The Pool Place has been INCREDIBLY helpful while weve been working to get our pool ready for the season. They have helped educate us and lead us in the right direction with the right products to get the pool crystal clear with the chlorine and PH levels all where it needs to be. I am a new pool owner and let me tell you, its not easy! I spent a good 45 minutes there while they tested my water and educated me on why it was the way it was! These guys are great! Repeat customer for sure!

I paid 400.00 for a heavy duty pool ladder. I found after the fact that amazon had the EXACT one for 195.00. I feel totally ripped off. Do you homework, stay away from this place!!!!!!! 👎

Just went by and they tested our spa water for free! We are new spa owners and it hasnt been easy getting the water balanced. They were very helpful and well definitely be going back for our chemicals and future testing.

Ive been in here twice now looking for parts for my grandmas pool. Both times the guy was a jerk. The second time before i even finished describing what I was looking for he said nope we dont have it. They act like if you arent buying something expensive like a new pool/spa then they dont have time for you.

They have a wide selection and are very knowledgeable. Chemical crates and pool testing is also here

I dont understand all these negative reviews. I have had nothing but good service and good advice. I have a large in-ground pool. They test my water, free of charge of course, because I buy my chemicals from them. If their prices seem high its because they provide the service. Try getting that on the internet! I support local business whenever I can.

We received a LOT of guidence! We have called for follow up assistance and they were happy to help. I didnt feel like a burden asking so many questions.
