Staff so tired and low energy, so ignoring!! Come on guys if you don’t like your job go change it!! Ask them to help to use my coupons but they were simply trying to ignore me!Store tho was very clean which has to be because at the end of the day it is a pharmacy for god sake! Lol
A lot of cute things at this CVS. They also have Placentia shirts. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Was there for the Pfizer vaccine.
Big store. Better stocked than other CVS locations. Open later than other drug stores around. Friendly, patient staff. Isaiah was super patient with me in trying to make sure my ExtraBucks and digital coupons were properly applied.
JUST LIKE THE DMV!Worst PHARMACY in terms of service! I called 3 times and clearly heard them pickup then heard a dial tone. ... 3 x’s they hung up on me.They know their peak times why not STAFF UP?!
Lots of fun stuff, plus all the universe-fun stuff your doctor prescribes.
Friendly and fast service every time I go which is often!
The customers service very good, special the farmacyest his name Thomas, he give me my medicine in few minutes and he is gentleman and nice .I just want to say thank you to him
Wost experience ever if you are able to use another CVS might be worth the longer drive.
My wife came in with our daughter and she couldnt buy a bottle of seagrams vodka because of some made up policy because CVS Was in a college town, and needed to see my daughters id. My daughter wasnt of age. Regardless, this was a sale that was denied of my LEGAL AGE american wife because out daughter didnt have an id. How unamerican. This clerk was a middle age woman who was probably very bitter about life and whispered make america great again and they left. Then shouted something about qanon...whatever that means. You should have her investigated for terrorism. This happened around 11 am friday. Please check this out.
Not to pleasant at this loction, workers will greet as you enter the building but they announce it as if being threaten to do so. Anyway im rating a 2 because lack of service when needed and the photo booth i couldnt use past a certain time.. shame they close early now.
DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!They have screwed up every time I have been there.First time they didnt include my insurance, made us go back to the END of the line to correct it.Second time, we waited around 45 minutes to get a prescription that was wrong, and that wait also do to all the people in front of us having messed up prescriptions.Third and final time, I had a prescription called in yesterday, went to pick it up 24 hours later only to find out they were just NOW making it. I was told to wait, I did, I get back they still hadnt completed it.Use the Walgreens across the street, they are faster, better, and more helpful.
This review is not for the pharmacy because my health insurance offers its own pharmacy service. This review is only for the products this store sells and the customer support. I have found the products I need and especially the customer support to be pretty darn good.
I was dispensed a prescription medication by this pharmacy that was incorrect, and, when I checked with my Doctor about the change why the pharmacy had given me this medication instead, my Doctor told me he had not received any calls from the pharmacist and that this medication would never be dispensed for my condition. When I spoke to the pharmacist, he looked like he had not slept in 3 days, at least, as his eyes were so blood shot that I was surprised he could have a cognizant conversation at all. He explained that the prescription was unreadable and that the pharmacist on duty had called to verify the medication with my Doctor. Total BS.I dont know how they could have misread the Rx, as I could plainly read the original, however, when I requested their copy on file, I found their scanned version so horrible that I could see what he was talking about. However, the original was completely legible, and, I know that the pharmacist did not speak with my doctor, except maybe in his head, as he was either sleep deprived or high, as my Doctor would never have approved a medication change for this condition, and, he NEVER would have prescribed me this specific medication. This pharmacy should be cited for not having properly functioning equipment, and, otherwise, their pharmacists should have to go back to school and relearn pharmacodynamics, and pharmacology, as I am better informed about the medication and their side effects from the written documents received when picking up a medication than asking this staff.I suffer from Lupus SLE as well as RA, this pharmacy staff is fortunate that I did not have an adverse reaction to this medication.None of this staff should be able to work until they actually know what they are doing. There have been other issues, as well, but I believe that this says it all.Do NOT use this pharmacy! YOU MIGHT END UP DEAD!
The absolute most rudest staff i have come a accross. I will be moving all my meds to a walgreens. No concideation for customers coming out of the hospital needing their meds. Me young in the pharmacy at the register and the pharmasit Lee. I come in with huge cuts and in pin straight from the hospital and still they are rude and say it will be an hour wait. You all disgust me! Your managment needs to teach everyone some customer service and concideration. This pharmacy staff is A pile a dog S****. I would not bring your perscriprions to be filled here. go to walgreens accross the street
Red Wines
Worst pharmacy ever! Lack of staff
Everytime i go in this specific cvs they never help the customer, and they always get you to sign up for the stupid card they have every time
There are only two people that actually know how to do their jobs which is sad i recommend going to a different pharmacy. And drug store in general i havent been to a cvs yet where i havent walked out completley irritated and unsatisfied as a customer.
Worst pharmacy ive ever dealt with. Stay away if you have a monthly medication that is dire for your health.
Ive been going here for years and only for after my cvs is closed because its 24 hr. The staff follow you around lurking like youre going to be shoplifting any second. I actually asked the woman if she would like my purse behind the counter because shes creeping me out! Im killing time waiting for my perception lady! She skulked away no,no Im just stocking yeah me! The whole building is just creepy. Ive never been comfortable in it. Avoid it if you can.
DO NOT GO HERE! THE STAFF AT THE PHARMACY ARE SOOOOOOO SLOW! There was just one person ahead of me to drop off a prescription and the lady pharmacist (who cant speak or understand English very well) was having trouble understanding what the person was telling and asking her so I waited behind this person in line for a bit over 20 minutes!!! Finally after I was helped by her, it took 35 minutes for them to fill my one prescription! Another time I called here (thinking it would be faster) and after 12 minutes of being placed on hold I just hung up! This CVS store staff is great BUT THE CVS PHARMACY STAFF are terribly slow and the one woman pharmacists is NOT knowledgeable on all the medications. I recommend the CVS down the street on Kraemer/Bastanchury! I am always out of there quickly, (within 15 minutes)with prescription in hand!
Lucky I gave 2 starts and not less. the most important thing is always keep the customers inform and explain what is going on. The pharmacy department needs to all get together and get educated on getting all the info and same info. They need to educate them on informing customers of what is going on if things are not going right and ur not getting ur meds like u should and ur out of meds or whatever and breif explaination on y u keep having problems so customers arent in the blue and blame staff for not doing the job right. Joe the pharmacist is the main problem. He doesnt tell u anything when problems arrives. He just ignores u or says he doesnt know even when u ask if he can find out what the problem is and even have the guts to tell u to call medi-cal and figure it out on ur own and moves on. Well thats if things r not that simple. Just seems like he just brushes u aside. The only ones that at least look into to see if they can tell me what the problem is oscar and of course the lead tech Chris. Now that there is a newer asistant from the Irvine cvs working here Gabriella, shes the only asistant there that will help find out if there is any info on problems and not just say I dont know and move on. If she dont know she will at least ask another member.Every month I have problems with getting my meds on time and always run out. So I blame it on the staff for not doing there job and always messing up and do get mad. No one will tell me what is going on but the fact they dont know. Its not til now after I made the mistake of switching to another cvs and switching back that I was told how much trouble medi-cal billing is and what had to be done and how it works and that there will always be problems. If I have gotten an explaination before in the begining when the meds were constantly screwing up and kept getting mad then I wouldnt of gotten mad and I would of understood and would of tried myself to see if i could help make the med proccess better. But come on not even Joe the pharmacist could tell me that. He is the pharmacist he should have all the info. I dont think he knows what is going on with the customers he just does the min. and dont want to deal with anything else. Lead tech chris seems to know more than Joe. It should be the other way around. I do see many customers upset not getting there meds right or have problems and seem like they r getting fustrated. Now I think they too r in the blue about whats going on and y. At least Joe should see if he can find out the info. So the main problem is they need to specificly tell the customers what the problem is and y and if its a billing problem whats going on so customers are in the know how and not think staff is always messing up. If yhat csn be done then I think they eill be a better pharmacy. But other than that staff members are alway nice and friendly.
Do not go to their pharmacy. They’re the worst. Very rude and unprofessional.
Run down. Looks like the store Belongs in LA
Friendly staff, clean store.
Slow in service, often has low inventory!
No longer open 24hrs
This store is beat and needs to be updated.
I had a problem with the self check out machine because I did not let it scan more than one coupon and the cashier who attended me told me that she did not know what to do and what did I want her to tell me? That she was not the manager and that she did not have the key to the machine to get the coupon that she had already scanned and paid for the box and that the manager was in a meeting and that if she liked she would wait for me because she could not do anything, she did not even apologize and he retired. What a pity because I am a client who usually goes 3 to 4 times a week and even if I had only been a client on that occasion, one deserves respect and the workers should be polite, I do not generalize it is only a comment, and their name its mary lou
