They was able fix a problem that another store couldnt fix and charged me even though the other store didnt fix it. I told him this and he said if I cant fix it I wont charge you. that made me trust them.

I went there to have my laptop upgraded and I had a great experience. I dropped it off so they could inspect to see if it could be upgraded the way I wanted it and by the next morning they called me and told me they would indeed be able to do what I wanted and all for a low price. I picked it up a few hours later and I am so happy with it.The staff is great and the owner will work with you to get you a system/service that works for you. I highly recommend them.

I went in to have one piece of paper printed off a thumb drive. The man (owner) charged me $5. Five dollars to print one piece of paper is robbery. The lady in front of me made 6 copies for a total of 65 cents. Definitely depends on who you are on what you get charged. Go to FedEx instead!!

Absolute WORST experience ever! Horrible customer service. I was told it wouldnt cost no more than $50 to fix my computer and if it was more they would call and let me know BEFORE they tried to fix it. When they called me they told me I owed them $126 and basically said sorry about your bad luck. To top it off my computer is NOT FIXED!!! Do NOT EVER GO THERE!
