What a great computer guru Zane is- he took my dead computer in at 9:30 am, diagnosed the problem, repaired it, called me and by noon I had my computer back in good working order for a reasonable price. Highly recommend Nerdz For Hire!

Do not go here if you need your laptop fixed. I brought my laptop there to be fixed. Brought it home problem was still there. Brought it back he said the problem was fixed and guess what not fixed. Garbage place, garbage service, and the “store” looks and smells exactly like the service you’ll receive! 👍🏼

Never bringing my computer here again, he had my macbook for two months and during this time ordered three different parts in which were either broken on arrival or he broke in addition to breaking a whole separate part in my computer while trying to fix it. Not only this but he forgot to return the case with the computer and now the computer is in far worse shape than before i brought it in. Would not recommend at all

Nerdz For Hire, including a fellow Taconic High School alum, bailed me out the other day by updating WiFi driver software and cleaning up virus and malware from my PC. It was a last minute request, since I had to go out of town, and they gladly helped. NFH are some of the last guys who know what the hell is going on in computer technology - thank you.

BUYER BEWARE. I gave this business the one star because its the only way I could post my review. I brought my laptop to nerdz for hire to have the cpu fan cleaned . When I picked it up I was told it was, and I quote, as good as new. When I brought it home and turned it on I found there was ABSOLUTELY NO DIFFERENCE WHATSOEVER in the performance and the fan was still wildly racing. There is no possible way you would be able to ignore this fact. I contacted Zane to let him know and he now informs me it sounds like I need a new fan. I brought this possibility up when I dropped it off and asked him to let me know what he found when he opened the laptop to clean it. If he actually ever did... I ask him to order a new fan, he lets me know that he ordered the fan and would let me know when it arrived, probably by the end of the week. NEVER heard from him again... To add insult to injury my laptop was in pristine condition visually, it looked like it just came out of the box even though it wasnt new. When I got it back the lid was covered in scratches. He asked me if I wanted him to install an antivirus, I said yes and he never did. A total rip off and a complete waste of time and money as far as Im concerned. Dont go there!
