Well I went to the auto store right next door and they werent too helpful so I went over to Mavis and Seen Chris and he figured out my headlight issue I guess I was using 9006 bulbs when I should have been using 9005. They have helped me out before with oil change and switching over my tires with aftermarket wheels and they took very good care of them much better than other places and they understand Spike lug nuts if you have a sporty vehicle so all around great place and Great Service.

Good deal on tires. But they said my lower ball joints are falling out! Being that Im a retired ASE master tech I checked them at home no play whatsoever. I took it for inspection they agreed no play in the ball joints. As a tech I took pride and integrity in my work! Never tried to sell something that wasnt needed. $500 worth of unnecessary work not impressed!

Super impressed. Very nice, experienced staff. Put new tires on 2 of my vehicles and they were awesome. I needed some last minute repairs on my truck before I left the next day for a long road trip they got me in and out that same day. I drove to Florida and back with no problems I am sold. I tell you the new staff they have from the worker hes a lil of a bigger guy, he is a God send he goes beyond and above for you to make sure you feel comfortable and confident with the work hes done. Then the guy behind the desk that welcomes you as you come in to make your appointment I can see why he has the job he does if I were to district manager or franchise owner of this facility I would make sure to pay these guys what they are worth. This business will be one of the top shops for vehicle repairs by year end mark my words. I will be back just because of the interaction of them 2 men.

Matt and Ryan and Chris are wonderful. I’m a very nervous person, on SSDI income and I had a lot of problems that took a lot of time. They were deeply patient with me and I felt super supported the whole week it took to get my car sorted. I need a few things so I didnt mind the wait. I did pay more than I wanted to, but they acknowledged my concerns. Excellent experience. I was told by another nearby shop that I had a nail in my tire that was not repairable and they told me I had to get 4 new tires (the total I was quote at this nearby shop was over $1200). I decided that I would check around with tire prices and found that Mavis had the best prices on the tires I wanted, $580~ installed. I spoke to both Chris and James and both of them were very friendly and extremely helpful.I ordered them and when my appointment day came at Mavis they checked my car out and informed me that they wanted to check the tire out to make entirely sure it was not able to be patched. James called me back and told me the nail was within the safe range of the side wall and was entirely repairable, meaning I did not need the new set of tires I had been anticipating. He saved me $500+ dollars that day and the bill was instead just the price of a patch and alignment ($172). I was INCREDIBLY grateful for the savings and once the time comes I will be coming back to order my new tires down the line. No question!The fact that I was not upsold or convinced I needed a new set of tires prematurely was a rare find, I am always told I need services elsewhere that I find out were not needed after all. I will keep coming back based on this fact alone! I have purchased tires here before and the prices are the best I have been able to find in the area.Thank you so much!

Jim showered us with amazing customer service, helping with an oil change, selling us 4 brand new tires, and an alignment. This was our first time coming here for tires and because of how well he treated us and my kia I think this is where we will be coming for both our cars needs!!

Booked an appointment and was told on the phone that they were not busy and that I could come on by. I pulled in and told it would be a 45 minute wait and that I could wait up to three hours when I book an appointment. I booked at Walmart and got right in.

When you receive excellent customer service, it is worth mentioning. I went in the other day for a tire change over as one of mine had a slow leak. After tire removal we discovered my replacement was the wrong size. Chris the manager asked his tire tech to search for the slow leak to see if we could save what I had. Unfortunately we didnt find a leak and they didnt scare me into buying a new tire. After 20 min they remounted my tire and they did not charge for their time.I am definitely going back when I need tire service as this team is trustworthy and very customer forward with their work. Nice to find such a business that can be trusted.

I was Having an issue with my vehicle I stopped in your business while on Vacation A little overweight gentleman I believe his name was Matt or something. Went above and beyond and tried to assist me in getting my vehicle repaired it took him 3 mins in my car to fix it!! And told me all I needed was a fuse! We were 150 miles away from home. Someone on the street recommended going to Mavis. I was worried as it was a Sunday eve and about the advantage that can be taken by mechanics.Though it was the last hour, Matt pleasantly took my car in and said hell call back in a few minutes. As I knew before, Dodge Darts have an issue with lugnuts; if they are stuck have to heat them up and the wheel-hub can also be damaged. Matt explained everything in detail and gave his honest advice, including showing the worst-case scenario of the possibility of staying overnight.With Anthonys confidence and expertise, the damaged tire had been safely removed and a new one installed for the lowest price I never thought of!Thank you guys, great job! Keep it up!!

These guys do a great job. There was a problem with my tire order and they made it right. Jim helped make the process easy and the service was very timely. Nothing worse than getting work on your car and waiting forever or getting your car in the garage late when you have an appointment. Very pleased with their service and plan on using them for future tire needs.

First vehicle: they called and pressured us (after spending $600 in tires with them) to align front end that had been alogned two weeks earlier and drove straight and true.Second vehicle: didn’t order tires first time. Second time, 2-3 hour wait so I said no problem, may I book an appointment for 2-3 hours and they said they don’t take appointments. So I made an appointment at Monroe, paid less and had no wait.

They were the only place that could get me in today and they got me in and out with my alignment. Great place!

Went in for an awful clunk noise I had in the front of my car it took the tech 5 min flat to find the noise and get me a quote. They also made me aware that my tires were in the way out and cut me such a good deal it was hard to say no. Killer job guys. Special thanks to the Manager Tyler great guy.
