Took off from work to be home for delivery and they never showed up on day washer was supposed to be delivered not even a phone call, when I called to ask where they were they seemed to have no idea what was going on and claimed they were scheduled to deliver 3 days prior. Once the delivery finally came they delivered a broken washing machine. when I called they said they needed to talk to the driver and would call me right back. Few hours later still no call, I called them back and still had no update. Finally when I called yet again they said they needed to talk to a boss that he would come in at 1 and would call me back as soon as they got in. Again I never received a call back even when I followed up. Needless to say horrible customer service. I was able to fix the washer MYSELF but shouldn’t have had to do that seeing as I paid for a NEW washing machine that should have been working. Maybe someone in management will eventually call me back but we’ll see regardless lost a longtime customer.

Every appliance we own has come from them. Highly recommend them. Cant say enough about their customer service.

This is a great store. Sal, Rose and Richard are very helpful and knowlageable about the products they sell. Plus one has the advantage of the Plainfield NJ store being in the special lower sales tax region. I highly recomend coming to this store.

The appliances are nice; however customer service is laughable.We received our range oven without burn caps and bases at the beginning of May. It’s now the middle of June and I still haven’t been able to use my new stove because we still don’t have all the pieces. After several calls and emails, I can only say that their customer service is extremely lacking. We’ve been hung up on when asked to speak with a manager and advised we probably threw these parts away when unpacking... the stove didn’t come packaged so that’s not really an option.So disappointed in my experience with them and my problem still is not resolved.

4 MONTHS! I purchased a high end Electrolux washer, dryer and pedestals from here, prices were great, delivery and aftermath was HORRIBLE! They damaged my floors scratching new hardwood floors and stairs, ripped off door molding from my laundry room, and damaged both washer and dryer face lbs in the process. Been trying to get them fixed for 4 months now! Delivery is an extension of the product / services you provide, and they’ve failed big time in that peice,... only reason they didn’t get one star was because their prices were best, to save 50 bucks but go through all this hassle I’m not sure it’s worth it.

This is a great place to buy your appliances especially with the lower sales tax District. The sales people are extremely helpful and go out of their way to help you find the right Appliance that you need
