Called on 3/17/21 for information to purchase my 3rd gun, which I have license to carry and I am also a veteran. Someone answered the telephone poor customer service and very rude. I was not able to get out one word before the guy said, look online, I got 2 other people on the phone and hung up on me. If this is how you treat your customers it is best that I do not patronize your business nor refer anyone to patronize or purchase from this store. Horrible customer service skills.

Rick has been my go-to FFL for some time. Hes responsive, knowledgable, and just a good guy. He runs a tight ship - with all the arms of his business, he has to - but he looks out for your best interest. If you have the patience to make an appointment, youll appreciate the time and consideration he gives to his customers.

I had a great experience at A-Advantage Firearms. I ordered a Glock 9 Gen 5 online and had it shipped to A-Advantage Firearms as the FFL. They couldnt have been nicer and basically treated me as if I bought the gun from them. They even oiled the gun for me, which was above and beyond in terms of customer service. Im new to gun ownership, and they explained a lot of information to me in a very patient and friendly way. They spent over 45 minutes with me! They also fixed me up with a firearms instructor. They are very knowledgeable and just a pleasure to work with. I bought a holster and some ammunition from them, and their prices are very good. I will go back to them for sure, and this time, Ill buy directly from them instead of buying online. Im really glad I found a gun shop in which the staff is both knowledgeable and has integrity. Be sure to call Rick, the owner, before you go. Rick fixes trucks and may not be in the store all the time. Hes very nice and will help you out!

Whether Im buying a gun, doing ffl transfer or buying a 15 dollar magazine they take the time to help you out . Shown how to break down new rifles, even gave me a little cleaning kit for a new AR . Will NEVER go again! Definitely lost my business after I wanted to purchase an firearm for $600 they denied my business because I was smoking an cigarette and said it smelled like marijuana but clearly it was an cigarette and I showed them. Very nice men until I was standing there for an hour then tell me I have to come back another day cause I smelled like marijuana??

Went to the store for the first time today looking to possibly trade in an old Glock and purchase a new one. Rick was just awesome. Based on past experience, I dont expect gun shop owners to be the most affable people but Rick was outstanding. Very easy to talk to and very helpful. Prices are reasonable too!

Called to only get told to go somewhere else that he is only there at certain times. But hours of business are as stated online. I drove all that way for no reason. He the owner Rick wasnt there. He was out. He said he told me to call ahead of time which he only told me that when I called the second time or I would not have drove there for no reason. So I called today, then he tells me he is a working man, just to go elsewhere. That is not a proper businessman. I will be going elsewhere due to this.-Thank you

Really nice group of guys here. Very friendly and hassle-free.I do recommend calling ahead on the days they dont require an appointment (check website) to make sure they arent too busy since its a small place. They have the inventory of a place 10-20x its size. Its really something to see.

Always a great experience dealing with Rick! I have purchased several firearms from him and if he didnt have the ones I was looking for in stock, he was able to order them for me. I have also leveraged him for FFL transfers. I have found his pricing to be very fair and his customer service to be excellent! Make sure to call ahead before going into the shop, as Rick is on the road quite often, and you might miss him if you just show up.

Great guys, super helpful and very attentive. These guys know what theyre talking about. They have great advice and very fair prices. As a female, I loved that they didnt pressure to oversell or upsell me and allowed me to take as much time as I needed. Super positive gun buying experience...I would definitely recommend them, especially to female buyers who want the help without feeling intimidated.

Not only did the staff help me find what I was looking for in a holster, but also took the time to show me every detail of each one and put myself in scenarios to see what Id like. I then asked if I could borrow a tool to tighten something on my car, and the owner opened up his garage for me, got me a jack and jack stands, and let me use every tool I needed. I then tried to give him a few bucks because it would have costed a lot more to go somewhere to have my car lifted up and he refused the money. We need more people like the guys at this shop. They turned me into a lifelong customer.

Ive recently armed myself for the first time in my adult life for self-defense, and I did a lot of research online about the type of pistol that would fit my concealed carry needs. Im a resident of Bridgeville, and there were a number of stores close to me. I paid them a visit, and I found the perfect pistol for me--- a Springfield XDs with a 3.3 inch barrel. Its an extremely popular gun, and after going home and researching the options, I determined that I wanted a particular trim-- the tactical black and grey. Its apparently everyones favorite, because nobody in the city had one, and most all told me they couldnt GET one. I called all over, including this store, and left my name and number with around 5 stores. Rick is the only person out of all the others I contacted to find the weapon and contact me about it. On my word alone, sight unseen, he procured the firearm for me and accommodated me driving there after work to get it. He was genuinely a great guy, and the purchase went through without a hitch, at a great price. In the future, I will gladly make the drive out to see him. I highly recommend this establishment for any and all of your firearm needs.
