Well, theres two sides to EVERY story. You forgot to mention that she crashed The car......... TWICE! So any problems with the car were her fault, she just wouldnt accept that, and expected Newell st. to pay for it. And when one of the employees took her out to lunch, she tried to return her plate, saying something was wrong with it. The owners of the restaurant, and the chef, found NOTHING wrong with it, so they wouldnt refund her money. She just didnt want to pay for that EITHER! So yes, your right, they gave her her money back because dealing with someone who is mentally disabled is very difficult when they dont understand what theyre accountable for. Not to mention she never even owned the car, Bob did her a favor and let her lease it. She crashed HIS car twice, and when problems arose from those crashes, she didnt want to pay for it! So Bob did the best and easiest thing for everyone involved and just gave her her money back. And thats very commendable because he did NOT have to do that! And I promise you, no other dealership would have!

Horrible.... Had to get my transmission fixed took them a week to fix it. The day I got it my transmission light came on owner claimed it was the computer. Left it alone till i Left massachiMassa was on a major road and my car couldnt go over 45 come to find out he put it in wrong and its the throttle cableHorrible job. My insurance paid him 2500 to fix it and now they gotta pay another 2500 and the refuse to do the workNow Im out of a car .. never go here he will make your car worse tjem it was before..... Friendly, accommodating, fair pricing and they do great work. Im very happy with their service.

Had a problem which nobody else could fix unless I was ready to drop more than the car was worth. Brought it to them and BOOM! Like magic they figured it out and fixed it for a much lower price than what it would have elsewhere. The person I talked to spent a few days boggled by the price of the problem and took it upon himself to spend extra hours outside of his normal working time to make calls and think outside the box to figure it out. They are a life saver!

What a shame this has happened to a disabled woman. So glad you were there to help her get her money back. This is sickening to think she was mocked, yelled at, and verbally abused like this. What kind of business owners/workers are these that do this to any customer. WOW! We will not be going there or recommending this place to anyone. Thanks for the information about this business.

Rebuild my transmission for $1,900 and it works great

Newell St Transmission Repair sold a car to a friend of mine. The car was a lemon with a service engine light on from the day she bought it, which she took back within the seven days and has dealt with the service engine light on for four months of them turning it off and telling her to drive the 100 miles and reset it. So she asked for her money back the way this business was conducted was Robert screaming at her and his partner mocking her what a shame for a business to take advantage of a disabled person on a limited income...

Been using Bobs place for years. He does quality repairs and he sold me a Toyota PU years ago that is still on the road
