Writing this review and they are lucky there isn’t an option to give 0 stars where do I begin. Started with a free quote for them to look at my property and give me pricing on my railings that would need to be custom made and would take 3-4weeks(fully understandable) Once the 4weeks had past no communication no checking in with me about process of my purchase and was scheduled a week later (again no problem) was scheduled on a Monday for a 8-4 window I which they said they don’t communicate or give a call or heads up when they will arrive (which I thought was weird since it’s 2021 and that seems like common practice for a GOOD BUSINESS) wasted my entire day no communication waiting for my custom railings I waited over a month for. Called their office to be greeted by their representative Michelle who was very rude and a delight to speak to who refused to get me in contact with a manager, the company then proceeded to send a team out the following day w/o communicating this with me and then did the job COMPLETELY WRONG AND THEN DIDNT COMPLETE the job after MEASURING THE JOB AND WAITING AND ENTIRE MONTH also they just tossed my old railings to the side of my property didn’t even clean up after themselves (I will post pictures to prove I’m not lying) and with all of this the manager Fitzgerald will not return my phone calls and when we did speak treated me as if oh well I would just need to be patient and this is just how it happens. And sales rep Eric who helps start this transaction was very cool at beginning but now he isn’t answering my calls or text as I have an incomplete front deck that was done by this company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND WOULDN NOT RECOMMEND!! DO NOT BUY

I highly recommend this place. They are the best in customer service from their wonderful office staff all the way to Fitzgerald. The girls in the office are always so professional and polite. FItzgerald and his team have been amazing. Everyone shows up on time and the installation was done in an ideal time. I will definitely be getting work done with them soon and recommending them. They are the best, hands down!

I just want to say I had an amazing experience with this company. They were very helpful with any questions I had. They were on time with everything. I spoke to Jorge and was very helpful. I see these other reviews from months ago and I can say that they have definitely improved. F&C is the best!!!

I will NEVER use this company again!! I was promised 14-21 business days for installation and waited 2 months. Also was told installation would be a certain date and no show 3 times. I always had to call to find out what was happening and given multiple excuses, horrible communication. Ive never written a review in my life but this company was so bad I had to let people know what to expect. Id give 0 stars if possible

They did about 500 feet of fence at my house! I loved their work! When all other companies told me about 4-5 weeks this company gave me my fences in no more than 14 days! I would recommend this company.

We used FC Professionals for our new front step railings. Jorge and his crew made multiple trips to make sure our measurements and design were just right. FC’s craftsmanship and professionalism were superior! We can’t recommend them enough for a job well done.

NOT RECOMMENDED this company. I order rear railings and railing of my front door entrance. They made the orders wrong. They told me they will ready in 3 weeks which is not true. They said they will call me they never did. I have to call them. Still waiting for my orders.

Waiting for my handrail from last 2 months and still waiting,they keep giving me wrong promises, just find out that its not even been fabricated. Never had such bad experience 😨

Did not keep their word. Said they would install the rails in ten days AT MOST. Over THREE weeks have passed, and when I called them, they said they would call back. They NEVER did. Cannot recommend.Considering that some of the 5-star ratings have no reviews, there’s no justification for why the company should have such a high score; please be cautious when selecting a company to do your rails. I’ve lost my trust completely.

Great customer service. We worked with Segundo. We visited the office and selected our railings. They we installed within the estimated time frame. Excellent workmanship... We are very happy with the product and service.

Terrible! First they estimated that our railing would take 3 weeks to make, it actually took more than 6 weeks. Their communication was poor. I had to constantly call to find out the status. After the railing was installed one section was uneven. I told them that this needed to be taken care of. No response. My landscaper had to contact them before any repairs were made and this took 6 months. They charged the balance on my CC without first confirming with me and never sent me a receipt. Very unprofessional will never use them or refer them.HKI would give them 0 stars

I recently bought a house and I needed railings. One of my neighbors recommended F&C! And they did an amazing job! I would suggest going to them for railings!

Saw one of their pick up trucks pull over near woods and begin urinating. Its the middle of the day, and the are small children that are in the area. Furthermore, those woods are peoples backyards/property. Did I mention that this is down the block from a park?! Oh, and theres a gas station two blocks away with a clean restroom. If this is the professionalism that their employees conduct, then I will never recommend them for a job opportunity. Lastly, let me say that Ive never contacted them about work before, but just seeing this poor behavior is appalling. The woman I contacted at their office was just shocked by the whole ordeal

They come and did a job for me, and I was not satisfied. They do not pick up your phone call or try to fix the issue, so beware!

I had a railing installed on my rear steps they did a nice in making and installing it. The installer said he learned a trick to drill a hole towards the bottom of the three supports that are cemented into the top plate of the steps. After the first winter I noticed there were cracks in the top plate of the steps. So basically he drilled a hole so the water would drain into the post, freeze and crack the slab. I contacted them and they were going to come out and inspect it. They never called or came to address the issue. I called several time and also emailed them I never got a response. There is no customer service and they do not stand behind there work.

I rarely ever write a review but I felt obligated to warn anyone debating using this company to beware. The quality of the work is awful, when they actually show up. Trying to reach them or deal with them on the phone is another nightmare. Worst customer service.

Really nice job their work is great, the detail in the railings really impressed my siblings I would highly recommend with any doubt to this guys.

Nobody ever answers the phone at the office. Late requests for quotes and everybody points the finger to someone else. Will never do business with non-responsive companies. My two stars are for their low price otherwise they would get 1.
