I came here for Candle Day .. OF COURSE.. and the employees were so nice and welcoming! They only allowed 13 people in (max capacity for the store is 22) and gave us samples of hand sanitizer on the way in. I had plenty of comfortable space to do my shopping :) I loved my experience at this location and Ill definitely be coming back.

If you walk in this store be prepared to drop a few coins because you’re likely gonna want to buy one or two if everything you put your nose to. No but in all seriousness, this is a great store in general and a great bath & body works as well, easy to get to, well laid out and simple up navigate and the staff during my visit were all great and a pleasure to deal with. Looking forward to going back when more deals are on.

Very welcoming and smart employees and good smelling fragrances. Candles can be a little pricey depending on scent but are still great

Has a lot for an outlet store. Its pretty straight forward and everything is pretty neat and in place. No crazy invasion of smells either which makes it even better.22 people are allowed in during covid. The entire strip mall is being renovated too. Other then that the staff are pretty awesome and nice. Helped for last minute mothers day find.

Although the staff appear to be friendly it is sometimes over bearing as well. Yesterday I walked into the location and a woman at the door automatically went to hand me a scented piece of paper and then asked me to smell hand sanitizers. It was such an overload and I wanted to ask her if she understood that if I smell this scent and spray the hand sanitizer right after I wouldnt be able to differ between the two products.

Took advantage of great sale and stocked up on bodyvsprays. Friendly staff. Always buy something special there. Body lotions are wonderful with very good coverage and youll find a scent you love.

Always a pleasant store to walk into, the employees are super helpful even with my silly boyfriend asking if they carry a manly facial scrub 😂 I just love the body sprays from this store, especially the holiday scents which are coming back shortly and I couldnt be more excited

Too many smells. Between my mask and the array of scents I was becoming asphyxiated!However the sales associates were extremely resourceful.

The way the greeters jump on you as soon as you walk in and keep coming up to you and asking do you need help 5 times in 10 minutes, and getting me a shopping bag when I am purchasing 2 plug in refills, really made me want to get out of there as fast as possible and not buy anything. Just back off! Its not rocket science. If I need help, I will come to you. Really a drag shopping in B&BW 😠

What can I say. This is my second home. I love BBW. Location is convenient as I work in the area which could be a good and bad thing. Parking is good. The staff is friendly and helpful. Like I said, it is my second home.

Believe it or not, my first time at this store in Plainview! OMG! The sales girls are so professional and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable there. Yes! I bought my son some things in there. I know he will love it! I highly recommend this store! 😎😍

Why does this company always have the need to constantly push quantity buy special offers? How about selling everything for the price it comes down to once you do the math?? So for body care, just charge what its meant to be...about $5 to $7 each and soaps $3. Cut out all that sale nonsense & do bottom line pricing, therefore the customer will feel less fleeced & pressured! The staff here get a little impatient but going in, you have to make it your business to understand the clientele in this area. Overall, the products are decent, especially aromatherapy. And the store has a nice layout.

Love the products! Kind of pricey but if you get emails, coupons and shop sales, you can get great deals.

Beautiful to look at...nice smells...very popular...they wont help with coupons if its not on a day that you purchase even if its the next day...thats not the best customer service on a 20% coupon

Everybody super kind and helpful the lines move fast and theyre always accommodating! you got exactly what you think you would get out of Bath & Body Works lots of fragrances when you walk in the door tons of candles soaps and hand lotions its always stocked and beautifully presented and everybodys always working looks busy and its kind to the customers!!!!

Bath & Body Works is a great store, albeit over priced. This store is average, nothing special about it. Truly no difference from any other store.
