Fantastic service, great prices, hassle free, quick finalizing, and all around great people to work with. I felt listened to and cared for and not just sold to. I dont feel ripped off like other places have made me feel. I was cared for not just sold a car. Rene Yanke was AMAZING and knowledgeable. Mike was hilariously fun to work with and made sure we got every penny for my trade in with help from Rene making sure she pin pointed everything that was recently replaced. He also made sure he gave us the best price and explained the difference in price between this dealership and the competition dealerships. My husband and I test drove multiple cars and Rene was the best and wanted to make sure we were both happy and just kept bringing them out for us until we found the perfect vehicle for our family.

We arrived by the recommendation of the local Enterprise Car Rental agent, but without an appointment on Saturday of Labor Day weekend. A key fob issue brought us to Haddad Nissan of Pittsfield, MA. Staff, Bryan and Renee, greeted and welcomed us and directed us to the service counter where Kelsey promptly resolved the issue. She acknowledged that as long distance travelers we wanted to avoid any interruption due to car issues, especially on a holiday weekend. I believe it is the things that a dealership staff does for customers that aren’t likely to return that speaks to the quality of service you can regularly expect. Haddad Nissan staff provide outstanding service.

I dont like to be lied to. My hubby said that there was not an issue with my battery cable, yet I was told the positive cable was extremely erroded and that I needed a new one. My husband said we are not going to Nissan service again.I was also told I needed to new heating elements in my car seats...$450. Ive have many issues that I never got looked at because I was not comfortable going to a dealership. So after, 4.5 years they are dead and I cant afford to fix them.

I had an appt for an oil change and they called to tell me they had a couple of cancellations and that I could come in earlier than my scheduled appt. They were extremely friendly and accommodating when I arrived. I’ve never had a bad experience at Haddad Nissan, they’ve always treated me great!
Now that I see other customers have been LIED to I feel the need to share my thoughts.This has been a HORRIBLE experience thus far with the Service Department. We had something fixed on our truck, and paid $1,000 and the problem is still NOT fixed!! Now there is a grinding noise that was NEVER there before!! The service manager said he doesnt have a plan for fixing the truck and its been there for a week!! He gave me a bogus phone number when I asked to speak to his manager. We have been LIED to about fixing the problem, and conflicting stories on what was fixed, or if it was even taken for a test drive afterwards. We were very clear what we needed and wanted to be fixed (its a common problem with Nissans) but noone read the repair slip, so we were told they arent going to eat $1,000 (Well we arent either!) We expected MUCH better repair service and customer service considering mechanics there are paid $120.00 an hour! The communication about this situation has been downright rude and COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND bringing your vehicle there to be fixed!!! If this situation is resolved in an honest and in-good faith manner, I will update my review!!

My appointment was kept on time and service began immediately. John at the service desk kept me up-to-date with the service needs and I found out that there was an additional recall update that was needed, so he had that performed as well. I also inquired about replacement mirrors and snow tires, to which he provided estimates and recommendations for my vehicle, which matched my due diligence. I am happy he and the team there went beyond my service expectations and I thanked them all accordingly.

I see you have a 2013 Ford escape titanium with 67000 miles listed for $15043.00.I put a $500.00deposit on that very car in the beginning of March when it was listed for $9900.00.After waiting for 7 weeks and being told there was a problem with the title, I asked for my deposit back.Now it is for sale again but for over$15000.00,more than $5000.00 what I was supposed to get it for.

I arrived at Haddad Nissan kind of nervous as you always hear horror stories of car dealerships. I was pleasantly surprised to know my experience was going to be nothing like those stories!! I was greeted with a smile from my salesman Courtney Cross, immediately I felt comfortable and at ease. He was very easy to get along with, very personable and all about what I wanted. The car I was interested in was located at a different location of Haddad so he drove me to the car I wanted to test drive. I immediately fell in love and knew I wanted it. When I arrived back at the Nissan dealership Courtney was right there greeting me. I addressed all my concerns and they were taken care of no questions asked. I also spoke to the sales manager Justin Casey who was also wonderful to work with!! All around great place to buy a car. Dont go to Haddad Nissan. Ever.I went to get a copy of my key fob made because my used vehicle only came with 1 key. Spent nearly an hour in their waiting room. So glad they insisted I book a 30 appointment to sit and wait.When the key was ready, the guy at the counter specified they normally vacuum the car and wipe it down, but didnt do that today because theyre busy. However, he specified if I got a survey about their service I should say they did provide that service so they dont get in trouble.After finally getting my key, I go out to my vehicle in the parking lot to find out they seemingly needed to open all of my windows and my sunroof to make a key. Which is super special when they had parked the vehicle outside in the pouring rain.I lodged a complaint with a man named John who claimed to be the service manager. After no follow through, I called back, only to learn that the service manager is a woman. Who had no idea about my issues and didnt seem to believe me. Also claimed it had been too long, so there was nothing they could do to resolve my complaint.So, yeah, if thats how they treat you when you just need a key made, I can only imagine how horrific it would be if you had actual work done on the vehicle.Haddad Nissan seems to only practice customer disservice.Of note - they then tried calling me to make sure I scheduled an oil change. And they keep mailing reminders and coupons. Like I would ever trust people who ask me to lie for them while theyve vandalized my property and I get to pay them for the privilege? Thats going to be a no.

The issue I went in for was taken care of and I was completely satisfied with the repair and the time it took to be done as I waited on site for repair to be done. I was surprised that I wasnt reminded of a call back notice about brakes that I received in the mail a while ago and havent had repaired yet. Due to family and other people I know dealings with Haddad I went in with very low expectations but left very satisfied.

I called haddad Nissan in Pittsfield during pandemic and wanted information in a 2018 Rogue. I got in touch with Anthony Booth the sales manager who was very helpful and guided me every step of the way. I was able to trade in my 2007 Hyundai Sonata for my dream car. He helped me through the whole purchase process and the paperwork he also walked me through extra gap insurance to protect my car for life of my loan. I have to say I’m very impressed with the overall business experience and car purchasing aspect of this process. My husband and I purchased a 2016 Nissan Rogue from Haddad Nissan earlier this month. The entire experience was wonderful. Our salesman, Nick S, was very knowledgeable with the Nissan line and, listening to our needs was quick to show us the Rogue. After understand its many features, taking it for a test ride, and being given an impressive price, we were excited to make the purchase. I left the lot completely confident in our choice. This is our first Nissan and we are extremely happy with it! It handles wonderfully on both country and highway roads and it is fun to drive! I went in last week to get recall work done on my 2014 Rogue and it ended up to be the beginning of a trade-in process for my wifes 2012 Rogue. With the help of Kaleb and sales manager Justin, we were able to lease a new 2017 Rogue with ease and complete satisfaction. We worked primarily with Kaleb, but both were true professionals and men that can be trusted. They were very accommodating and seemed to care about every concern we had.
Very nice experience. Bobby was a pleasure to work with. As a follow up to this review I had hoped the vehicle registration and inspection sticker would have been taken care of when I picked up the vehicle. However that was not the case and I had to return the next day for the registration and had to go get the sticker myself. Maybe this could be taken care of for future buyers?

I purchased a vehicle recently at Haddad Nissan. I worked with Courtney to finalize the details, he was great to work with! Then met with the business manager- he was very unprofessional and rude at times.For example, he wanted me to purchase the expensive extended warranty. After spending more than 30 minutes trying to convince me and pressure me, he said that the deal probably wouldnt work if I declined the warranty. My advice to them; Advice and educate the customer briefly on their choices for warranties. Let them decide- dont try to decide for them.Second example; I test the vehicle I was interested in. The vehicle had snow tires, but online it was advertised to include All-season tires. After talking to them- they begrudgingly had to put on all-season tires at their expense. Altogether, I would advice you to go to a different dealership. Its not worth the trouble of dealing with some of their employees. My experience was mostly a high-pressure and unprofessional experience. Vehicle Quality: The vehicle I purchase seems to be very good. I test drove the vehicle and did my own inspection. The price was actually very competitive, but I dont recommend doing a Trade-In with this dealership. They will try to low-ball you for your car- save your energy and go elsewhere.
After being in a situation where my lease was ending on my Honda Pilot Justin and Marc had me driving away in a 2017 Rogue within a weeks time! They were both extremely knowledgeable and respectful.
