My store experience with Diana was wonderful. Whereas I started out not prepared for the new way the best bed for you is determined, she was extremely patient and was able to clearly explain everything and how all of the information would be beneficial in helping me determine what was best for my needs. I wasnt sure Id buy a bed that night, but I did, not because of any hard sell on her part, but because she was so patient and helpful. She made it a much more pleasant experience. I dont get my bed for a few days yet, but my store experience could not have been better.

Simon at the Plainview location was able to help me out the other day. He was very knowledge, professional, and flexible! I recommend anyone looking to visit a Mattress Firm in the area to do business with Simon!!

Simon did a great job helping me pick the right mattress, he could have sold me on a much more expensive mattress but he was honest and directed me to a piece that met my needs and stayed within my budget. Great experience.

Saw reviews online and was impressed. Salesman named Simon let us test the different types of bed.I was interested in Purple mattress as I already own one. Everything was ok till the end when he printed out the invoice, I ve noticed he SNEAKED a charge called a Platinum service he never mentioned for $150. I went back to confront him on the unmentioned charge and he said it was for 3 men who was going to put together my adjustable remote controlled bed frame. My total king sized medium firm purple mattress, adjustable bed frame, bed cover sheet and 3 year extended frame warranty plus the Platinum service came out to over $4000.Thought it was very SHADY of this salesman to just tag on a charge without mentioning it.Cant help but to feel swindled . So be cautious when dealing with guy Simon or the Mattress Firm location in Plainview Shopping Mall in Long Island.Addendum : after posting this comment, several hours later, Simon returned a call and promised to waive the $150 Platinum Service fee.I feel that was very nice of him and feel very satisfied.My ratings for Simon and Mattress Firm went up to 4 stars.

The salespeople were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They encouraged me to take as much time as I needed to make the best choice.

Finding the perfect fit for my pillow was easy, BUT... Simon, the salesperson, told me there was none left onsite (as I was about to pay) and asked me if I wanted to go to the warehouse (about a mile away). I had no issues with it, as I really needed this pillow ASAP. I got to the warehouse, no guard shack, no one was answering the bell. I call the showroom, he asks me if I followed his directions (which I did) and proceeded to tell me he would call the warehouse and that I should continue pressing the bell. 10 minutes go by, no word, so I call him back. Now he tells me that he never got anybody on the phone, and that he just so happened to find a pillow at the showroom, if I could circle back. Felt like I was being played, and I don’t appreciate that, especially after spending over $200 on a pillow.

Excellent sales person and delivery service

This was a very pleasant experience. I walked into mattress firm with low expectations to purchase a twin mattress for my daughter. Everything seemed a bit expensive but the sales person and I came up with a price that worked for my budget. We were able to pick up the mattress at the warehouse located very closely to my house the same day. All in all a good experience and great people working there.

I was very impressed at the service I received from the minute I walked in the store. I was given a tour and all my questions were answered. I left and returned a few days later in a rain storm because I know that this is where I am going to get the best quality for my money. Man oh man was I right. I personally recommend this location to everyone.

Shopping for a mattress was made very easy by Sofia. She knew the product very well and explained the differences amongst them. We were able to select a mattress within 20 min.

Happened to walk in on their first day being reopened since the pandemic. Diana was very sweet and helpful and made the process extremely easy. I am very satisfied with the service I received today and am looking forward to our new mattress!

A lot of variety, the pickup experience from their warehouse location is horrible. It’s difficult to find the location, you will have to find a booth location then speak with them via intercom then they will find your order. The intercom voice quality is terrible, it’s nearly impossible to understand what they are saying. Then they will ask you to wait on the ramp of a closed door for 5-15min for someone to open door. Incase your buying mattress just have them deliver directly to your home.

Diana was great! She was super informative about all the mattresses I had questions about and was patient with me as it took a good couple of weeks for me to finally decide on one. With her help I am sure I chose right!

Easy to see right off of South Oyster Bay Road servicing Plainview and the adjoining areas of Nassau County. Close to the Long Island Expressway. Plenty of parking and a wheel chair accessible entrance. Clean facilities. No public restrooms. Reasonably priced. We will definitely be going back.

At the warehouse, they wouldn’t assist me before closing, and instead stood and laughed at me from afar. Then the next day I come and get laughed at again at the intercom because the worker failed to hear the information she needed. Heard multiple laughs over the intercom. Horrible employees and customer service.

Waste of time. Two guys. They are willing to attach all types of fees to a mattress and box spring. After negotiations than the guy pressures you with a short time limit. This practice is done by any sales reps in all industries. I find this practice disturbing.
