I had work done on my suspension and had 4 new tires mounted just over a year ago. They made sure to complete all the work in 1 day so I could get the rebate on the tires. Recently, I noticed my car was making a similar noise as before so I brought it back in (along with my complimentary balance and rotation). They confirmed it was the same issue. Not only did they warranty the labor but they also pushed to have the part warrantied as well, even though it was past the 12 month mark. This company operates with so much integrity and care for their customers. They are super busy for a reason and well worth the wait to get in. I won’t be going anywhere else for my car.

Good deal on tires and oil change. Fast reliable service. Nice place to walk around and shop in downtown Placerville while you wait for your vehicle to be done.

These people are trustworthy, never had them try and sell me something I didnt need, which is a rare thing for a tire shop. Their prices might be a little higher than Walmart but their technicians are trained and when they charge you for the work you can be sure they did it. Highly recommended!

All I needed were my brake pads replaced, I had already bought brand new ones and needed them to be installed. The man that answered was extremely rude and short with me and said “we don’t install customer parts”. Considering I got them from a well accredited brand and they were still in the box I’m assuming he meant that they did not do installations unless they were allowed to overcharge you with their brake pads. Unprofessional, snappy, and short. Maybe the guy was having a bad day but regardless when you are working a retail job you are supposed to be at least moderately friendly.

Been in a few times since moving to Placerville. Courteous and professional people here. Tire swap, front-end inspection, rebalance and alignment so far but i will not hesitate to use this shop as the need arises. Cost was resonsble as well. Thank you.

Just walked in for tires. Good, solid advice. Timely service. Friendly employees. Got me in faster than I expected. Waiting room was clean and comfortable. A/C 👍👍 and Wi-Fi.

The Employees here were very kind and accommodating. They change my oil very quickly. If I lived in the area I’m sure I’d be a regular here. They also give discounts to traveling nurses which I thought was sweet. Oh and dog friendly!

Main reason was to have headlight replaced. I called ahead of time and waas told they could do it and that it would be about 3 hour wait. Ask for tires to be rotated too since I was there. I sat there for 2 hours outside, as waiting area was blocked off. To be told they could not replace the bulb today but, we rotated your tires. Needless to say I was furious. Just so happen to pass another repair shop, just a couple hundred yards away. They took care of me in less than a 1/2 hour and their lobby was full as well.I could of understood if they would of just said we cant replace you bulb today. But to wait 2 hrs to say something ?

Service was great. Came in for a 4 wheel alignment it was fairly priced. and done efficiently. There is good path behind the shop to walk your pets. My dog was welcomed inside. :)

Service was good.. but they do not accept checks and I was not informed of this until work was done. It was posted in all writing at check in desk but not mentioned when I called in for appt.

This is the second time I have used Sierras services since they moved to this location. Both times they were so attentive to details. I ask when leaving if they do transmission service, to which they said-Yes! I will scheduling my Nissan Crew Cab, very soon!!The entire staff is Great!!

I love this shop. The treatment to their customers and to their customers cars are top notch! I will never go anywhere else for oil changes or tire service. I dont even mind waiting extra time when they are busy because it is WORTH the wait.

We were on our way to Lake Tahoe when our the started losing pressure slowly. I panicked as we werent carrying a spare wheel. We would be stuck on road if something were to happen to this. It was getting dark, so I found the nearest tire place and drove here. Mike was really helpful and reassuring. I told him to replace the tire as I wanted it done quick and wanted to get to the hotel before night. He checked the tire and told us they can patch it for just $20 instead if replacing which would have cost substantially more. And they did it fast as be we were on our way in less than an hour. Really appreciate the service and honesty.

We were on our way camping when what sounded like my brakes were wearing out. Figured I better get them replaced before towing my trailer home. After checking my brakes they found a small stone was rubbing and making the awful sound. They put the tires back on and didn’t charge me. Highly recommend his shop for honesty and great service

Took my ‘08 accord to Folsom Honda for the airbag recall and diagnose engine whine. After a speedy diagnosis ($60), the techs concluded that it was a drivetrain pulley ($600 job)I opted to take it to Sierra Nevada for half the price, and they discovered that the pulley was fine and my power steering pump was cracked and making the noise. Pump/fluid/belt replaced($470), no noise, everything resolved.The guys at Sierra did a great job. Thanks from the Haskell/Masters family.

I had no problem. My issue was handled but when my wife called, in my opinion, she was given some fictitious information. This sort of gives rise to women being treated differently, which I did not appreciate.

I have been going there for three years, ever since they opened. Im a fussy customer and I have been more than happy with every experience, I have may daughter and son take their cars there. I call my co workers knuckleheads if they take their cars elsewhere. You will not find a more honest shop. The owner loves what he does and they will take care of you. Whats better, the service is always excellent whether the owner is on site or not.

Ruined my new tires. The guy didnt know how to fix a flat with a nail. Didnt deflate before patching caused a bubble effect in side wall. Avoid this place!!!!
