Well i had a bad experience yesterday at home depot. I had a hammer id bought there that the handle broke. Hammer had lifetime warranty bt since the store doesnt carry that brand anymore a customer service lady named tami gave me hell about it didnt want to return it so after arguing for atleast 30 minutes she finaly called a manager and he thankfuly exchanged the hammer. I only wanted a replacement but tami wouldnt do it. Thankfuly for the manager im back at work hammering today..
