I had a perfect experience here. It was my second estimate, and not only was it less, they were more accommodating in the schedule, and even finished a little early. The quality of the work was great. I would definitely come here again, but I hope I dont have to!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst customer service I have come across. The woman working in the front is rude and should rethink customer service as her career. She literally told me to have a nice life after my car had been sitting on their lot for 2 weeks without being glanced at. I do not recommend this business to anyone who wants to be treated respectfully

If you like getting jerked around on appointments go see these folks.First appointment the women told me a two day job. Drive all the way there to drop off my car, my husband is following me in his truck, and the guy says he’ll need it for three days.Second appointment I call to say I’m bringing it up and the women says “Oh we were just going to call you to reschedule!!!!”Done with them!!!!

I got into an accident on slippery roads and went over a curb to avoid hitting a car and it was witnessed by police who were already out because of bad conditions. The officer did the courtesy of calling a tow truck for me as I was a little shaken having never been in an accident. When he got to my car I started asking questions cuz I didnt know how any of this worked. He was very rude to me and treated me as if I was stupid and swore at me and when I told his boss he ignored me and just wanted to be paid. Then the man who towed my car lied to his boss and said that I was arguing about the price with him. He couldve told me it was 300 and I wouldve paid it, I will never use these guys for anything ever again! So unprofessional, inconsiderate, downright rude and empty of compassion for this type of situation!
