Top notch location and Tons of parking in the Woodbury Plaza strip. The area is easy to get to and traffic flows pretty well since during my visit on a Saturday afternoon I was able to get in and out relatively East. The store is spacious and well laid out. Employees were extremely helpful and in this particular day they were sampling the nespresso machines which make amazing coffee and espresso. Store wasn’t overly crowded either, will definitely be returning to continue furnishing the new place.

The look is a little strange ie not refreshed and in money-saving mode. The signs are not taped/attached well. Limited new items. Maybe this store is closing soon?

Live up to the image expectation of its brand. Neat, organized and clean. I like the single line checkout and acceptance of even-expried coupons.

I placed order online for pickup. Unfortunately after I came to pick it up, I found out that majority of items I ordered are not available... Stores towel section had been a mess for while since I visited it a couple of weeks ago.

That is one of my favorite stores.We miss the Huntington store

We ordered online for a curbside pickup. When we received notification that our order was arrived. Checked in by providing our pickup spot number and car details. We then waited about 5 for a store representative to deliver our items to our trunk. Fast easy and contactless interactions. This was very efficient.

Its a great store, but a bit smaller than the other bed bath and be beyond stores. This store has the essential items only.

Always love this place but their workers needs to be more friendly and welcoming. Indian lady at the customer care counter was very curt and unfriendly.

This is a fairly well stocked place. I checked online for the product I was getting the night before or the morning of. I was sad when I arrived and this item wasnt there. I will do better and order online for pickup next time.

Wonderful place to look for any kind of home goods and beauty appliances, and indoor and outdoor home pieces. There is to much to mention here though.

Store is not well stocked anymore

If you ever want to go to a bed bath and beyond store for any of your needs please do not go to this specific store and if you even plan on working at a bed and beyond stay far away from this store as well horrible management the workers have attitudes very disrespectful the managers Malik, Ed, and Jarrod are no help to anyone’s issues at all they fail to address any issues they don’t take any issues seriously they barely have a answer to any questions asked to them the aisles are extremely dirty the store has a very unpleasant Oder i even saw a few mice roaming around the far back corners of some aisles I highly recommend everyone to avoid this store at all costs

Visited during the holidays, 2 days before x-mas, staff very professional and helpful. I was the last customer instore during closing time, staff was patient....it was greatly appreciated and was able t ok finish all my shopping.

For a BBB this is as good as it gets. That said, it should be understood that all their stores price up some products. They do have a price match guarantee so you could use that. The staff is great and the location is convenient with plenty of parking space. Nothing to complain about here.

Bed Bath and Beyond is a great store with so many new products and other wonderful selections. But the best thing is the customer service is here at the Plainview location. All the people are wonderful and you can always find someone to help you when needed. We all love going to this store.

Good selection of kitchen products such as draw liners and silverware racks.Only thing is they need more staff to checkout. Otherwise their products for sale are excellent!

I went there I went there for special items meanwhile the shelves a very empty and the items they have on sale are not in the store or online to buy, very disappointed in the store that they cannot keep items that they put on sale in stock or online to buy but I guess after the sale is over I go there I will find the items I am looking for because they are no longer on sale they will not even give you a rain check cuz they say they dont know if theyre ever going to get the items back in

I always enjoy wandering around Bed Bath & Beyond. And the coupons always make it worth my while. Can be a bit pricey but that is where the coupons come in handy

One of my favorite stores Bed Bath & Beyond had some great sales items. Needed a few small items for my Airbnb, but of course I always see other stuff. New guests arriving tomorrow. Need to refresh the place!

Always find what Im looking for. Usually shop online but if Im in a rush Ill stop here. Not always the cheapest if you dont bring your 20% coupon

My mother recieved a juicer for a gift that was purchased from the Plainview NY store. My mother and her friends love that store. Long story short, she was not happy with it and wanted to return it. She did not have a receipt, but she just wanted store credit. IMPOSSIBLE according to the rude customer service rep, so I asked to speak to the manager and here came Sir Molik the assistant manager who thinks he owns all of the Bed Beyond stores. Ive never met anyone so unhelpful and rude in that position. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. What do we do with it, shes not happy. My recommendations to everyone reading this dont buy electronic anything from this store. They wont return or exchange them without a receipt. So you give one as a gift and dont give them the receipt, if they dont like it theyre screwed. You can buy from Amazon, Macys, Bestbuy, Homedepot, Lowes, and feel safe that if your friends are not happy they can exchange without a receipt or have to deal with rude sales wanna-bes who will never will be managers, at this store.

Filthy and disapointing.

I had the worst experience here. All workers were rude and manager was obnoxious. I purchased two items that were on clearance months before as I was having work done in my house, after all work was done I went to put them both together and of course there was missing parts. I brought back these items and because I did not have my receipt they wanted to do nothing for me. Meanwhile they had others in stock and it had the bed bath and beyond stickers on them. They told me I could get 20 % of what the items are worth now but they were worth 19.99 which I paid over 90 dollars for. I asked if they could please at least get me the parts ..thats all I need or its just garbage becuase I cant put them together. They told me there is nothing they could do. I proceeded to go onto the website and give reviews stating items were missing and I have now received all the hardware needed and put both items together. No thanks to the rude and obnoxious people in that store. I will never spend another dollar there and I hope they change their customer service to help customers who have spent their hard earned money to pay their salary otherwise they need to find a job that requires this type of horrible behavior. At least I finally recieved what I needed, .no ..thanks to the employees of that store
