They had exactly what we wanted for remodeling our shower!

We highly recommend Rex Glass. We contacted the company to add protective glass to our business front door. They responded immediately and provided excellent service. We are a non-profit organization and both the quality of their product and the cost were better than other companies we contacted.

I would highly recommend Rex glass. They have done two shower doors for us and have done a great job. They were on scheduled time on both jobs. All members of Rex glass were friendly and went out of their way to make sure that the jobs went well. Keep up the good work!

Sam has been very helpful & friendly with us and our customers. There are cheaper glass companies out there, but if you want the best, in quality & in service, youre going to want Rex. And Sam in the Shadyside location is willing to go out of his way to help. I highly recommend them.

I typically dont write web reviews but wanted to share: While sawing lumber in my yard for a home kitchen/bath reno, I met Sam who was making a sales call in the neighborhood. Sam approached me, asked about my project, and we had a friendly conversation. I found him to knowledgeable and probably most important, genuine, which these days is hard to come by with some contractors forever trying to make the disingenuous hard sell. As a homeowner and part time contractor, Ive seen quite a bit of that throughout all the trades and trust is paramount. So with that, I would definitely give Sam (and Rex) a buzz before Im knee deep into my next shower install. Not sure if you will see this Sam, but keep doing what youre doing, and much success to you!

We just finished a year long renovation to 2000 square feet of our home (esentially rebuilding the house). Rex Glass was, by far, the best company we worked with during that time. Greg, in Sales, provided some of the best customer service weve received in years. He was quick to answer questions, genuine, and came out to the house twice--once for information gathering at the beginning of the job and again at the end of installation to check on everything. Rex did two shower doors (one custom), a 2nd floor balcony railing, custom transom windows in our master bedroom, and custom stairway panels for us. The installers were friendly and answered our questions knowledgeably. All of the glass fit perfectly at installation and no remeasuring or redos were required. As no company is perfect, weve given 4 stars because the installers did have to come back for a second trip to fix a minor chip in one stairway panel, change out the hardware on the master shower door (they initially installed the wrong finish), and apply silicone seal along the sides of the transom windows (as agreed in our contract). We would not hesitate to use Rex Glass in the future.

BAD attitude here. All I wanted was a few holes drilled in some glass for a shower door matched to my hardware and these lazy bums could not do it. Both people here at this store have a poor attitude, especially Sam. After a misleading call with the main offce I brought in hardware that I purchased, (the same model they have on their floor mind you) as well as the height and width measurements for my bathroom. Not only did they give me a bad attitude and a GOUGED price quote they wanted me to give all measurements so if the holes drilled in the glass are off its my fault. Sam spoke with me in a very sarcastic tone over the phone and basically was not willing to work at all taking accurate measurements or even be willing to look at the hardware. Quite lazy indeed. On top of that the liars tried to tell me that lexan plastic is more expensive than glass? Lol. Its not. I went over to Pittsburgh plastics and got a sheet of lexan for 1/5th the price they told me. Absurd. Dont do business with these folks, you have been warned.
