Phil (sales associate) that works there has shown me the worst face of verizon. All i needed was help setting up a watch that I activated through them because I was having some trouble with it. While he sat on his seat with no customers in the store “i am busy right now, come back Monday”. Not only that’s disrespectful but i it just shows the level of commitment the employees have towards their job. Horrible customer service.

I bought an earbud plug in 2 weeks ago!!really wasn’t apple as the name appeared nowhere-on the box ! When it fell apart 2 weeks later not only did they not stand behind it but insisted it WAS apple product!! They are not honest ! Stay away from them. Much better off going to apple store with an appt!!!Just ordered online from apple for the same thing for less!!!PS. Just ordered from apple store in mellville, delivered to my house for less than Verizon Morton village was going to charge” as a favor”!!At least I know this is an apple product, not a knock off I can buy anywhere ( 7-11 ) for much less!! Shame on you Verizon, Morton village!!

Great experience today purchasing my new iPhone at the Plainview Verizon store in Morton Village. Phil was so helpful. He spent extra time helping me pick out and set up my new phone. The store was well stocked, clean and very professional. No need to go anywhere else.

He understood that it’s an age where all their friends have phones already but we were worried he was still too young. Blake was so great, I wish I could clone him I take him to work with me and then Dave the manager... he was multitasking and answered everyone... multiple people and I saw that the place was clean and they treat everyone so well. The guy there was very helpful and knowledgable. I was taken immediately. Its a smaller place which I keep forgetting about, but very handy when I need help. This place is smaller than those big stores so it feels more personal and you dont feel like cattle going through some sort of electronic corral.

We had a wonderful experience with Jazz and Subir at Verizon. We had switched to another provider to save money but we discovered that one of our phones did not work with the new provider. Jazz and Subir were extremely helpful in restoring our original plan with Verizon. In fact, we were so happy with their service, we added another line!

On October 3rd, I went to the VZ authorized dealer in Plainview, NY in Morton Village. My original visit with Blake and Dave was fine. They informed me of my trade-in value during the upgrade process and that I would have to bring in my old phone to complete the process. My 2nd visit was absolutely horrendous. I spoke with Blake and he referred me to the manager who was on (which was not Dave). This employee should NEVER be allowed to deal with customers, especially women. He was so disrespectful and rude. He continuously interrupted me every time I spoke. I was trying to ask him why would I get a trade-in value of $100 broken up over 24 months, when I had to pay up front, appx $140 to upgrade. Why could I not get the $100 trade-in value off my bill at once? He kept cutting me off when I tried to speak and ask a question. Then, Blake came over. I proceeded to explain why wouldnt I get the $100 off my bill at one time, it does NOT change the promotion whether it is over the course of 24 mths or at one time. The way he spoke to Blake as well, was so degrading, as if he was speaking to a child. The employee had Blake stand next to him while he did whatever he was doing on the computer. He then tells me that its going to be issued as a gift card. I asked what that gift card can be used for. For example, can I put it towards my bill? I asked him multiple times to ensure he knew what I was asking. He responded yes. He specifically told Blake right in front of me, Do not say anything, just watch and ask me questions after. Now, I see that he only said this to shut me up. I get an email on 10/14 stating that my trade in was received and the estimated value is $4.17 monthly for 24 months! I have been with VZ for over 15 years and have never had such a disgusting experience such as this. As a female and customer, I was offended and treated as if I didnt know what I was talking about. I myself am a retail manager and would NEVER allow my staff to ever speak that way to a customer.
