Was perfect for last min Halloween costume for my son

I had purchased latex helium balloons in advanced for a party. Then I return to the store with receipt to have them filled and charged an additional 1.25 for each ballon. The charge was never mentioned when the balloons were purchased.

Was doing a super mario theme b-day party for my great nephew and they had a decent choice of items (party favors) to choose from

I get COVID screwed you out of a staff, but SOMEONE could change the hours on the website & Google so people dont sit in the parking lot for a 9a verified hours on Google opening only to go to the door & see signs stating 10a-6p Sunday to Saturday!! 8 people walked up to the door after me...its unacceptable!

Very bare shelves, asked if the had anymore of one specific character party stuff, they said no and found more of that character is a few aisles over. It was very scattered. There are was more better options for your party supplies unfortunately. Even getting balloons filled, without buying them there is ridiculous.

My daughter was so happy to find the axolotl squishmallow she was looking for. It was worth the 45 min drive

We went to the store in Monroeville Mall. This store was amazing! I swear it has everything you need for whatever kind of party youre having. When we couldnt find something, someone was readily available to help. I cant wait to go back.

Three stars because you had certain items other stores didnt have, not a bad variety of products. Over all store dirty, staff unhelpful, no deals or discounts, VERY VERY EXPENSIVE. You make a car payment while your here. I recommend looking around for cheaper options but this should be a last resort.

Overall as a store its meh, there is decent variety but I was bummed by the lack of baptism items. However, I wanted to give this specific location all the stars because the staff member from Harrisburg (sorry I forget her name) is the best. She was very helpful when I needed items for a birthday. In fact she was helpful to all the customers, even though she was the only one out front I saw her leave the counter a few times to help other customers locate things they needed - even helped one customer call another store when this location was out of a product.

I like Party City! I havent been here in a while hes usually if I need party things Ill go to a dollar store and pick up you know balloons or you know little things for it. But I am planning a wedding shower for my soon-to-be daughter-in-law who lives in another state so I wanted her to meet all of our family. Party City has great selection specially online. I ordered some stuff from there but I also went to Party City and picked up some great things next mission point Im glad I went to Party City to because there were some things I was going to order like games that you there printed that you could play, and I got to see them there and realize they were much smaller than what I thought theyd be and the print was not what I would have liked oh, so I didnt lose anything! Amazingly it doesnt seem like they have a lot for weddings and bridal showers but I was pleasantly surprised to find just about everything I was looking for. I got decorations some table cover like things and napkins cups everything was is going to be very pretty! I didnt give it loved it because I dont think they had quite enough that would make me love it the place was freezing cold, and the prices are a bit High. But if you want some party stuff right now and they have a lot of choices so I suggest you go!

Website is never up to date. It states they have multiples of items in stock and then when you get there there arent any. Waste of time. Very frustrating.

There party supplies dont seem too unreasonably priced, and they have a nice selection. Their Halloween costumes however, $wise, holy cow. Some of the costumes u can get as a set, so its not so awful-and theres a wide variety of those as well as sizes- but depending on what the character is, u may have to buy individual pieces that far exceed the ones in the bags-- its expensive for a costume ur kid will wear once is what I am getting at. Still a nice huge costume selection as well- its just how expensive it can be or get for one costume.

Sorry. Dont know why I went here. I called first to make sure they had what I wanted. When I couldnt find it, they told me it must be out of stock. Really?

This store was very kind to me. I lost my Baby Brother in May and his birthday is July 4th. ROB took the time and effort to work with me to find the perfect balloons to release and it wasnt easy. I couldnt make up my mind a lot of rethinking on my part but, He stayed patient with me and helped me through a very hard time. Thank you again ROB. You are a blessing. We need more people in this world like you. Many Blessings to you and yours. Shop at this store keep this mans job he is more than worth it.

Decent selection but overpriced.

We went here for a balloon gender reveal. I made the box myself, walked up to the counter, and was trying to pick out balloons for both genders since we wanted to be surprised as well. The woman at the counter just had zero customer service skills. Would only say nope that wont work....or looked at me with a blank stare when I asked a question. I even asked for 1 particular balloon that she said was only sold in bundles, but when I asked another worker, he said you can buy them individually they are above the front doors. It made our gender reveal experience very stressful when someone working doesnt want to be there or just has no communication or customer service skills whatsoever.

So, I went in to this store looking for items for a 12 year olds birthday this weekend. To be told that they only had party things for 16 year olds and beyond - .... What ?They are missing the boat big time on this one. What about all the under 16 birthdays ?I think if you are a PARTY STORE you should have things for all ages ! Why not ?I also asked for things dealing with bicycles - but they had nothing remotely similar.Its a nice store, the staff was great, but I can get the same stuff - almost - at Dollar General, which is alot closer for me.So remember that they can only help you celebrate 16 and above !

Party City is a great place to get all the things you want for any type of party

Not a bad place. I came here to get specific party and game items that I cant find at Walmart and target, and they offer a lot of selections! If you are planning a party or kids event, this is the place to be. However, they dont offer the best prices.

Great places but cashier was asking weird questions

I had a return and the manager stated that this store doesnt do returns or exchanges to you people . I felt totally discriminated.I ask for another person in charged he stated he was the only mgr on duty..So as I walked around the store I seen a mgr which was a lady. I explained exactly what happened, she felt so bad exchanged my item with no problem .

I live a few thousand miles away from this business, but suffice it to say that an employees actions towards an off-duty police officers memorial service have tainted my attitude towards Party City as a whole. To refuse to help a customer trying to memorialize a fallen comrade is beyond comprehension. Whats your message, employee? You dont like the police? So who would you call if someone came in and stuck a gun in your face and demanded the cash register contents? You, Employee, represent the business and made the statement that the business doesnt support the police, so Party City is now off the list of places I patronize.

This place is joke. Went here to get items for my 3 year olds birthday party. She wanted to have a bubble guppie party. Finally found all the stuff we needed but there were a few things that they didnt have enough of so we found someone and asked if there was anymore. We got a rude lady that snapped and said thats all we have, never said let me go check for you just no we dont have anymore. After that Ive had enough, so we go to check out and the cashier looks like she hates her job. She rings everything up and I think I have a coupon for like 10 bucks off,so I tell her its on my phone and while Im there trying to find it she says cant you hurry up their are people waiting. Finally that set me off. Maybe have more than 1 lane opened and dont take it out on the customer that you hate your job. Spent my first and last 140.00 at this place. Treat some people with respect.

Please tell me that the story on Facebook is inaccurate and that your employee did not refuse to inflate balloons to be used for a police memorial. If it is true, please tell me that person in no longer an employee. Otherwise, one must assume that you do not want any business associated with the police, their families, or friends and that your business is doing so well that it can be sustained by paying employees not to do their job and turn business away. What if that person had made an issue of it and became irate, refusing to leave your business? What would you have done? Call the Police? HA!

Selection for 50th wedding anniversary decorations sucked. And i couldnt order balloons because of helium shortage. Printing machine for a custom banner was broke.

WONT SHOP HERE!Today I went to one of your stores to pick up a dozen blue and black balloons to set free as a memory of Our friends one month, as I stand in line I tell the young girl I need a dozen blue and black balloons and she goes on to ask what they were for very nicely and I explain we had lost a very good friend and police officer one month ago and we were setting them free, she then changed her attitude and told me she needed to get someone else to wait on me because she refused to support a police office. My heart was broken. It such a shame we have people like that working with the public. 💔😢💙WHAT A HEART BREAKING STORY!

They refuse to fill balloons for a Police Officers memorial service. Not the kind of place I want to deal with. Not the kind of place you should spend money in either.

Its sickening to hear that an employee can refuse to blow up a balloon for a memorial of a police officer. I hope that person was fired on the spot. If they can refuse service for a police officer, then a police officer should be able to refuse service for them. Im truly disgusted.

Sorry customer service. I guess I was inconveniencing their BS session by wanting to spend my money in the store. Very bad when they get angry because you expect them to do their job. I will spend my money elsewhere.
