Im so happy that I found Mosaic, I couldnt have envisioned a better outcome.Im based out of VA, but my wedding was in PA. I traveled up to see the linens in person but was able to view pictures of the linens online, and Mosaic sent me samples I requested prior to the meet.Noelle was fantastic to work with, very flexible and responsive via email. The linens were made with high-quality fabric and absolutely gorgeous.The linens were shipped to me a couple of days prior to the wedding relatively inexpensively considering the wedding was about 5 hrs away from the location. I was hesitant they would arrive wrinkled (as they are packed in boxes), but they were perfect, we hung them up and hardly even needed steaming.The return process was super simple, toss them in bags and drop them off at a FedEx/UPS.Thanks, Mosaic, for helping execute my perfect wedding!

I recently used Mosaic for my wedding linen rentals. Noelle and the entire team were SO responsive, easy to work with, and their policies for renting are very reasonable. I was able to pick up on my own and return in plenty of time. They also had so many options of table cloths and napkins to choose from. If I ever had another event like this I would definitely call them first.

I was fortunate to be able to work with Susie on my Sept. wedding. I am not a very creative person, and she was so helpful with design ideas. We had to make a few last minute changes, and everyone at Mosaic was extremely accommodating. The linens really made our reception space pop.

I am so glad that we got our napkins and sashes from Mosaic. They sent us the swatches, so we were able to know exactly how the linens look and feel. We chose their Blush Lamour linen, and it was so beautiful and cute. They have a wide selection of linens just within the shade of pink, so I am sure that you will find the one exactly fit what you like. I had a hard time selecting the best pink as they all looked so beautiful! The people at Mosaic are so nice, and email exchanges with them were delightful too. We asked them to tie sashes, and they did a fantastic job. We cannot recommend Mosaic enough.

My wife and I recently worked with Mosaic as the linen provider for our Heinz History Center wedding. We worked specifically with Gianni, and she was very professional and easy to work with. On our first meeting, she helped us select an overall aesthetic for the guest, food, and special tables at our wedding reception. We got to pull various samples and place them on an actual table to get an idea of how things would actually end up looking on the big day. Throughout the whole process, Gianni worked closely with the History Center and our caterers to narrow down the number of tables, the layout, etc. It was very stress free. We recently used Mosaic Linens for both my wedding shower and my wedding, both were done beautifully. I had one meeting with Jill who assisted us with ease. My husband left the meeting in shock over how simple it was. We told her what we were looking for and she pulled a few options out of the 100s they have in stock. Once we selected the linens, I never interacted with them again, they worked directly with the hotel to determine the type of linens, number we needed, and the pick up and drop off. It was really the easiest part of wedding planning. They also picked them up post wedding. The linens we selected really set the room off, and I am so grateful we used them. I had been recommended to this company from my venue and florist, and now as a client, I totally understand why they promote the company.

Great customer service with placing the order and receiving the napkins exactly as planned. Napkins were great for our occasion and worth the money spent. I gave four stars instead of five just because some of the napkins came wrinkled at the edges and some were difficult to fold because of unevenness. We used them anyway as is and Im sure no one noticed it but us.
