Great coffee with a great drive thru. The line is usually pretty long, but it goes faster than youd expect. Great service!

This starbucks is so good and the workers are always so friendly, which is one of the reasons why I go to this specific one. The problem is that it’s either a hit or a miss in terms of promptness. Sometimes when i get there after ordering from my phone it is ready as soon as i’m there, but other times, i’ll be stuck waiting for 25 minutes. the drive through also is very lengthy. I think if they could just figure out a way to get the drinks out a little more efficiently and in order it would be five stars!

The staff here is so fast and friendly. Its worth getting out of your car and stepping in the store to show them love for the amazing service they provide. Very patient and professional with all of the patrons that come through.

I went in one night with my mom and sister and the employee was very kind taking our order in the drive thru, and made sure to help us to his best even though they were short staffed and busy. Made my coffee just perfect, and although it was busy they took care of us very well!

Stopped by here to get me-self my to-go coffee for the drive back to Yuma...this place did not disappoint

Always a bad experience!!!!Too many staff and yet they still manage to keep people waiting in long line. Either that or short line with super slow service. My orders either messed up or super late despite ordering ahead! That’s it not coming back I’ve given them too many chances👎🏻

This is the worst starbucks in the city, but thats no fault of the employees (nice people! Sorry guys). Its in an awkward spot and its a little difficult to get to and to get out of. The drive thru wraps around the entire building and is clearly built to be packed, and every time Ive ever been here, it is. I have never spent less than 20 minutes in the drive thru at any hour of the day. Its really just a bad spot for a Starbucks and its such a pain to visit, its not worth it. Go to any other nearby Starbucks and save yourself some time.

Tried an Americano today. It was good but I still prefer my favorite the cold brews which they were out of. The service was excellent as always, I will be returning!!

Before I had some fine experiences at this starbucks but yesterday the service I received was absolutely awful the girl was super rude to me and all the drinks I ordered were not made how I asked for them she literally just tossed the ingredients in the blender and barely blended it so I was basically drinking flavored ice. The hot chocolate I ordered had a huge lint ball inside and was not made properly when she told me the drink I ordered was out she was very rude when saying she could make it another way and then she rudely handed me straws and instead of offering my a drink carrier she said we didnt have any and then I pointed them out in the corner and she angrily grabbed it and tossed it on the counter for me. I have to say I will never be returning to this starbucks and will stick to my local one and I hope this barista checks her attitude next time she comes to work.

Its close to home, roomy store area. Drive-thru & ordering ahead available. Friendly cashiers, very busy store but very quick service. Plenty of parking area. Remember to show your app scan in store before you order or especially before you pay ( per customer service rep).

This is my first time in this location, I went through drive thru. The staff was very friendly. While she was taking my order she seemed very enthusiastic. While I was at the window both employees were very friendly. I didnt have a problem with the location and the staff but my drink was made incorrectly.I got a citrus defender, which should be made with steamed lemonade but they gave it to me with water. I would have gone back but unfortunately I was running a bit late. It wasnt the same as how it should be made.

Very bad Starbucks. Saturday morning (6/12) they ran out of all breakfast sandwiches before 10:00am. Just go to another Starbucks! This one sucks.

They were quick and my coffee was super hot and delicious. I just wish it would have had a sleeve because the cup was burning my hand and I couldnt hold it long. Both baristas said hi when I entered to grab my coffee so :)

This Starbucks has not dealt with the Covid situation well. Theres a bunch of drinks in one spot for everyone to crowd around and touch to figure out what belongs to whom. If someone walks in to order, they end up waiting a long time while the drive through orders get made. If someone orders a hot and a cold drink, the hot drink is out in a few minutes while the cold drink may take upwards of 20 more minutes, instead of the two coming out together.

Honestly just the best get my coffee here everyday and the employees are just amazing !

I ordered a flat white, waited, went in, drink was not ready, receptionist walked across the room I could hear her asking if the flat white was ready for Paul, no was the answer, I again waited the drink was brought to me I left got into my car drive a block took a drink, it was just a cup of coffee. I wasnt going to return and spend another twenty minutes. $4.50 for a cup of coffee I did not order. Lesson learned!

This Starbucks and the staff are new, and sometimes have trouble keeping up with the demand. So, the wait times can be long, understandably. However, the quality is great. Compared to some of the other Starbucks nearby, this one is has some kinks to work out, which I am sure they will in time.

This store is a little on the small side because they get a lot of the college students here. But its all good. They are very nice. And the drinks are good.

The nicest Barista made me a Keto Frap w/only 7 net carbs. Time to drop this Covid weight and be summer ready! Just provide the recipe and they will make it.

Have had drinks here for several times. Everything taste OK just the room is kind of too small . Most of the time it is not easy to find a table inside and you have to seat outside . Depends on time the main street can be noisy . Suggest to show up late in the evening if you want to enjoy peaceful cool outdoor

Several months ago this location would have gotten 5 stars .. unfortunately, it is under new management and the changes he has made are not for the better. My husband and I had a weekend routine, we would take our dog and go for coffee, sit outside and visit with other regulars .. the new manager Dave decided to reduce the tables and chairs from 5 sets to only 2 .. on the weekends its very hard to sit and enjoy yourself because of the lack of seating. I brought my concerns up to him, and he listened but had no intentions of changing anything .. I guess making customers happy and comfortable to enjoy their coffee isnt that important to him .. just getting customers in and out is his main concern.

I normally LOVE this Starbucks but today everything about it was honestly awful. Not only did they make my coffee poorly but the customer service was terrible. I don’t know if this girl was new or what but she definitely didn’t want to be there. The lines were unusually long, I pull up to the window and was given attitude and as I was leaving she sighs or grunts out of some type of rude frustration. I completely understand that busy days can sometimes lead to poor quality coffee which I would never really care to write a review about but an bad attitude just isn’t something I wanna wake up to in the morning when I grab my coffee.

The morning lead cashier has gotten my order wrong more than 5 times (for the same product). When I asked (very nicely) how I could order more clearly, she tried to argue with me! Really?? Dont blame the computer!

They moved from smaller place at Yorba Linda Blvd and Bradford to this new location. The staff was really bad, especially that slim white racist manager with love for yellow fever, and I believe most of them at this location now. They had people just sitting there all day long sipping water, while customers paying $5-7 for drinks had no place to sit! It was going on for years! I even complained to Corporate. Also, I miss El Torito at this spot which closed last year!

This Starbucks SUCKS. The line for the drive through is always long and takes forever so you decide to go in and it takes EVEN LONGER when no one is even in there! I sat there for 5 minutes in the drive thru and no one talked to me in the intercom so I could order. Very chaotic Starbucks

I really love Starbucks I like it where it was really good memories and really good service at the Bradford .... but this new location at Kraemer and Yorba kind really bad services from the window .... and inside ... I don’t know because they are new employees or they need to be train or I don’t know but the employee they are bad service ... or sometime they are just there talking n taking there time even though their people ordering or just waiting for their drink ......two weeks ago they were taking so long just give ur pastry and people we’re getting their pastries wrong ... I don’t really don’t understand why it has 4 stars

I asked to 2 america-nos and I get home and he gave me one and the other was some mocha pep stuff I didnt order! I also asked him for a holder and he ignored my request. I just moved to the area but I will never return to this Starbucks people need to pay attention to what they are doing!

I know this is a new Starbucks location but the employees either need more training or new management. Customer service is no where near as great as the usual Starbucks I go to. I accidentally forgot to order a drink in the drive thru so I ended up ordering it at the window but since I noticed the drive thru was getting busy I offered to just pick it up inside so I wouldnt hold up their line. When I arrived inside after waiting for a while, it turns out the baristas were not advised of my order which I had already paid for. The barista then started working on my order and it became quite obvious to me that she had no idea how to make it. She needed help but the other employees were too busy to help her make it right. After receiving my drink, I proceeded to ask her if she could make my friends drink better by just adding a splash of cold brew since it was too milky and she advised me she was not allowed to refill my coffee and that I would need to buy a new one. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a Starbucks and I will not be coming back to this location for a long time.

Cashier/ barista were nice. Quiet Starbucks. Came here to study and there are limited tables next to some outlets. Wouldnt recommend for a study group.

Typically 8 employees working at once, with less than 5 customers waiting on drinks that take 15+ min to receive. Easily the slowest Sbux Ive ever been to. Either wait forever in the store or wait forever in the drive thru...pick your poison.

Nice little cafe to sit and do homework on Laptops-have Refresher-Coffee- or a Latte.Its very quiet and well managed.

I was at this location around 7AM on a Saturday. There were only 4 or 5 customers at the time and service was as expected. I was at a Seattle store across the street from Pike Place about a week before. That store set the bar for a 5 star.

Its tiny but nice place you can work with laptop. Nice staff and a lot parking lot. Nice place.

The selection and the prices are great at every store .... however the staff is what makes the difference.The staff at this location lacks the sense of urgency as well as the friendliness that comes with the title .... this cashiers priority was to wash the dishes instead of tending to the customers lining up at the register.

Some workers are really nice but most of them give attitude for the smallest things. Theyre not very consistent with how they make their coffee.

Worse customer service. Completely unfriendly and definitely dont care about the customer. I went twice thinking it was just the first person that was the problem. Second time different cashiers same terrible service. Luckily for them its Starbucks and not an independent coffee shop where customer service is the key to a successful business. Luckily for me theres a Starbucks every other corner so I dont have to go here ever again.

Sadly not a good experience. They were out of each of three options I wanted to order. Much lower end physically than it used to be--rough clientele, smokers outside, bikes parked too close to the door, no chairs or tables outside-o.k. one table and one chair and one lonely chair around the corner--music too loud and just not a place I would want to return to.

This starbucks is right next to my house and it is always chaos when i walk in the door. Today, I ordered and waited after 3 people were served after I had already ordered. On top of that they made my coffee incorrectly, I asked for no whipped cream for two identical orders. He made the first one right, and then he added whipped cream on the second one and after i said something to him..he took off the whipped cream with a spoon, spilled the coffee and filled the rest of my coffee with more creamer. Both of the coffees i ordered taste like milk. I will never buy coffee here again.

Someone ordered 10 fancy drinks, so when I got there, the line was out the door. It seemed like they were doing their best to move quickly, but at the expense of either missing placed orders, or delivering incorrect ones. Bummer.

Horrible, I was the only car on the drive through and it took them over 30 minutes to get my order . Our coffee wasnt made right at all, cups were dirty from over spilled coffee. The worst Starbucks experience ever for me.

The order was followed as I order it, to a specific temperature, but the place was far from being clean and neat.

I come to this location 5 times out of the week. (The bus route that I drive) every time I come in there I ask the lady that fix the drinks when you and when you get time may I have a cup of Ice water and it took ten minutes for her to get. Now I know your busy but really. Then when I walk out I hear the cashier day something tha5i choose not to repeat. In front other customers. I felt disrespected. I ask was it because of my color of skin idk but one thing for sure I will never go there again
