Once again, a great buying experience at N Stuff Music. I had narrowed down my choice to one of two Martin guitars that I had been researching. Jason and Joey set me up in a nice area that allowed me to fully test both guitars and really gave some great advice and ultimately helped inform my decision. I couldnt be happier with the quality of service I consistently receive from N Stuff Music.

This music store has just about anything a musician could want. The building itself is a house thats been converted into a store and is packed full of instruments, accessories, stage lighting, gig bags, guitar straps, and the list goes on. Each room is dedicated to its own musical area. There is a room for drums, one for bass guitars (my favorite), one for amplifiers, keyboards, lighting, acoustic guitars, electric guitars and more. There is a whole wall just with guitar strings and a wall for cords and another wall for guitar straps. The staff is incredibly helpful and all are musicians themselves. You can try as many instruments as you would like and feel no pressure to buy. I bought a new bass that had a couple problems and they did not hesitate to offer to fix it and/or pursue warranty options with me. The service department really knows their stuff and was able to get my bass working again quickly. They even fixed a cord I brought in with me. I highly recommend N Stuff Music. It was a pleasure doing business there.

Great customer service! Joe was a huge help. I called on a Saturday afternoon and needed a guitar in Florida by Wednesday. Joe found me a great guitar, got it all set up for me to play right away, and had it shipped fast enough that I actually got it on Tuesday. It plays great, and was reasonably priced. Really awesome store. Huge selection, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I needed a simple studio monitor set up; I went to Guitar Center and they had almost no selection and zero expertise. Im just not going to drop lots of money on gear without having an expert weigh in. N Stuff was the polar opposite. John helped me out - fantastic guy, you could tell he had an encyclopedic knowledge of studio gear. I picked up my old Martin guitar this afternoon, which needed a replacement bridge and other sophisticated work. Tom Krebs, the master luthier, did a fantastic job. Ive been playing it since I got home. Its like an old friend since its the guitar I learned on as a young teenager and have been playing it ever since. The new bridge is gorgeous and the guitar plays like butter. I couldnt be happier. Ill definitely take my other instruments and amps here. BTW, the store is packed with all kinds of guitars and other musical equipment so plan on meandering about for awhile when you visit.

Ordered an Eastman AC222CE online. Havent played guitar for over 15 years and I wanted to get back into it. Wanted a guitar that would inspire me to play but not break the bank. This model got terrific reviews online and N Stuff has a generous return policy, so I figured why not? It arrived well-packed just 2 days after ordering, free shipping, and (I couldnt believe it) was in perfect tune. This guitar had a wonderful tone and great sustain. It was in perfect condition and the craftsmanship is excellent: it really lives up to its online reviews, and the setup seems great. Now I just need to rebuild some callouses😜Dealt with Matt at N Stuff and I felt that I got very personalized service: multiple texts through the day of its progress, and any special requests I might have for its set-up prior to shipping. Couldnt have asked for more. I know that one needs to play an instrument before buying, but Im not a player, so that wasnt really an issue for me. Completely happy with my purchase and would highly recommend N Stuff.

Used their text option to work out a purchase remotely. It took a few day of back and forth but ultimately finalized a decision. Customer service/sales was top notch!! I wanted mods done to a guitar I was buying and they took the time to consult with their luthiers and ultimately saved me money by weeding out things I didn’t really need. Ordered a product on their site I couldnt find at Amazon or guitar center (a Roland TR-8S). An hour later I was home with it all set up. Prompt and friendly service. Im new in town and didnt know about this place. Glad theres a viable alternative to guitar center.

I have been in the music industry for over 20 years. It’s always hard to find a place that carries the options you want in instruments, gives you amazing customer service and isn’t a corporation that is just wanting your money (aka Guitar Center). After negative experiences at a couple of other local shops, I am SO happy that I found N Stuff Music! The shop itself is awesome. Great selections and when I asked some questions in the drum room, the guys working answered them thoroughly and without being condescending or trying to turn my attention to something more expensive. Then I turned my attention to guitar strings and the man at the counter was super helpful, again with no condescension! The fellow who rang up my sale was also very friendly. They let you demo anything you want, guitars, drums, DJ equipment, lights, microphones, etc. They have very fair prices and will definitely go out of their way to make you happy! Picked up a new GK amp tonight. Great music store, everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Wanted to wait a few months to give a full review. I definitely recommend. They fixed my guitar for 15 bucks. They price match and have an online model as well. Im not sure if they ship from the store, but the techs from guitars to systems are very knowledgeable. They have a room where they plan to do open mic nights with a Seattle type of juice bar layout. Im not saying they have everything you want, but if you need it, its there. Highly recommend this place if youre an up and coming aspiring musician to the well rounded expert.

John is the BEST! I was in the market for a new acoustic guitar and am not gonna lie, I’m a very picky musician. John never got frustrated and really took the time to find me the perfect instrument. Even during the checkout process, the rest of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. This is definitely somewhere that I recommend for all your instrument and audio needs! I currently live in Philadelphia, and even though they are 5 hours away, I will always make the trip out to see these guys.

N Stuff music has been our go to place since moving to Pittsburgh. We have purchased guitars and drums and our kids all love their lessons (even the youngest who is hard to motivate). Our two older sons listen to music all the time to learn more and Steve does a fantastic job teaching them the foundations and the types of songs they are interested in.

Purchased a beautiful baby blue Ludwig Neusonic 3-piece and I could not be happier about the experience - top down. There is no mistaking that the staff are legitimate musicians who really... and I mean REALLY care about their customers. Matt made me a GREAT deal on the set, offered to put my drum heads on (which I gladly accepted... hate tuning drums), and just made sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. The dude even checked each tuning rod to make sure none were bent which one was and was replaced immediately. Im probably gushing at this point, but so what... Im a customer for life!
