The selection of everyday tools at great prices is always wonderful but I find myself going there for the special project items. Today it was the solar power kit. Be This will enhance my greenhouse well into the winter. I also bought the greenhouse at Harbor Freight.

Who doesnt love Harbor Freight? The McKnight store is the best. When it comes to finding the right tool, a warranty replacement or an exchange, the employees have been great. Just make sure you register all of your purchases under your name and number. Also theyve stepped up their game. They have all 3 levels of tool brands. Professional tools like Earthquake or Icon hand tools with lifetime warranty and every level down to the Pittsburgh and Chicago brands which still perform amazing. Like a child in a toy store lol! But or Men who get S#!+ Done!

I wasnt there long but they let me bring my puppy in and everyone was nice and helpful so I have no complaints

Pretty much everyone knows the deal with harbor freight... tools by no means are of the highest quality but can get the job done. if I use them professionally on a daily basis I would not buy these. However, for someone who uses them for around the house repairs etc I think they are pretty good. Prices on power tools seem to have gone up substantially though. at this point it probably makes sense just to buy name brand. Plus, now they got rid of the 20% coupons.

Was looking for a 1 7/8” socket the other day. called this store. they said they didn’t have one. Just walked in and found a few inside kits with that socket. What the heck guys?

I have no idea if it will last, but it was nice to walk out with a palm sander, 2 big packages of sand paper plus other odds & ends for under $30. The manager was very nice, too.

Great store but the monaca pa. Location never seems to have stock. Have to travel to other locations to pick up. Very helpful staff.

I normally do not give bad reviews because I feel people have to make their own decision about an establishment. Further, its tough times and its Christmas. However, the staff were rude, uncaring and couldnt be bothered with their customer. Thank God a gentleman standing behind me in line offered to load a 3 ton car jack into my car. The Male cashier heard him offer, and watched me walk out into the parking, and to my car with a total stranger and never even offered any assistance. The female staff member that I asked a question was extremely rude. This crew needs serious training in customer service.

Hubby likes this one a lot especially for large drill bits and tools he doesnt need to last for a season or two. The lines move quickly through check out.

I guess its a testament to their success but todays visit was another example of Harbor Freight being out of something I really needed (12 ton press). Forget about heading down to get a mid tier Titanium Series welder - you have to take a number and wait until the resupply truck arrives in a few days. I get it - its a popular item. So heres an idea - order 10 more than you usually sell in a week so me and the other Joe Home Mechanics can buy one off the shelf!

I had a question on a welder. So I asked a sales person, I was told I needed to know what I was buying before I came into the store.. never going back very disappointed. And I was also told I needed to buy a warranty so I can return it with out a restocking fee.

There merchandise is as cheap as the prices, my tip off 24 bolt cutters broke off in less than a year of use, i paid around $15 for them but i want an exchange! the free bungee cords offer they all snapped by now too, plus they have very minimal hours it seems, boooo

John one of the associates there was very helpful and kind on helping me choose the proper power tool I needed for my son in law. I didnt care for the set up of the store compared to Monroeville. Things were hard to find and less items.

Very helpful staff! I dont think that there are any misconceptions about the quality of the told here, they are very affordable, but certainly not the best quality. This is a classic example of getting what you pay for. Ive had some colleagues refer to these as disposable tools and whole its a bit dramatic, it isnt far from the truth. That being said, Ive gotten what I needed in a pinch several times. The staff are always willing to help me and know their inventory very well. Ruth in particular was very kind in helping me to find the last in stock time bender!

I stopped to by a weed-wacker. The place is huge! The prices seem reasonable. The staff took me directly to the display. The verdict is out on the weed-wacker. Had to manually feed the line several times on the 1st use

Harbor Freight is tricky to rate. If you understand that you arent necessarily getting commercial grade told here, then you can save a lot of money. Tarps are tarps, so why pay more? But i would have to do some math before I bought a drill press here for a shop. For most home use, though, its a good compromise.

Harbor Freight carries a huge selection of tools including many specialty tools & everything is inexpensive. Some of the brands they carry are guaranteed for life.. & most everything else is covered by some kind of warranty.Any return or exchange Ive ever done was really easy with no questions asked from the staff.All the employees Ive ever dealt with for any reason at this location have been nice, helpful & accommodating. This stores always clean, neat & very well stocked.

This place is loaded with tools of every variety. Some after better than others. You need to know what your buying to recognize the good stuff from the junk. Coupons are great and a must have to shop here. I like this place a have bought tools I only need to use once or twice in the bargain bin knowing they wouldnt last more than that.

They had the palm detail sander in stock today. They also didnt pull more help to the registers. Win some lose some, not bad if you have time to spare i guess.

Im new. First visit. Unfortunately, they didnt have the correct wrench size. They were out. But fast checkout. Lots of freebies if you have coupons. Great prices on most things. Grabbed a $3 hammer. Good location next to AAA and in the same lot as Pool City. Think Ill check it out again. Brother has a bit of an addiction there. 😄

Harbor Freight is like my adult playground. I always seem to find a bunch of stuff I really dont need, yet buy anyhow. Although most stuff at Harbor Freight is cheap, sometimes you find some quality products at a great price. The store is stocked well and the store staff are friendly and helpful. I recommend a visit if you happen to be in the area.

Best prices on floor Jacks around. Daytona 3 ton Jack I purchased did not work, I returned and bought a Pittsburgh Jack for $40 less. I have had good luck with Pittsburgh jacks. I have 2 that are 10 yrs old and still work well.

Wish they answered the phone. I tried a closer Harbor freight to pick up an engine stand, but they didnt have one. So I called this one 3 times never getting an answer, as the stock only showed one available.To be fair they were VERY helpful once I was at the store, and they did have the one piece their stock showed. Perhaps theyre understaffed due to Covid19, so there should be some leeway allowed there.

I usually buy DeWalt tools. I bought some other tools here and they seem to work pretty well no complains. The price is fantastic, Im just hoping to get the longevity out of the tools. I will add to this after a few months when I see that theyre still working after being use daily by my contractors

A lot of people think Harbor Frieght is where you go to buy cheap tools for a one and done project, but that hasnt been my experience. Yes the tools are cheap. I have had tools from harbor freight last for years and years though.On this particular visit I needed a car jack and jack stands. I could have bought some similarly priced items on Amazon, but I got to see a display in person and picked them up that day. With that price and convenience why would I shop elsewhere? While checking out Bob the store manager bent over backwards to help me find coupons for my transaction and to ensure I recieved the free items that were included in this weeks ad.Great place for cheap tools and great service!

Great experience at this store recently. In spite of the stress associated with the current virus lockdown, the staff here went out of their way to be helpful, to make sure we got exactly what we needed and that we paid the best price.

Even if the only use the tool once it pays for itself, they dont have everything but they have quite a bit and the prices are unbeatable.

Ive visited a few Harbor Freight stored. One in Butler, and one in Robinson twp. I like the layout and cleanliness/condition much better than the other two. Nice store. Not a great location due to the traffic volume though. I wouldnt even try to go south on McKnight out of the store. Its bad enough trying to get out to go north.

Fun place to look at and buy tools. Good prices and pretty good tools.Bought a cheap compressor to blow up pool toys last year - could bearly do it and was way too noisy.I have bought a lot of smaller stuff that worked fine.Ill be back.

Love harbor freightn its the perfect place to get cheap equipment. If you want high quality tools and equipment this may not be for you but for an unbeatable price you can get hand tools, clamps or basically anything if you look hard enough. Will continue to give this location my business!
