I clearly told the sales rep at the dealership that if I were to purchase a vehicle, they could not run my credit through more than a couple banks. Clearly. Rep understood for we had a discussion on how lots like to run your credit through many, many banks. The dealership went ahead and ran it through MANY, MANY more banks than what I had told them to. Completely unacceptable & lack of respect in that regard. Wouldn’t trust their word when it comes trusting them to handle your vehicle financing at that dealership. Feel very disrespected. Again, unacceptable.

I contacted Baily Jones 2 days before visiting the store. He send me the spec sheet on the vehicle I was interested in. He met me and my wife when we arrived at the dealership. He had the truck ready to demonstrate and test drive while my trade was being evaluated. Baily worked up the deal sheet and I purchased the truck. The service was fine, and the staff was nice. But, I had an appointment for an oil change, and it took almost 2 hours. I could see it taking more time if I didn’t have an appointment, but that’s pretty extreme. I will go elsewhere next time.

Overall, had a great buying experience with Andy Mohr. We never felt pressured by our salesman, Gary Bates. He was very helpful throughout the entire process, from start to finish. This was the least stressful car buying experience that Ive ever had. It did turn out that there was an issue with the vehicle we had purchased, which we discovered hours after leaving the dealership. But we called Gary and he made sure the necessary repairs took place (at their expense). I would highly recommend this dealership to others, and would buy another vehicle there again myself.

I scheduled a 4:30 oil change and got out of there at 6:30. I got into my truck and the washer fluid light was still on. Had to pull back in to get this topped off. This is the second oil change since having the truck and this has been overlooked both times. I know its not a big deal but maybe a checklist would help.

Andy Mohr had the vehicle we were looking for in stock. Our salesman was excellent in his knowledge, personality, and time he spent with us for the entire process. Finance department helped us secure the payment we were looking for and he too was very personable. We were just looking but ended up just buying the vehicle as our experience with staff was wonderful.

I contacted this dealer in regards to a 2021 Tahoe they have in stock. They are a 5 hour round trip for me so I was hoping to assure pricing, and availability. First off I was discouraged to even contact them due to the listed price stating $4000 above mrsp SOME dealers do ad ons, or extras so I was trying to see why that was? I was told there was nothing extra. They raised the price due to the demand, and market. They did this to their other available Tahoe as well, the same $4000 unexplained price increase. In my experience this dealership has no integrity. There are plenty of dealers around who would not use these times to their advantage. I was truly blown away. I will say the lady I was dealing with Destiny was awesome! She was super helpful and very honest. She understood totally and tried to help me negotiate over the phone, to avoid making the trip. Ultimately they refused to sell at their MRSP and really counting on that extra $4000 to make or break their deal. Well it definitely was a deal breaker for me. Its the principle. $4000 isnt much to $70,000 its just the point, and principle. Have a dose of integrity Andy Mohr. Our country is in financial distress, technology shortages, and huge inflation rises everywhere. How dare you add to the troubles for gain off customers in need. Shame on you.

My technician or service advisor handled everything for me and made the process so easy and smooth. I had waited months to get my vehicle fixed because I didnt want to hassle with contacting the warranty company about my used vehicle and extended warranty etc I had purchased. I figured they would say it was not covered. He (Cody Elliott) did all that for me and gave me prices for everything before anything was done and even had things fixed under my extended purchased warranty that I hadnt realized needed repaired.Im very satisfied and will definitely take my Chevy Tahoe with 136,000 miles back for repairs.
Got my new to me 2018 Silverado this week at Andy Mohr Chevrolet. Just came to look - had been shopping for over 2 months. Ended up liking the truck I looked at and sat down to strike a deal. It helped that the price was fair, the trade-in offer met my minimum and everyone was nice. I stress nice because I forgot some stuff in my trade-in and Carter (awesome salesman) came in early the next day to help me access my old SUV. Well done Andy Mohr Chevrolet - well done.
I sat up there for over three hours, they for one didnt fix the entire problem so I still have the issue. And secondly I was waiting up there for my car after it was done for idk how many hours before I noticed my car was done. No one even said anything to me. Poor customer service. Your just a number, they dont care. Wont be going back.

I was not disappointed. I spoke with Troy about what I was looking for. Service personnel seemed a little reluctant to acknowledge my presence when I first pulled up into the bay. Had to stand there for awhile before anyone helped me.
Service was not friendly. was in touch w/ rep all day about when to pick up vehicle. I called at 5 pm when I had my ride home from work to see if i could pick up the vehicle. They told me would not be ready at 6 pm friday and they will call in the morning when ready to pick it up. Rep called back 20 mins later and said vehicle was now ready. obviously inconcenvienced I asked what changed in 20 mins, rep was very rude along w/ upper management. Was hung up on and told there should be no complaint that they rushed the job.
This review is for Michael C. I went into the dealership to get a feel for what type of SUV that I would like as I am moving from a car to SUV for the first time and wanted to test drive a few. Michael greeted us very warmly, he offered us beverages and told us where the restrooms were located to make us feel comfortable while we were there. He asked a lot of questions about what I was looking for and worked to find a few vehicles for me to test drive that were within the parameters I had told him. I could tell that he paid attention to what I said. We went out and test drove a few with him. He didn’t try to talk the whole time and be pushy yet still provided information when I inquired and pointed out certain features he thought I would enjoy. The test drives went great and helped me to narrow down to what I wanted. I was very comfortable and didn’t feel pressured into making choices that day although I did run a credit app at my own choice to see what the numbers would look like and to prepare for my final purchase in a few weeks. He was very understanding of my budget and the payment range that I wanted to stay in. I did end up finding a vehicle I am super interested in and Michael even let us go through the Starbucks in it to get a feel for how it would be as my daily driver which was extremely nice and helpful. I got a great vibe from Michael the whole time and we couldn’t have asked for anything more from our experience there. I am very pleased and would feel comfortable making my purchase with him in a few weeks when I am ready and will be back to do so!
By far the worst vehicle dealership I’ve ever been in. The kind of dealership that has a new Equinox listed at $33k on window $35k online and lays down $36k on paper in front of you then tells you they marked up their vehicles $2k of msrp and your GM discount is only worth $2k. Then calls after I leave to ask me what price would get me back. NO THANKS TO DISHONEST BUSINESS! FYI your GM price is not a discount it is a set price on the vehicle. Truly the definition of a scummy sales team. Went to Penske and had a print off of the GM price in front of me and payment options in less than 5 minutes. No hassle and no scummy sales team. I’d give zero stars if I could.

Vehicle we went to see was sold (after talking to them on phone). Then we were told about a red truck of which we went to 5 different places at their facility to see and never found it. Found out a salesman drove it home for weekend, later. Finally found a truck we were interested, but tailgate was froze shut. They didn’t want to pull it into heated garage because “shop was closed”. I told them I would not buy it until I saw into the bed of it. Someone finally pulled it in for us. We were there 5 hrs. We purchased the “Certified Vehicle” when it was cold. Now that it is warm, when we turned the a/c on, it doesn’t work. The sticker on the windshield says the a/c was checked which obviously it was not, but the refused to repair it without using our extended warranty. We feel we were not treated honestly.

Andy Mohr car dealerships engage is fraudulent business. My husband and I bought a new Equinox in 2017 from Andy Mohr Chevy. Today I went to get a trade appraisal and to my surprise the vehicle was involved in an accident one month before our purchase. Our appraisal is now at least $1500 lower because of this. AT NO TIME DID ANDY MOHR EMPLOYEES DISCLOSE THIS DURING THE PURCHASE. We bought the car thinking it was NEW and therefore no reason to look at the carfax. Going back through our deal paperwork NOTHING is mentioned of the accident. Simply put this is fraud and breach of contract. We will be lodging a consumer complaint with the State’s Attorney General tomorrow and reaching out to a local government representative on potential steps forward. I will be reaching out to General Motors customer service and taking it to our mechanic to see how well the repair was done. To anyone reading this don’t waste your time or money at any Andy Mohr dealerships, they do not conduct honest business.
Only one person spoke to me the hour and 15 minutes I waited for my oil change. Countless employees walked around never asked if I had been helped or anything. The lady that checked me into my appointment was very rude never introduced her self. She didnt even inform me that the oil prices had gone up. Wasnt a big deal to me however if could of been to someone else. By far the worst customer service Ive experienced from any chevy dealer.

I was looking to sell my car for what I owed on my loan. Doug, the KBB Purchasing Manager- made the experience super easy and convenient. Destiny called me the day after I got an Instant Cash offer from KBB. I wanted to know if this was legit and how the process was going to work. Was it real? What did I have to do?I went in and Doug clearly explained everything. He showed me too offers, one from April and one for this week as the appraisals fluctuate due to the market, and May cam out to be an more. However, Doug asked me what my goals are and what I wanted. Clearly, I wasnt there to make money b/c I still owed a chunk on my loan. He offered to take the car off my hands at the loan amount. Simple. I said of course! Signed my documents to sell my car. I made an appt over a week in advance and when I dropped my car off, I was told theyd get to it by the next day. I called the following afternoon as I had received no update and was told that no one had even looked at it. I will absolutely never recommend the service dept to anyone. People make appts for a reason, but this company obviously has no regard for that. The only plus side (and why Im leaving 2 stars instead of 1) is that their customer service team was very friendly and acted quickly once I expressed my complaints about my car not being ready at the promised time.

Great place! We just recently purchased a Chevy Colorado with the help from Bill Sidebottom. He was awesome! Nobody was pressuring us like you would get at most car dealerships. We love our truck and would recommend them to others.
Slowest service department i know of. Whats the point of setting up a time to get my car looked at when i told you what needs replaced but it takes 24-48 hours to do a diagnoses on it. But replacing a starter is only a 4 hour job. Now im without a vehicle till monday or tuesday even if yall decide to start working on it friday even though i got the car towed there and made the appointment at 3pm on thursday.
I set up an appt to see a vehicle. Then drive over an hour to the dealership. They took my license and information then told me the car has been sold that morning. 10/10 do not recommend! Bad business move.

Drive 2 hours to pick it up and not even washed or clean in any way.The salesman should be not be working in sales. Bailey should be flipping hamburgers and not dealing with customers. My husband and I purchased a new truck from this dealership. We absolutely love the truck. Sales were awesome. however their service department fell short. We decided to use Andy Mohr for service at least while the warranties are still active on the truck. When my husband took the truck in for its first routine oil change and check up, he was treated poorly. He said he felt that it was a burden to them that he was there. He said there was a women who checked him out and was very rude and unwilling to help with any question he had. My first thought of this is We are paying customers. We shouldnt be treated as if we are there to free load. second, if your unwilling to help maybe look for a different occupation thats not dealing with customers.
James Mack did a great job as before. We asked for Jeff Sparks and was not disappointed. We travel two hours to have this dynamic duo but well worth it. No pressure sales by either one. They share the facts and let us make the decisions. This is the second time in 3 months that we have made a purchase from them.
The dealership doesnt listen to what your saying, they are pushy and rude. They redeem your GM discount without you ever buying the car and then you proceed to get things in the mail and emails about your new chevrolet blazer that you didnt buy. Hopefully, whomever bought it was treated better than my husband and I, hopefully you actually listened to them.. but probably not considering Im getting emails for their vehicle.

My experience with the Sales department at Andy Mohr Chevrolet has been phenomenal! To the point that we purchased a 2021 Tahoe in November and a new Trailblazer last week. However, our experience with the Parts and Service departments has been abysmal. We ordered roof rack rails for our Tahoe from the Parts department.At the time we ordered them we indicated we wanted to use our GM Card points to pay for it and was told that would be ok. When my wife took the Tahoe in, after 3 hours, which did include addressing a recall, she was told she could not use the points and was having issues getting logged into her GM Card. She was then told that she could not leave until this was addressed and they would not wait until I got home from work later that day to figure out what was going on. Keep in mind these were $500 roof rails that we were wanting to put on after spending over $75,000 in new cars at your dealership in the last 4 months. Fortunately, our sales guy, who has been phenomenal, got involved and the Sales Department paid for the roof rails. This was not needed as I could have helped to address the issue when I got home later that day and paid for them ourselves.Additionally, while my wife was getting the work completed, this was never indicated that paying by points would be an issue, nor was she ever kept up to date on the status of the installation and recall work being performed. She lost 3+ hours in her day had she known or been kept up to date on the status of the repair work and made different arrangements so that she wasnt sitting there for 3+ hours. We live in Avon, and actually went to Andy Mohr Chevrolet despite Champion Chevrolet being closer to us. Not sure at this point which Chevy dealership I want to have my Chevy Service work done. These 2 vehicles are our first GM autos in 10+ years and I was not impressed. In that time our other vehicles have been from Jeep, Chrysler, BMW, and Porsche and the Service departments have been outstanding.The only reason I rate this as a 2 is that our Salesman stepped in and got the issue resolved. Had he not done that I would have given a 0 on this survey.

Told me it must be different car and not the same. Its exact same car just different colors. Waste of my time. Dont tell people you will do one thing then not honor it. I dont care if you say your losing money or not. What youre not doing is honoring your word and thats why youre receiving one star. Would give negative if I could. Will say sales person Chris was great to deal with though. Not his fault.

I set an appointment to get a diagnosis on a check engine light over the weekend for 7:30am Monday morning. I dropped the car off and was told it would take a couple of hours. By Monday afternoon I was told it would take 2-3 days. I finally got a call on the 10th saying they couldnt find anything and that the codes were in the history. Really disappointed that it took 3 days to get an answer on a code when I set an appointment for Monday. I bought the car from that dealership but I wont EVER bring it back for service there again.
