Went in today for dog food.. Poor chicks and ducks were in a pile freezing cause all the heat lamps were off. In the cage next to them were dead chicks.. youd think they would be on top of this..

They are always so helpful in here... though I wish they would staff better they need more associates on the floor it makes it hard to find that aid!

Good farm supply store, only yesterdays visit was disappointing. I went to shop for a riding mower, but there was only one in stock and it was not even put together properly. When I asked if they would give a discount on that improperly assembled and already damaged machine, I was scoffed at and told that they would reassemble before sale. Why do you have items on the floor you can not purchase right away because of an embarrassingly improperly assembled item. That would be like going into a bike store and being told you cant try the bikes because they are not safe.

Their employees are always really polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. Ive never had a problem with them, though Ive never gotten any farm supplies or equipment. Some things are more expensive than their competitors, but going here is more convenient for me.

I went to the store today and I am pleased to share my experience . The gentleman outside the store was very helpful in carrying the 3 big bags of cedar chips into my cart and also helped me put them in the car without being asked. That was my first experience in the store. Although the store is not as large as home Depot, I will go back there to buy supplies I need.

Good prices on catfood and dogfood. Staff is extremely helpful and the selection of items in this store goes way beyond my expectations.

Good selection of products, many of which you may not find at the larger BORG (big orange retail giant) or smaller feed store. Prices are fair with weekly sale items. Customer service is always exceptional. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Im not really a day person in anyway and tend to get more accomplished in the evening then any other time.. So being able to get parts I need at odd hours is fantastic.. Autozone just tends to have the better prices for someone broke like me.. And the employees at virtually any autozone Ive been to have been enjoyable to be waited on by.. So kudos Autozone..

This place consistently has inventory issues. We try to buy all of our animal feed here because it is the cheapest spot in town. Problem is, we live 30 minutes away and they are always out of at least one of the items......always. we may have to start going somewhere else. We may just break even.

As always Im greeted as I enter. People are friendly and helpful. I love my Tractor Suppy..!!

Friendly staff and have just about everything you need for a smaller store. Limited parking so squeezing a large trailer can be difficult but the service you receive is the best I have received from the other Tractor Supply ever.

First tractor supply Ive been to and I was very disappointed. Their shelves werent stocked and the people working there dont seem to know about anything. I was hoping to get some hydraulic parts for my log splitter, but this place had absolutely nothing. Their hydraulic section was almost completely empty.

Great alternative to Hope Depot and Clifton & Warren on the East end of town. They may not have everything these other stores have, but do have a very good selection and probably a few things others dont.

My wife and I were there and loved their selection but no one greeted us, tried to help us, or even made eye contact. The store wasnt busy which I wouldve understood if that was the case. So we walked out and went on our way. I hope to see their customer service improve because I liked the store and would like to give them another chance.

The staff often seems disorganized and untrained. Help loading is never offered like all the feed stores do in town. Quality is the same or lower as the home improvement big box stores at higher prices.

My girlfriends and I just had a very negative experience at tractor supply today. We wanted to exchange a defective item that we had purchased. We were not familiar with the return policy. Instead of just politely explaining it to us the manager Ronnie was quite hostile and aggressive towards my girlfriend. We walked out of the store. We had planned on spending upwards of $100 in additional purchases today alone. We are very disappointed with our shopping experience.

Absolutely ridiculous. They leave their cattle and horse protein tubs out in the rain to get wet (ruining them) and let them MOLD and STILL try to sell them to cattle producers! Did you know that those baked cattle protein tubs are SPECIFICALLY designed to stay DRY so cows dont get sick by eating too much when they get soft/wet? You are directly effecting local cattle producers by your absolute NEGLIGENCE. PLEASE COVER THE DANG PROTEIN TUBS!!!!!! Oh, and you NEED to price match to your other local stores (Auburn/Jackson) as your prices are at LEAST $1.00 more on several livestock products. Want to stay in business? DO BETTER BUSINESS! I give literally $20k to TSC each year but this is getting ridiculous.

Dirty looking woman out front on her cell phone gives the dirty look when i walked up to enter the store.. it was because she worked there and was going to have to cut her phone call short and help me.. then was absolutely no help and sent me on my wsy..Also the store is in the bad part of town.. homeless drug addicts all over the place..

Horrible customer service!!! Wouldnt recomend this place to anybody! And they are way over priced!
