I worked with Destnee (spelling? ) who was really great and helped me get just the car I wanted. After being there almost 3 hours I went in to the finance office. I was very clear I wanted NO extra protection or warranties and the man printed a new form off once I said that. My sister was with me and she remembers my telling him no extra protection at all too. I signed all he gave me assuming it had no extras but when I got home I saw a line item of $2,399 for an Allstate policy! I am so upset and feel I was tricked. He gave me the papers and spoke so quickly about what each one was - staying they stated what we discussed - and so I signed. I am so angry over this and now am out an extra $2,400! Beware of this when you go in for financing. Sales dept - great - finance - not so great

I live out of state, but our Sonata experienced major engine failure and was towed to Haddad. They worked with Hyundai to make sure all the warranty issues went smoothly and the repair process could not have been better. Great communications, and an extra shout out to Liz, the Customer Service Manager, who followed up with some other issues with Hyundai Corporate. All in all, a dealer I highly recommend.

Very unsatisfied with Haddad Hyundai. Twice I have brought my vehicle here to have the alternator tested and twice they did not test the alternator. In the past, I made an appointment for a tire rotation and oil change, paid for the services just to walk out into the parking lot and see that they did not rotate my tires at all. They left my car window open in the pouring rain I had to drive home with a soaked driver seat. Last Friday I brought my car down because I had trouble getting it started and they told me everything was fine and specifically told me that they tested my battery and it’s perfectly fine and then 5 days later tell me I need a new battery and charged me for a second time when they just check the battery less than a week ago and told me it wasn’t the battery. I do not trust these people and I do not recommend this car garage to anyone and I feel bad saying this because Jaime is a sweet girl in the office but the rest of the people running this operation are liars and crooks.

Horrid experience and very disappointing!Messed up my credit as well without my permission! Quite frankly if they didnt play games and waste my time they would have had a sale! Also would have saved me alot of wasted time away from being a caregiver caring for dying parent! Its sad who you decide to do this bs towards ! Informed the salesman that I was driving an hour to make our appointment time and 20mins before that time he called to tell me the car sold.Would’ve been nice for him to have told me there were other interested parties before I surrendered my morning to nearly 2 hours of a wasted drive.Not mad that someone beat me to what was a great deal, that’s the excitement in buying a used car. But to quote Haddad’s copy/pasted 1 Star review responses, they really “dropped the ball” on this one, only after faking me out with a pass that went right down the river.

I purchased my 2016 Veloster Turbo brand new from Haddad and couldnt have had a better experience. They were so easy to work with and actually cared to get me the best price possible. I went to multiple dealerships and no one could match the deal Haddad gave me. They even met me halfway to deliver the car (purchased out of state from NY) because I was on a tight schedule and couldnt make it back out there during that time period.I am leaving this review so late because sadly that car was totaled in an accident and I was searching for a replacement. Unfortunately, Haddad didnt have the same Veloster and I have been visiting other dealerships to try and find a replacement. I have not received the same type of customer service anywhere else I have gone and its been a nightmare.I highly recommend doing business at Haddad, as you will not find better customer service anywhere else. They actually care about you as a customer and not just a source of income.

I was in Haddad Hyundai today to get my Dads car inspected. As I do at any dealership when Im having work done, I look around at the cars in the showroom and the lot. Immediately Chris H. walks up to me and asks me if Im interested in getting a car or going out in one. I told him that I wasnt interested in buying a car, but Id be fine with him showing me a car. We went for a test drive in an 18 Sonata, which was nice and he told me all about the car. Chris was very nice to talk and burn some time with, and I would recommend him to anyone and rate him 5 stars. However, the reason I put 4 stars is because Haddad in general is Meh and they tend to push people to sell sell sell. Though Im starting to feel that way about all the dealerships around here.

Came here to have my car serviced- starter motor was acting up and I prefer the dealership vs. local shops. Staff was friendly and communicated well, the work was timely and professional. The only disappointment was when they called and recommended replacing the brake pads and rotors- I usually only hear that one from sneaky small businesses (pads were bad but rotors were in ok condition). In general, think carefully about repair recommendations. The more you know about your vehicle the less you spend at the shop.

Really happy with the service we received here after having a nightmare of a time at haddad toyota. Toyota told us we were denied for everything and hyundai got us into a 2018 Tucson for a very good price.

Call your bank for a loan before going in because they will try and sell you a loan for a car. I got the tire warranty option and it has saved me!Service: I went in to have my car checked for strange sounds. MARISSA was an excellent communicator and went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of.HINT: Shuttle service may be a bit of a wait so make sure you have a flexible schedule.

My engine went in my car 2 weeks ago it is covered under warranty.I asked for a loaner car they told me they didn’t have any which is understandable so I call back on July 30 they tell me they don’t have any to call back next week so I called back the following week she tells me they still don’t have any to check back the following week your second on list so I call back the following week now different girl she tells me that there is two ppl a head of me I told her that last week I was told I was second on list now there’s two ppl a head of me she didn’t want to listen to me .also they told me I could rent one from enterprise and get reimbursed but I don’t have over 1000 dollars to rent a car.I’m struggling to getting back and fourth to work.I just don’t like being lied to

I brought my 2011 Hyundai Sonata in for recalls they replaced what was needed but in doing that a technician broke a part of my door panel. They said they would replace it free and the part would be come in at the end of the week. I received a call saying the part one in and went the next day only for them to say they ordered the wrong part without even looking at my car. So they said to come back in a couple days and they call me when its in. A week later and i still havent received call so I drove the 30 minute drive for the third time and when I arrived it was as if they didnt even know why I was there and now its been over 2 months and not even a single phone call or letter of apology. I ordered the piece on eBay which was less then the gas money it took to drive back and fourth three times. I wont be bringing my car to this dealership again.

I was at the barber shop the barber said I know the guy that can get you into a car today. I left it went right down to Haddad Hyundai on east St and talked to Billy Ellsworth general sales manager. He got me into a car I didnt even know I wanted. Very easy to deal with. Was in and out in a day. First time I walked out of dealership and I felt like I was treated fairly. I purchased a used vehicle from this Haddad location two years ago after trying to look at Haddad toyota where the sales person (Hunter) told me he can look at the outside of a car and immediately know if anythings wrong with it. I was warned that Haddad runs your credit through 20 lenders but I thought they wouldnt if I asked them not to... I was wrong, my credit dropped a dozen points because they ran it so many times. I was also tricked into purchasing a $3K extended warranty to cover my engine and was told it would cover all engine components. I have had nothing but engine problems with the car and everytime I brought it in for service I was told the warranty didnt cover it. I finally called Haddad and asked them to tell me what the warranty actually covered and they said only transmission parts. So two years after I purchase it, my car starts leaking transmission fluid and I bring it back to Haddad again for service and they tell me the transmission lines are leaking but the extended warranty also doesnt cover it. I wasnt at all surprised and honestly not the end of the world, but I go to pick up my car after hours, I get in and it wont start because they left my lights on and killed the battery. This has been the worst car buying/servicing experience I have had. I would not recommend shopping or servicing your car here. Do yourself a favor and go far outside Haddad country!
