Mike was awesome and so efficient!!! I have never been so excited to get a new garage door before!! It’s so fancy!!! It tells the temperature inside the garage, gives me notifications when the door opens and closes, and it has a camera!!! It’s so quiet I love it so much!!! I will definitely recommend this company again! We got our last garage door from them 20 years ago at was a great experience as well!! Thank you so much!!!

Got home to broken cable and door stuck half way through. Called doors by Russ on my neighbors recommendation. Called at 330pm. Mike was at my house at 4pm (mind you they close at 4). The BEST! The spring broke on one of our garage doors and they came the same day I called to repair it. Our repair guy Mike was awesome and fast! No hidden or extra cost. For workmanship and technician I would give 5 stars as we have used this company since our home was built but today it is a 4 star. The only reason for the lesser score is the interactions over the phone.When my wife called in as the door would not open and she had to get kids from school, she was not given a time frame or feeling that she was a priority. I can get that they were trying to get her into the schedule but leaving her wondering for hours was not professional or appreciated.Just keep the customer informed and do not be grumpy if she calls back for an update!

I recently had Doors By Russ install a new Haas 764 Series Steel Insulated door to replace a 22 year old door (also sold and installed by Doors By Russ) on my Hinsdale home. The prompt friendly service from the Owner Josh, quality of garage door and opener, installation and price paid was as good as it gets. Danny showed up right on time and installed everything perfectly, hauled away the old door and cleaned up the job. I also had a new Door Opener installed. The LiftMaster WLED is super quiet and lights up the entire garage. I have already recommended Doors by Russ to all my friends and family for all their garage door and operator needs.

We had 6 month of problems with a new garage door opener. When we finally got in contact with Doors by Russ, they were great, they managed to solve our problems with one 30 min visit. These problems could not be fixed by the company that installed our opener, even the manufacturer was unable to help.
