Great customer service!! I came in one night because one of my headlights were out.One of the guys (Kelby) went over & beyond to put the light in my car for me. The manager on duty & the young lady there was equally as nice.Nice to see employees who represent their store well with excellent customer service!!! Thank you !!!!

Need to expand your variety of products unfortunately there are parts that are not found and you have to wait for the order and return when they notify you within 3 days; I From another point of view, you will find a wide variety of accessories that are very useful when your toolbox is missing something.

Workers are unwilling to help customers. I needed to find out why my check engine light was on. I was given the equipment and told to do it myself.
Its a good place to go if u just need something thats out on the floor. For example oil, light bulbs, or car accessories. I dont recommend buying anything that the sales people need to get behind the counter. I bought brakes and rotors from this store and when i got home it was the wrong ones for my car. I exchanged them for the correct ones and again when i got home they were the wrong ones. I went back again and when they checked the box and parts it turned out it was the correct box but wrong parts inside. I tried to exchange it one more time but instead of exchanging the guy just put the money back on my moms credit card. When i told him i didnt want to do that i wanted to exchange for the correct parts he told me that it was to late he already but the money back on the card and if i wanted to buy the parts my mom had to be there with the card. Which was impossible since she just left to go back to South Carolina. I had to get the manager and he agreed to talk to my mom and do the transaction over the phone. Finally after going back and forth 3 times i got the correct parts. That day was a nightmare.
Bought brakes, rotors and calipers, unfortunately had to go to another AZ store to complete my order. A minor inconvenience, but an inconvenience.
The manager Dennis is the best. He has always taken care of my car needs. Hands down he is partly the reason that is such a great store.
Knowledgable staff and they work with you like wiper blades, bulbs, and more importantly the check engine. Just so everyone has an idea it can get pretty busy so just expect a little more wait time. Overall they are decent people

Will never buy again at any AutoZone... trying to return a part with out a receipt was the worse experience ..all I wanted was credit for the part that I bought (a $200 battery) ...going back to pep boys ... dont buy . dont buy.. dont buy..at AutoZone still have the part :(

My battery died at 9 at night I was desperate and felt hopeless I googled auto part store open late found this place was open Juan was so great by the time I got there it was 9:50 10 minutes before they closed he patiently took care of me and even changed my battery for me thank you so much Juan for your time and patience especially with a 9 month pregnant women!

I wish I could give zero stars. I called ahead and asked if they had a ford antenna adapter. The person I spoke to on the phone said “yeah probably.” When I showed up to the store I found out it was a product that they apparently didn’t even carry. I didn’t see it in the aisle, and when I said that I didn’t see it there no one offered to look it up or put in any additional effort. No apologies no care and all the while they’re goofing off behind the counter. Is it terribly frustrating experience and a waste of 30 minutes.And whichever genius put the “in” and “out” stickers on the doors did it wrong.

Terrible customer service. Employees on phones socializing on work time. Managers lack of patience and friendly service is a bummer. Lack of knowledge on inventory is just horrible. I purchased a car cover and had to return two times because of lack of knowledge on staff.

Literally spent $90 for a battery replacement at Nissan. 2 months later come to this location and I forgot the guys name but hes like $5 then replaces my battery....... Morale of the story come to these guys first

The worst! Needed an oil filter called ahead the rep told me it was available. I called back 30mins later so he could have the filter ready for my wife to pick it up. He said that would be no problem the part is ready. She showed up 20mins later they supposedly dont have any in stock. They are a bunch of liers.
Poor attitudes on the guys behind the desk. Id go to a different auto parts store if I were you such as Dunnellen or Terrill Road...
You can always find help in AutoZone. No complaints here.
Went to get headlight lamps/bulbs and the package was the only 1 but previously opened smh. For $53 Im not taking a chance on that.

Staff are always knowledgeable corteous and efficient.For all ladies out there bring your insurance card (there uou will findor your car stats) like. Year, make model so you get the right part or they will order it for you (like a rear brake bulb.)If you dont have a reliable mechanic They will conect your car to the diagnóstic computer and will give you an idea of whats wrong in a general sense. Customer service bad with Diana R. was trying to find some parts for my car she always hid in the counter and the only one who was helping was the manager, when she asked me if I needed help, she was very roudly, she always was angry and she told me “i dont have parts for you car” come on manager talk to that rude girl who doesnt have any experience.

I waited 40 minutes while three staff members helped one person. The 4th employee just walked around aimlessly.Once I purchased my part, I attempted to change it in the parking lot to find I didnt need it.I walked in for a return and THEY DIDNT EVEN CHECK IF I USED IT. I could have stolen from them and left without issue.
Pricey but they had what I needed.
Dont know what there doing its a shame if you dont speak Spanish dont think their going to help you.
