Overall clean store and friendly people. Poor experience with curbside pick up. Checked in online with app, for pick up. Waited 15 minutes for delivery of product to car.. Eventually called the store directly. Was asked if I was inside shopped, advised no. Rep then brought products to car within about 10 min from call.

If this is the Walmart by elverta/watt, I really like it.. nobody bothers you if you come in without a stupid mask. Also all the staff are friendly and the other shoppers are respectful

Large semi-rural store, well stocked and has covered parking area to beat the heat.Long way from home but happened to be in the area so used it as an oasis to purchase a few things and snacks and the shopping experience was good.

Used to be a good store. No longer! Because of their war against cash customers Im forced to wait in a LONG, SLOW line to buy even a couple of items. Better to make do without. I save more money when I buy nothing at all.If youre a cash customer, Walmart hates you. Go somewhere else. Horrible store!

The employees at the store are never helpful they dont even bring carts in for you anymore they leave a mountain rain or out in the parking lot and when you ask them they said they dont do that anymore worst Walmart ever

This place is clean, always has a good stock of things and employees who actually help you and are easily found. Its never too crowded either, they are good about having plenty of cahiers unlike a lot of Walmarts.

Update: I will be shopping at Target across the highway from now on. The last couple trips have ended in my disability being highlighted and not accommodated. I will not being shopping WalMart anymore. Not worth the stress on my body and mind for only being able to get half my list items.Old review...The staff are wonderful! The only reason I lowered the stars is because they often dont have the items Im going for.

Easy access on Missouri Flat Road with plenty of parking.They even have a Nail Salon Im the store owned by a nice couple, with reasonable prices.

I cant give this place five stars because they lack in checkers. They design the store to have like 15 check stand and only ever have one or two open. There are a few front end people that work there who are the people who make up for lack of checkers. They do make you feel welcome, usually have what I need sometimes the shelves are a little bare but with the lack of people on the job its understandable. It is a local spot for me to get what I need for reasonable prices

Their grocery dept. Has no meat, except for hot dogs or such as lunchables. Leaves lot to be desired.

What a warm greeting I received as I walked in!I found everything I needed, and a bit more.At the checkout, again a wonderful employee. Staff cared about their job.

Walmart in Placerville Ca. 95667 is a good to shop for just about every thing you need like Groceries,Pharmacy, Hardware,Clothing etc...and much much more very Clean, Helpful & Friendly plus Knowledge able sales people.

Helpful staff, east to find stuff, and a pretty nice Walmart, one downside is almost all of their plants are on life support and most probably will like a week after you buy them

We stopped in to pick up a couple of things among them being a couple of pairs of pants for our daughter. They did not give us the bag with the pants. The worse part is that they dont answer their phone. Ive tried all day and it just rings and then hangs up on you. I do not live in the area.

This is our Walmart and we love the employees and as we all are aware the prices are tough to beat. BUT keep your shelves stocked for goodness sake. We get that Covid made things tough but come on things are better and more and more people are back to work. So order the product and get it on the shelves CONSISTENTLY!

Big, very well stocked Walmart. And shelves not dishevelled. Even has lots of shaded parking.

I waited over 20 minutes. The only customer service person was on break. However once she returned, she was very polite

Nice Walmart considering. But they dont have fresh meat only frozen meats like chicken and ready made meats, and not fresh fruit or Veggies. Well they have some but very little. Its not a super Walmart.

I visited at a busy time. Lines were 3+ deep, lots of spaces in the shelves. Managed to get what I needed though.

Love Walmart, but this was not one of the favorites. Soft-drink and sport-drink section too small and out of stock.

Had not been here in over a year. The solar generating parking lot stuctures were a nice addition. However the store seems to be on a downtrend. It was messy in general, everywhere. A few very grumpy employees including one constantly muttering to himself. I did find some quality additions to the discount movie bin.

Went to go get some fabric and the lady ( i think her name was Michelle) there that cut it was just plain rude. I understand its WalMart but come on! Not going to that one again...

Its just your basic Walmart. Not the cleanest and masks seem to be optional in there for those who need to or want to know. On a good note they had what I needed!

Its definitely not my favorite place to shop- only as a last resort. Its pretty dirty and shopping carts are no longer being cleaned so make sure you are prepared. I always always carry hand sanitizer and wipes even before covid.

Have half the parking lot chained up, including all the handicapped parking spots. So good luck. They are putting everything in locked cabinets and are now back to looking at your receipt. Even the frickin dog leashes are locked up. I guess they think their customers are gonna Rob them. Cannot wait for target to open in Placerville.

This Walmart has no bakery, no produce section, and the absolute worst place to buy Meat. Everything else is fine. Except the 3 most important things. No bakery, no produce section, no actual Meat Isle either. Unless you want lunch meat.

Its ok... doesnt have as much stuff as some other Wal-Marts...

Little bit slower pace than the other stores in Folsom and surrounding areas. More mountain folks, more mountain gear! A good stop not too far off the 50 when youre en route to camping or recreation up the hill or down in gold country. The beauty items are under lock down and surveillance which is a little disruptive/annoying when you have to essentially check out separately but every store has their own loss control issues 🤷‍♀️. One time a guy who looked like hed just been released from the hospital parked his sedan in my trucks front bumper - Im usually pretty careful in this parking lot from now on.

Always quick to good prices and nice. Always nice. Even when I am having bad day. They come through with nice friendly attitudes.God bless them!

Store personal responded and directed me to the department I wanted. Check out was quick and easy. Walk from entry to garden department and out was long but I needed the exercise.Good shopping experience.Tom

I remember in 2001 and 2004 when I worked for both of them Walmart and the shelves were perfect things werent scattered your story has went downhill

They have cashiers that literally can’t count change. The guy counted 47 cents 5 times and lost track everytime and started to count it a 6th time. Holy cow these employees at this Walmart are awful they have 3 people at self checkout talking about one of the girls shoes and 1 real checkout open when none of the self checkouts take cash and a line of 15 plus at the line with a cashier who can’t count change and his boxers are hanging out. Disgusting and I thought my Walmart back home was bad

Busy busy. If you push the assistant call button in vacuum area, make sure you have a chair handy. 23 minutes waiting. Thats after I waited long enough to think about timing it. But after that quick and easy... Right up till checking out. Remember that chair from vacuum section? Insure to have it handy for that fun area. Checkers are wonderful, however average Joe yeah not so much.

Tiny unorganized walmart. I was told that I couldnt purchase a product out of the cosmetics department because no one was there to unlock the hook. Good luck trying to find anything in this store. I found mason jars on an end cap with the vacuums. The store seriously needs an upgrade.

Its a WalMart, what else are you going to say. The prices are great, the selection is unlimited, the employees seem sedated at times but then, Id probably want something to numb me after answering questions that have nothing to do with anything in the store. The self checkout has allowed the big box establishment to eliminate a good number of clerks or cashiers..at least it seems that way since its tough to find a live person willing to total your purchases and if you do happen upon a lit sign with a short line of folks waiting to check out, theres a good chance someone will run up to you and say, we have to take our break now so this line is closed. I know it hurts some of the employees to do this, but Walmart rules are written in stone and if you want to stay employed, you do as they tell you to do. In all fairness, Walmart supplies us with an affordable shopping option and these days, thats hard to find.

I live in Oklahoma and this store was so much better than ours Im a plus size the clothing section out here was awesome Oklahoma has no clue.

Im giving 3 ✨ because their store has both grocery and general merchandise like other Walmarts, but the grocery side is all jam packed into a small area and therefore they dont have a huge selection like other Walmarts. If youre looking for a variety and /or just some of your regular items that youd get in a regular grocery store, you may not be able to find it. Other tan those issues to their customer service is good. I have no other complaints

This walmart sucks. Its always out of things ESPECIALLY Vitamin D milk! They never have any im like are the employees hogging the D milk for themselves ? Kinda mysterious.

This store is generally very well managed. Ive had some issues with the car department a while ago but werent a huge deal and was probably not any of the staff thats there now.

It was a normal Walmart experience in my area, try to be clean and tidy but there are a lot of uncaring workers and always at least one very kind and helpful worker!

I love to shop here for my granddaughters. I always find what I need for them.

So disappointed in how lacking in service and staffing Walmart has been.

This rating would be 2 stars if it werent for the fast self-checkout in-store. Phone service is awful because of long waiting times for service. Youre best off using their other services. Phone isnt recommended.

Its fine except for a few things like the Legos are locked up and no one is near there almost all of the time so I have Walk around and look for a person to unlock the doors

Not wheelchair friendly, aisles were so narrow couldnt get through. Found what I wanted quickly. Aisles also full of unloaded merchandise, messy and unsafe.

They are working with a skeleton crew; hard to find assistance. We were overcharged by $13.-$15. after tax. Double charged on 2 items to top it all off! Fairly well stocked if you can locate the items. At best 2-3 stars. Overall, I was disappointed.
