Bought my car here. It was a pleasant experience. Wish I would have pushed them to show me more vehicles. Tried to go for an oil change and the lady there, Donna, was the rudest person I have ever met. I left and said I would schedule somewhere else. Very disappointed. Two stars because the sales end was nice. Donna dragged them down.

We bought a used 2018 KIA Sorento, the car is really nice. We did not receive one call from the dealer how the car was after the sale. We did not receive one e-mail all call back from the salesmen Dustin after the sale. All I did was ask about a spare key.

Think twice about doing business here. I was all set to fly in from out of State to purchase a vehicle here. The price was agreed upon, I started the application process with them, and provided the necessary documentation. I was told everything was all set, was assured there would be no issues, and they knew when I was flying in. Four days before I was due to arrive, I get an email that they sold the vehicle and there was nothing they could do. Now I am out the full cost of the flight for which I hold the dealership responsible. They refused to take any responsibility, and wasted my time and effort that could have been used to make a purchase elsewhere. While my situation is a bit unique, their handling of the situation should give others pause. Any business that does not take responsibility for their failures should be avoided. They will likely do the same to you if it comes down to it.
