John helped me today to send a few packages. He was super friendly and very helpful. I was rushing around on the phone after being on hold with At&T about the packages I was sending and I couldn’t hang up. He was very respectful and patient even though I felt very rude for being on the phone. 10 out of 10 I would recommend!

John went above and beyond to ship a chandelier to me. He communicated to me throughout the whole process of packaging, payment, and shipping. The chandelier arrived to me well packaged and intact. This is what great customer service is all about!!!

I’ve been trying for the last two months to reorder pocket folders with our logo on them. The first order we did last year was great with a fast turn around time. This year I ordered the same ones. Waited a month with no call back, called John and he said he misplaced my number. Fair enough, it happens. He called back a few days later to say they were complete and ready to pick up. The wrong folders were ordered. Fair enough #2. He said he would reorder for me. It’s been well over a month. I have left messages but to no avail. I guess he just doesn’t want our business.
Second time ive had to go to this location since well they arent friendly or positive. First time. They couldnt ship for some reason. Second time. Get this pessimistic of a manager not real sure, but has zero positive attitude about helping even granted i spent almost 100 bucks for shipping.. i always prefer the fed ex location on main over this. I even use the UPS dropboxes for amazon returns so I dont have to go to this place. Have enough negativity in the world. If you are running and have a business open at this time. Be positive!! Or friendly!!! Something other than just negativity Maybe this store is really for people to buy Scosche magent mounts for their cell phones. Not sure. But try and just be nice to people.
I was told my packages were going to be here one day then I take off work to be here because its signature required then Im told its going to be another two days before it gets here the packages are sitting 8.4 miles from my house and they cant get it to me for another three days worst carrier service ever
This place charges a $1 just to print one copy of paper when other stores charge 26 cents

Oh my goodness. The old gentlemen that looks like a frustrated college professor is the angriest little man I have ever had the complete displeasure of dealing with. I had to return a broken phone, and didnt notice the return label was for uspS rather than UPS (honestly would be more comfortable with UPS). When I smiled and handed over the package, I asked for a receipt of some kind.Apparently this type of mistake is common enough that it terrorizes his dreams. He launched into a lecture and informed me that he would not be able to do anything of the sort, pointed out the one letter mistake (at length), placed the envelope on the counter, spun around and flounced away.Id be impressed if i had paid to see a high school drama. As it stands, it was bafflingly annoying.So, no, not my favorite spot.
I ship and receive a lot of packages from this particular store and I have always found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I depend on them for my business needs and they deliver.
