As a contractor its hard to find reliable trustworthy subs and fabricators. After a long search and some trial and error with other granite fabricators I was referred to Tribeca from a fellow contractor. From that first job to today they have always provided a great product at affordable cost with no hassle and complete professionalism. That was 8 years ago and I havent had a second thought and have never sought another fabricator even when our work load was high at the same time theirs was high it was always worth the wait. Their installers are personable and have always made my clients feel comfortable and like they were just an extension of my company. Thank you Jim, Stacy, Aneta, the installers and shop crew! I highly recommend them if you are a home owner or contractor for all of your countertop needs. They also carry some great cabinet lines like Bertch and Shiloh that I have used on many jobs. They are top quality and I have never had an issue that wasnt easily resolved.

Tribeca was the third granite business we visited and was clearly the best. Aneta assisted us in the store, arranged for us to see larger samples at the shop, and was our contact for the installation as well. The guys at the shop and the installers were helpful and meticulous. What a great business to work with.

Great trustworthy company. I had my kitchen counter top replaced. Process was simple and straightforward. Everything was timely, expect good craftsmanship from them as well. Prices are reasonable and there were no hidden fees. Overall nice people and company to sign a contract with. I will definitely be a returning customer in the future.

Came in on a Saturday to look at Quartz for our bathroom. Picked one that day and they came a few days later to measure. Early the following week it was installed. Very professional and the installation was perfect. I would absolutely use them again!

I HIGHLY recommend Tribeca! Jim and his staff were knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way. Anyone can sell you a slab of quartz or granite, but the service after the sale is what matters most! We had small fit issue due to the age of our house and Jim was personally on-site to make sure the counter was fit to perfection! I cant say enough good things about Tribeca. We will definitely be back for our bathroom remodels. If you need counters, cabinets, or tile - this is THE place!

During my bathroom remodel, this place was one of the nicest and easiest places to work with! I needed a shower bench and threshold and the ladies at the store were so accommodating and pleasant. They sent me to the warehouse to pick out my piece of granite and the workers there were so helpful and polite. The granite piece I chose is absolutely beautiful and cut perfectly. I cant believe the professionalism and kindness from their customer service which is such a rare find these days! Hopefully one day Ill get new kitchen counters and wont hesitate to give Tribeca my business again!

So happy I found Tribeca! Very fast process from the first time I walked in their door to new countertops installed in my house. They answer questions in a very timely fashion, every single person I had any interaction with was super nice, and my new quartz countertops look fantastic! Awesome experience for us as first time granite buyers. We shopped around at a few places in the Plainfield area, but Tribeca won us over with customer service. Prices were comparable everywhere we looked, but working with Jim and his team was awesome -- Jim took the time to explain anything and everything to us and made sure wed be happy with our purchase down the road (vs. just trying to get the sale). Highly recommend.

Did the install for my very expensive kitchen granite since my contractor wanted to use them. The edges have never been uniform or smooth. The edges were never polished and now three years later the epoxy seam connecting the two slabs has split. Stay away Especially if you have expensive black granite that shows everything

Its not a big flashy showroom with hundreds of slabs, but the help you will receive from Phyllis is outstanding. I would do business with this company again just because she is THAT good with people! She encouraged me to go to the fabrication site and pick out my remnant, which I did, and even the gentleman there who cuts and polishes the granite was perfectly wonderful and helpful to me. The granite isnt in yet, but I have a lot of faith knowing how Phyllis is on top of things. Its really sort of amazing. She had my name all written out on a form and remembered exactly what I had told her on the phone from the day before when I showed up, and I always felt that she had my best interest in mind. Will return to her!

Went in on Saturday, February 10th to get a quote for Quartz or Granite counter tops for our upcoming kitchen remodel. The lady was nice, albeit new, and tried her best to help us. We decided on a granite color we liked and I asked what kind of price estimate would we be looking at for 40 SQFT. She said she doesnt provide quotes and that the owner will email me on Monday with a quote. I filled out their form with all my info and emailed them detailed plans of our kitchen layout.Apparently my job is not good enough for them because almost 3 weeks later I still have not heard from them. I decided to go with Midwest Stone instead...

I am very disappointed to see this negative post about my company, Tribeca Marble & Granite. I remember speaking to this client about the cracks that appeared in her counter top after being in her home for 5 years. Granite does not crack for no reason, someone or something had put weight or force on the top to crack it in two places. I did offer to come out and repair the cracks for a nominal fee, which she declined. We had our granite installed about 5 years ago. Its beautiful. However, the granite by our cooktop has a huge crack on both the front and back of the glass cooktop. When I called to ask if Tribeca would assist, they told me that they would not warranty it. They claimed that someone must have stood on it. It would be impossible to stand where the crack is. Extremely disappointed with the lack of service. We will never shop there again.
