First of all, it didnt tell me you can only pick up orders from wish app on Saturdays! I went there on a Thursday, and they were open but the door was locked! The woman that I assume owens the place opened the door to tell me I can only pick up my orders from wish app on Saturdays! Meanwhile she had no customers in the store! I had taken a bus to get there! Then when I came back on Saturday, my phone was just about dead. She was only able to scan one of my orders! She wouldnt let me charge my phone, to see if I had any more orders sitting on her table!

There was nothing anywhere before choosing a pick-up location that said Saturday was the only day to pick up Wish items here. Cultural Oasis doesnt make any exceptions for pickup on any other day, so all the items I ordered got sent back. Also, theres a pick-up window of only 15 days. How is that supposed to be fair if you only have maximum 2 opportunities to pick up? Overall, very disappointed and upset. Never sending anything to them or buying anything from them again. 😡😡

Mama Dana is very knowledgeable. She is a naturalist, herbalist, teacher and healer. Her place is filled with handmade tinctures, soaps and more for any ailments you may have or just for preventative measures.

What a lovely experience. The owner Dana has everything one would need .. Oils herbs.. Stones etc.

Difficult to find. Google maps will take u to the parking lot of cvs. Its in the alley to the left. Most products are out of my price range. All made in house. Very knowledgeable staff.
