Everytime I go in to ask a question the manager is always rude and definitely shouldnt be a manager nobody there even knows anything I feel like I should also switch service as well if this is how they are going to treat people but I am not going to switch because I dont have the money at the moment but I do love the service that cricket wireless has and provides but the workers are what needs to change horrible customer service

I usually have a very good experience with the store and staff however today the girl who helped me was very short with me and was more interested in going back to her stool and getting back on her phone. When I asked if I was due for an upgrade she replied have you had your phone longer than three months? to which I replied Ive had it a year and she responded then you are without giving the computer a glance to see if there was any way she could help me with the obvious upgrade for which I am due. Generally, I am very satisfied with my service and experience with cricket but I dont believe that girl belongs in customer service. I didnt catch her name but the name on the sales receipt was Julissa O and I do believe she needs a bit more training on customer relations.

Great Staff! The manager was amazing to myself and my elderly parents- in switching their lines from Verizon- We laughed and talked and could of stayed there all day with her and her staff! we made the right choice coming over to Cricket! Extremely affordable!

Workers are very rude and don’t really like to help with anything.They just want to be on there phones and give shorts answers to questions and not help with anything. Very poor customer service every time i go in. I really want to change companies already, i have my whole family with this company and even more of my family is with this company and if this don’t change y’all will be losing a lot of customers soon.

Straight talk cost more but its worth every penny. Pay as you go. We switched to cricket. I regret it. Its alot cheaper though.

Staff only helps when they see money. I called hoping for help all I revived back was I cant help you we are busy. Next time I shall go to Veron Tx at least their i get treated with respect.

Tried to buy a couple of sim cards to switch my parents over to cricket but they couldnt do that even though we were able to do it in Lubbock with no issues. Trying to shop in plainview is hard when they wont sell you what you need.

If i could give less than 1 star i would. The manager needs to learn how to treat customers. Ive gone in twice in the last 4 months and she was extremely rude both times. We will not be switching to Cricket any time soon if this is the best customer service you have to offer.

A brick-and-mortar store thats convenient to have in Plainview. The wait time can be long, but the good thing about it is that customers arent rushed out. Slower pace than the Cricket stores in Lubbock. Do call ahead to see if a specific device you want is in stock before making a trip. They typically wont put a device on hold for you to pick up at this location (different from store policies in Lubbock with more leeway). However, if you ask nicely and say you will pick up within a thirty-minute timeframe they will oblige.

They never answer the phone! They say they open at 10 but noone is ever there. We ordered tempered glass for a new phone and have even recieved!! If i could give 0 stars i would. Very dissatisfied with them rn.

How does a cell phone store run out of cell phone if I was the owner of this franchise store I would fire the manager in the assistant manager for letting the stock get so low that they dont have cell phones to sell and dont expect the shipment in for up to a week that is absolutely pathetic I dont know how this store stays in business I will drive to Lubbock or Amarillo before I ever use this store again

The worst staff that has taken care of me, I really think that for the other one I will go to Lubbock to pay if the telephone service does not work, the employees stand up as if they were doing you a favor or if they were working hard, Melissa G attended me. Im not going back to the store that out of three occasions, only one time they attended me regularly

The worst attention. The only reason to prefer them is their good sign, otherwise there are no benefits for their clients, any move you want to make will cost you money.
