Usually this is my go to store up until recently when they had no parts for my car. Like a radiator cap or thermostat. I drive an. Acura . They told me that the only store that had my parts was the jsckson store and they couldnt order any parts through the jackson warehouse and their warehouse doesnt have any. Its an Acura part ....

They have just about anything you could want to dress up or repair your vehicle. The staff is knowledgeable and informed. A good place to go if you are not quite sure about a repair or just replacing an interior lamp.

Lucas is awesome. Good dude. Always super helpful. I appreciate the patience he has while dealing with people (like me) that have no idea what theyre doing. Also doesnt try to rip people of for not knowing what to do.

Wow! Cheyenne referred me to a competitor! I always shop here first, and I thought it was good of her to do that. They didnt have the part, so good on them for the referral! I needed a bendix kit, which are rare these days.

Auto zone is a great spot to find parts when needed. Scott at auto zone is an awesome dude if he doesnt know it he always looks it up on there computer or even on his phone to help out with any problem that arises with a vehical!! Highly recommend this parts store

One man who wears glasses is not helpful at all and is very rude you should exclude him from any more work

I didnt feel welcomed here, I dont know if it is because Im a minority?? I was looking for several minutes at the oil and oil additives and not one staff member came to see if I needed help as Im a senior and disabled. But the staff was laughing and carrying on with the white customers. There are other autozones in the local area that will get my business.

This is the worst auto parts store that I have ever been to. The men talk down to you, when their the ones that know absolutely nothing. The women employees are very nice and helpful. The men wont even go out to your car to see if your brake lights are working when asked. I will not be spending my money at this store again.

Decent Car Parts Store in Placerville. Prices are about as good as you can find for minor part replacement. Wearing masks and pretty clean. My only complaint was that the gal, who was store manager was a little rude, especially to the guy working under her.

I was having battery issues and found out they didnt have a battery nor do they install them on a vehicle like mine. Pretty weak. Found a battery charger though.

Great help. I don’t remember the name of the gentleman that helped me, but he was a fantastic help. They bit only helped me find replacement wiper blades for my car, but also helped me take the old ones off and put the new ones off. 11/10 customer service!

The staff are always helpful and polite. The prices are much higher than you can find on the internet but if you need a part immediately they are a solid choice. Their return and warrantee programs are nice as well.

I was stuck in a parking lot about a block away with my toddler and called to see if they carried the battery I needed for my car key and I planned on walking there to get it but the guy on the phone drove it over to me and helped me and he drove back and I followed him to pay for the battery and I swear I cried driving there I thought you know people just dont do stuff like that anymore it was so thoughtful and caring and kind, I wish there were more people like that guy. I only buy my brake pads from here because of the great warranty that they offer. Knowledge of staff is sub-par. Always bring in the parts you want to replace to compare them to the ones youre buying when shopping here! It seems that every location is notorious for selling you the wrong part.
