Its hard to overstate how excellent and knowledgeable Michelle is at what she does.She gave excellent advice on what to do without our existing fireplace, gave us an awesome price on our stove, and the installer Wade(and his crew) did everything smoothly and perfectly within the quoted time-frame and despite our unfinished hearth.My parents, my brother, and my cousin have all purchased stoves from here as well and we all sing their praises. They are the best in the foothills and we highly recommend them.(I obviously got nothing for this review. Just wanted to brag about an excellent small business)

Michelle is so knowledgeable and answered all my annoying questions about wood burning stoves. Ive never used one before. Between her and the installer, they have directed me on the product I needed to heat my home and did an awesome job of remodeling around the new built-in wood burning stove. Her store is full of amazing stuff, clothing and fireplace accessories. Its fun to walk through and see everything. My remodeling will be finished in a day or two. So this photo displayed here is an example from the store. Went in here for some help and ran into an old lady with screechy voice who belittled me, said my whole fireplace installation was wrong and I quite literally ran out of the place!! Found great, friendly folks at Sierra Home Alternatives for what I needed.

Very cute boutique. Surprisingly great prices in their clothes. They have a lot of fun spring decor, patriotic decor, indoor/outdoor decor, etc. I was surprised to see pots of potpourri, several different fragrances and scoop the amount you want. Ill definitely be back.

Purchased a new fireplace insert from these folks. Seems to have the best prices with good quality products. They provided the contractor. They made arrangement with the county for the building permit. All the work went well and the new unit looks great.

My experience in this store has been limited to watching my toddler play in the kids play area while my wife shops the clothing section in the back. My wife loves the clothing selections and after overhearing several interactions between the owner and customers seeking stoves or stove pipe, I would feel confident recommending friends or family to buy stoves and stove accessories here. The owner is very knowledgeable about the products she sells, building codes, and stove pipe assembly, and she can quickly work out highly competitive estimates. Whenever I am in the market for a new stove, I know where I will go first!

They have everything needed for wood stoves, pellet, gas, smokers, parts to all of them, gifts and great information for all the listed items. And they have knowledgeable people working in this store.

I purchased a Napoleon B42NT insert through Country Elegance because I liked how Michele explained what I needed and didnt need. And the price was excellent!!! I had received information from another company who did not take time to understand my fireplace set-up. Mchele helped me and made sure I did not purchase items I did not need.Other reviews that I have read state that the communication was poor. While I ran into a little back and forth trying to get in touch with Michele, I can completely understand that a business cannot soley cater to me, and Michele did return my calls and messages to my satisfaction.Furthermore, during the installation of the unit, there was a small mishap (mistake on MY part). I am currently-as Im writing this review-talking with Michele who has bent over backwards to make sure that I get everything corrected. This is something that she does not have to do. This is a mistake that I made through the installation process (Dont have an electrician hook up the electrical line for the on/off switch unit to live power).I just want to say that through all the chaos, Michele and Country Elegance have truly been one of the best experiences that I can think of when working with a company. I wish nothing but the best for this family business. And hope that others reading this review consider working with this company!

We just bought a Napoleon Wood Stove and can’t recommend Country Elegance enough. We shopped all the other local shops and big box stores before we made the decision to buy from Country Elegance and we are not disappointed. Michelle is unbelievably knowledgeable about wood stoves and you can tell she has built her small business over 30 years by being focused on customer service. She treated us very well and answered all of our city-folk questions without judgement. She even called us before she went home for the day to ensure our DIY install went well. You don’t get this kind of customer service from the big boxes nor do I suspect the others treat you the same way (going off their lack of follow up after a quote). Highly recommend Country Elegance and looking forward to a long term relationship...

Always very friendly and very helpful. They have snacks for while you shop and a kids area for the kids to play at.

This place is the worst: the installer doesn’t finish his job, leaves garbage all over and then blames it on time. They charged me for more then I got and took almost a year to get my permit finalized with the county. I had to end up taking time off work several times to get things finalized. My suggestion is to go someplace else.

Super cute shop full of home decor, clothes, and accessories at very reasonable prices. Free coffee while you shop and a play area for kiddos.
