside. Seems to me there would be a better way to manage!

Stopped in here the other day when we were at the Ross Park mall. Just wanted to look around and see what we thought of the place. It was a very cheery and friendly place. Well organized. A very large selection of animals to stuff and many cute outfits to dress them. We thought the prices were fair. We were looking as an option for an outing for out Granddaughters. We are planning to take them on their birthdays.

Not much of a selection for stuffed animals. Had a lot of plain ones like a bunny, teddy bear and a floppy bunny. Seems like thr selection has gotten smaller over the years but they have lots and lots of accessories and clothes for the stuffed animals. I like how they do the stuffing process its adorable especially for little kids. They have scents to put in the animals to make them smell good for a year which something new. Ill c if it works.....

Went to get my daughters birthday bear and some extras while visiting this store on a day trip. All of the employees were extremely helpful and had positive attitudes. Great experience for all of us!

The store was amazing. They had so many types of bears and ponies. And they let u watch as they fill the bear and ask u to put in the ❤. Then u get to adopt and name the bear. And they have a special bear for the birthday kid each month.

Accidently posted this on the Robinson location. So let me give credit where its due. Maxine and Amber were Jawsome. Went out to get a shark for SHARKWEEK and never done this before. Im a 43 yo big kid. They made me feel like a kid again. They had so much energy and fun with me and the real kids. It was great to see someone who really knows there jobs and enjoys it. Would not hesitate to go there again. Due to these 2 young ladies. What a blast. Thank you.

Took way longer than it should have to stuff them. I left after a half hour when only 5 kids were infront of me.

This store is a favorite of my family. Each toy is chosen, stuffed, a heart, a voice message and even a special scent are available. My daughter fell in love with then when she wss young and we were on a visit to Boston. She had her grey cat Reviere made there. She made a new one on each additional trip we made. Now her daughter has a collection that started in Canada with Princess Poppy of Trolls for her first birthday and continued on a trip to California and her newest one is Chase from PAW Patrol in Erie, Pennsylvania. The dolls are well made and can be washed and still look nice. They are great gifts for children of all ages.

There were some very judgemental employees at this buisness. My bf had purchased a Pokemon build a bear for me as a present. And they were very rude because Im an adult who wanted a plush. I know of other people of age 18 or older who have shopped at buildabear for their significant others on Valentines day and other occasions. The manager really needs to work on addressing how they train their employees. Maybe a lesson on kindness and hospitality?

I am a stuffed animal fanatic and I have been there at least 10 times since May 2015 and I loved it every time I go there! Definitely a stop worth checking out if you are at the mall, then check what you want to do later!

Fun place for kids little pricey for stuffed animals

This is a very nice place with a few good employees I would rate it higher but after my experience I had today I’m not sure I’d really go back. So I went in to get my girlfriend one of the animals for a Xmas gift and once I picked out the one I went to the stuffing area. The women who was helping me stuff my bear seemed nice at first until she asked me who it was for. And once I responded it was a gift for my girlfriend she gave me this weird judgemental look along with a few other employees gave me the same judging look which honestly made me feel unwanted there. The only nice person there was the cashier who was very kind and polite to me and when I told her it was for my girlfriend she said it’s a wonderful gift to give. But other than that I really don’t see my self ever shopping here again I’ve already bout a few stuffed animals from here but if I’m going to be granted with judgemental looks I’d rather take my money to the one in Robison instead

Your employees are great. My kids love their my little pony, sky from paw patrol, and bulbasaur.

So this was a BAD experience. The girls here cannot handle their store if its busy, or if they are on their phone. Way to ignore the non-white customers, we were going to buy four different bears. Pretty sad for this store, we are big spenders regardless of our skin color.

Went there for my sons 3rd birthday. We had never been to a build a bear before. They didnt even have the special birthday bear. The woman was awkward with lack of smile. She was not interested in making it a special expirence like Ive heard from others. We wandered around not sure which step came next. We paid and I was irritated and disappointed withthe whole event.

I love the experience that your child gets making their own stuffed friend.
