Not enough people say good things about a company, you only hear about them when they complain. If was very refreshing to get such great AND FAST responses. Because we are a new start up, many of vendors have treated us with little importance.Joe, has been amazing in quickly answering my questions, finding out about products and getting orders placed. When a member of the Bulldog team was in our office taking inventory, they noticed my perplexed look as I stared into the supply locker. They proactively asked what I was looking for (a way of carrying a bunch of 11x17’s in a suitcase to a tradeshow without them getting bent) and then they spent time thinking and talking through different potential options with me. Then, after we both came to the conclusion that there wasnt anything in our office that would help do exactly what I wanted, they offered to take time and mileage out of their day and drive back with a sample of a case or folder from their office that would help me, that same afternoon. While I didn’t take them up on the offer since I had to leave the office in too short a time, I just wanted to let you know that their willingness to help and A+ customer service made a huge impression on me.
