Ravii is absolutely the best specialist! She is so professional and VERY good at what she does. I have never had a bad experience at this location, esp since finding Ravii!

My 9 year old wanted to wax center eyebrows literally 5 hairs and they charged me full price $23. Told the manager that’s not right, stuck to it. Just terrible, at least charge me 1/2 price. Not nice! Should’ve told me before she waxed!

I’ve been waxing with EWC for the last 7 years and have been to multiple locations in other states as well as locally and this location is by far the BEST, I’ve ever been to. My go to waxer is Sofia K. Everyone here is very kind and the waxers are diligent but Sofia is definitely my preferred waxer. She is my main reason for always going back. I’ve referred everyone I know to her.

They are very clean and are following all precautions necessary to make your visit safe. I go to Ravii and she is great. Talks to you the entire time to make you feel comfortable and you dont feel the pain as much.

I love European Wax, this location, and my waxer, Amanda!! Amanda always does a great job making sure to get every last hair and shes so much fun I actually look forward to my appointment because we talk and laugh the whole time shes working on me. Shes also great with my allergies/sensitive skin and is always encouraging and educating me about how to get the most out of my waxing appointments (exfoliate, exfoliate, exfoliate!).

Melissa is amazing. She always goes out of her way to make sure I’m satisfied with my service. And I always am. She’s the best and I will always go back to her.

I went to get waxed for my ears and nose. I was nervous and didn’t know what to expect. When I went there everyone was very nice. My waxer Ashley made me feel comfortable and talked me through the entire wax and it went great! I’ll be back!!

This place is a 10/10. Very friendly staff and a great, clean environment overall. Leanne is a master waxer and my only go-to over here. I highly recommend her if you need a good laugh or just a feel good, overall amazing experience, but I recommend European Wax Center in Plainview too.I used to go to the nail salon and get my eyebrows waxed there. My skin would become so irritated, swollen, and I would have burn marks sometimes after I got them waxed.I was recommended to come here instead and I have not looked back ever since. My skin isn’t irritated, it doesn’t hurt, and the redness only lasts for a couple of hours instead of a couple of days. Leanne has helped shaped the natural curve of my eyebrows and they look better than they ever have.Also, she waxes my nose now after she told me that was a thing (for those of you who are as self conscious as I am about nose hairs, please try it) and I add that into my monthly routine when I come back to her :)Thanks Leanne

I went to European wax to get my eyebrows waxed was bit nervous since I wanted them shaped so I didn’t want them too thin. I got there and the front desk girls were great and told me my waxer Tara will be out shortly. Tara sure come out with a smile. She was so welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. She did an amazing job on my eyebrows and even sold me the brow powder and pencil! I booked my next appointment with her for 2 weeks and couldn’t be more pleased with the center and my waxer! Highly recommend this European wax center!

The first time I came here I left with the best brows Ive ever had! I tried to make my appointment with Deanna again, but sadly she was out. I was really nervous to have someone else do my brows because of a bad experience I had at a Euro Wax Center in Manhattan where I left with thin brows. Unfortunately I couldnt wait a week to have them done with Deanna. After specifically saying I dont like my eyebrows thin, I left with very thinned out tails of my brows on both sides. Its taken me so, so long to get my brows to a good place that made me feel confident. Im so upset at how they look. Now all I can do is wait for them to grow back...But if you go here and can make an appointment with Deanna, I really recommend her.

Got my eyebrows waxed for the first time at EWC. A.M.A.Z.I.N.G experience! It was vertically painless and everyone there was SO NICE (Natalie helped me up front, she was SUCH a doll) !! I have absolutely NOTHING to complain about! Tara in Plainview did my waxing and she was PERFECT! I will never go back to a nail salon for waxing again! EWC is my now go to place for ALL waxing! 💞 🙈

Was my first time getting waxed but couldn’t have had a better expierence! My waxer was Tara and she made the process so easy and quick! I did my under arms and Brazilian and it only took 15 minutes! She was very personable and knowledgeable and reccomended that I come back in 4 weeks. I certainly booked with her and purchased the ingrown hair serum and the polish. As Tara said the after care is just as important as keeping up with your waxes!

WOW! I went European Wax Center in Plainview to get a Brazilian. Leanne is AMAZING. She is super experienced and makes what could be an uncomfortable situation very relaxing and practically painless. I’ve been going to her ever since! Make sure to book with her in advance. She’s the best and it’s no secret, the girl books out! Also, the girls up front are so sweet and informative of the different products and packages available. Great experience overall everytime.

I was a few minutes early for a 12:15pm appt and became a little worried after waiting 10 minutes for my technician. I had be back to work at 1pm. Since my technician still wasnt ready i was given to Danielle...thank goodness!!! This girl is fast!!! She did my Brazilian and underarms in 20 minutes! Just wanted to say European Wax Center of Plainview is the best best best waxing facility!! The management staff (Franny and Kristal) are the most amazing people. Theyre extremely helpful and fix problems immediately. On top of that the worlds best waxer Leanne works here. Many of the waxers are great but Leanne is by far the best best best!! Thank you guys for keeping the place clean and sanitary. Its always a great experience when I come!

They made it easy on the phone to find a reservation time that worked best for me then when I came in were both very nice, welcoming, and helped showed me ways I can save money waxing. I had Melissa as my wax specialist and right away I felt so comfortable in the room. She broke down every step so we were on the same page and I felt comfortable as it was my first time. She was fast and painless. I was in and out of there in 15 mins! The center is spotless everything is so clean and sanitary even the bathroom was spotless. I will DEFINITELY be coming back in the next few weeks and I highly recommend Plainview European Wax Center and highly recondmend Melissa as your wax specialist!

This location is horrible!! Ive WAS a monthly customer ever since they opened. Not any more!!! The technician turn-around in this location is astounding! Ive been bumped, changed and handed off to various technicians because the ones I make a returning appointment with after my services never stay! The appointment I showed up for today was canceled because the technician I was to see had an unexpected leave of absence and they didnt reschedule me. This is on top of having this appointment already moved once because the original technician I was to see was no longer with the company. And did I mention I received an appointment reminder email last night to be there for my appointment today? Im beyond frustrated with this company in general. This place is a one-shot deal, not for loyal and regular clients.

I usually go to the Merrick location but since I was in the Plainview area I decided to go here. Well, what a mistake that was!!!! I saw Tiffany and from the minute I walked into the room, I felt rushed. (I did go on the week of Feb 14th..but still!) I got a Brazilan wax and the pain was horrific! No, this was not my first time..The lady was sooo rough and as shes waxing me..starts telling me thats shes burnt out and exhausted bc of Valentines Day.(GREAT!) :*( Long story short..I get home and take a closer look..I still have wax stuck to my skin everywhere! 2 hrs later Im still in pain and I wake up the next day with dark purple brusies all up and down my bikini line!!!! NOT HAPPY..dont waste your time and money!

Love my 2 girls here Dana and Lisa. Clean, dont have to wait usually on time, I am just taking away a star for some of the girls at the desk, they are not always the nicest and they are terrible with answering phones.
