I will only let Ben at Cycle House touch my bike. Let me tell you all something. This man knows his stuff inside and out. He is transparent with you and tells you exactly what’s going on. Even when I had an appointment two weeks out he was passing his knowledge on to me trying to fix my problem with my bike. I did as much as I could before I took it to him. I did pay him for his expertise he gave me before the appointment and when I took my bike in, he had it running good as new in quite literally 5 minutes. This man is surgical at what he does. I cannot recommend him enough. Do not let other shops scam you and beat around the bush with you. Ben will get you right. Just know that if you take your bike to anyone else, you’re wrong.
