Customer service was really great. Ronnie in the front desk is very personable!Only gripe:I got in there 6:58am and checked in my car at 7:00am right when they open, so I was the first one in there. They didnt finish my car until 8:24am.Even when you are the first one in, it still takes them an HR and half to do oil change.Just a heads up if you trying to get there early and have time to go to work.

The customer service was wonderful but they did not double check that the oil cap was completely sealed below the car, leaving oil all over my boyfriends beautiful garage that is his baby. I’m screwed thanks to their lack of care and for not double checking. I’m furious. Let’s hope the manager can help??

My boyfriend took his car in today to have 2 tires changed and ended up with a broken windshield. They did nothing to help and denied it all. If I could give no stars I would. This was the worst experience I have ever had.

They got us in for a tire change fast. We shopped while we waited. It was cheap less then 100$ and INNA is the sweetest young lady. She was our cashier.

We stopped by and nobody was in line outside of cars in the shop. We pulled in and one of the employees got mad at us because a truck across the way needed to back in where we were. I told him that I had no idea and would move. When the truck moved, we pulled up and the upset employee told us he could help us, but it would be 2 hours with the number of people in front of us. We went to Splasherville, where they did our oil, washed, and detailed the car in about an hour. Id highly recommend Splasherville.

Very friendly and informative staff. They finished my car earlier than I had thought and even gave me a referral to have an alignment on my car. They even saved me a few bucks. There are a couple of restaurants in walking distance. I gave 4 out of 5, because one of the days I tried to go there during regular bus hours, they were closed.

Went to the Placerville Walmart Auto Center today, to get an oil change and while my car was being serviced the manager Tim notice that my tires were going bald. My family and I were going out of town tomorrow in my car. If he didnt notice them we may have been in an accident. The whole service crew were super helpful and fantastic customer service especially when we got to the shop right before closing. I will definitely be back to the shop to get my headlights restored by Garry, came in and look at his pictures of the cars he has done, they look amazingly brand new. Thank Walmart auto center team!!

Very good experience at there automotive department. They do good work and dont try to rip you off I have gone twice. The store itself is clean and well stocked with a very nice electronics department

This was the worst experience I have ever had at any auto center. First, they tried to sell me a tire for $110 when it was on clearance for $69 on the other aisle . After I explained to them that the same tire was on sale they proceeded to tell me they couldn’t give me a warranty on the clearance ones because those were the only tires of that kind in the store. Which doesn’t make sense because they had the same ones for $110 that I could buy the warranty on?? After this they couldn’t do my oil change because they couldn’t take the drain plug off. Pure laziness. After I sat here waiting for 2 hours to get my tires changed they tell me they can’t sell me the tires because they are too old?? Why would they be in the store for people to buy if they were too old to sell. This was horrible. I don’t recommend. Spend the extra money to have someone who knows what they’re talking about take care of your car.

The $30 oil change turned into a $56 oil change. Because they said they didn’t carry my oil filter in the shop they went into the store and grabbed a $15 filter and they said they didn’t have any bulk 5w-30 so they grabbed that off the shelf in the store and charged me for that too. What a joke. I won’t be back.

I got a high mileage oil change package here. While it was slow, the man working on my vehicle was thorough. He cleaned my window, vacuumed my floor, checked my fluids and air filter, and made sure that I got all of the quarts of oil that my car needed. It also seemed like he screwed the filter and oil plug back on very snugly (Ive heard that people dont like walmart oil changes because they leave the plug and filter loose causing oil drips. Ill come back if Im not in a hurry somewhere

They have had the same regular Mechanics for quite some time. This is where I take my car for every oil change and for new tires. Fast and friendly service!

Price is good but servixe is always slower than what they tell you. Today i was tols 1.5-2 hours i am going on 3 hours now.

Went into Wal-Mart to get my tires done on my Audi A6 because I had heard OK things about them as a tire shop. Got the tires installed just fine, but they broke the center caps for my tires. After driving away with the tires, the car started shaking at 40 mph and above because they did not balance my tires properly. Went back a couple of days later to see what they were willing to do for me to fix the situation and they agreed that it was their fault, but there was nothing they can do without me paying them more money.Needless to say, I WILL NOT be returning. I hope everyone reads this review before they go to this tire center and get scammed by these people.Cheap tires and a Cheap Tire shop are not the way to go.

Items needed for oil change were available and priced competitively. Self checkout was available and user friendly.

It not right Im the first person here at 7 am still after 2 hours they have done everybodys car that was buying stuff and havent touched mine at all horrible way to spend Saturday morning so after this review is done Im getting my car and leaving wallmart never to return again Im just going to go to American tires instead

Oil change every 3 months

Absolutely HORRIBLE place. The Manager Tim doesnt have a clue how to run his crew, the wait times are monstrously long and Im pretty sure the service manager Chris Jasmere learned his customer service skills from an Indian Telemarketer. Hes rude, obnoxious and turns away cars simply because he doesnt feel like working on them. Have a Volvo? Most Wal-Mart Auto Centers will help you but here? No way, Chris HATES Volvos. Im pretty sure the Tech, Ronnie is a psycho as he walks around aimlessly, trying to roar metal vocals. If youre looking for car service.. TURN AWAY but if you want something to laugh at, head on in! Just be prepared to wait an hour or more for an oil change and up to 6 hours for tires!!!

Got my oil changed recently, and they didnt put my cap back on. I went driving for a bit and smelled something burning, but I always thought it was a car I was nearby. I ended up checking my under my hood and the cap was totally loose. If you get your oil changed, check and make sure the cap is on, because they wont.

Good tired at a good price but they are super busy therefore making it super slow so you have to wait a while if youre getting tires and such.

Beware they will not refund a DOA battery, only replace. They have lots of issues with their batteries. A person that works there told me. Think twice.
