Ive been to this location for about 10 years. They’ve always been very helpful and knowledgeable when I’m buying parts, letting me know about things I might have overlooked, and saved me a few trips. Also the fact that they test batteries and run car diagnostics is super convenient. Today Ishva helped me with some parts and a Battery check, thanks again Ishva.

Went in to Advance Auto Parts to get some refrigerant for my vehicle. I was immediately greeted upon entering the store. I asked the gentleman at the counter where the refrigerant was located he immediately showed me I proceeded to make my purchase and was in and out in 2 minutes. Great service from Matt he is an asset to your company.

Bought wipers .. I was helped by a very nice young man that looked up what I needed as I had no idea.. he also installed them free .. guess price was included with purchase .. not positive about that. But would recommend this place .. very nice employees and seem to have everything you could need .

Walked in and waited over 15min for a desk clerk. Only 1 clerk at the counter. Interrupted him while helping another customer before me... And asked if there was another person that could help... he snarled at me saying other employees are busy! So I walked out... Wont come back ever if thats how customers are treated.

The salesman really was quite helpful in explaining the Griots product line. We made our purchase there after he priced matched another competitor. Definately will use this location again.

Place sucks at making sure part numbers and models match. And once the correct part is in youd think they would make sure all the hardware you need is in the box.... they don’t. 5th time there in 2 days I finally get to put the cv axle on....

Today is very cold I walk in asked the yong man that I need windshield wipers can replace them for me his response was of course no problem so I paid for the windshield wipers and in no time I was on my way so from now on these will be the only place Ill use whatever I will need for my car 😀
