Love this pharmacy. Never long wait and always get my prescriptions correct. Sweet pharmacist whos always helpful when i have questions about any new medications.

The female pharmacist/ cashier (Shairoz) is extremely rude in every encounter Ive ever had with her. She goes out of her way to make snarky comments on the prescriptions I pick up. I stand there silently attempting to pick up my medications in peace and without fail, every single time, she will go out of her way to to make diminishing comments. I finally spoke up and said that was really rude to which she responded yeah I know and proceeded to giggle. I could not rate the interactions I have with this woman low enough- she should not be working in customer service, let alone something as personal as a pharmacy.

This pharmacy is absolutely amazing in so many ways! Many of the staff members know who I am and address me by name which is a nice personal touch especially for such a large busy pharmacy. My medications are always delivered in a timely fashion. Everybody is extremely friendly and helpful especially Allegra and Jennifer. They take their time to answer my questions and any concerns I may have. Thank you all for being so wonderful and accommodating!!!Everybody in the front of the store is also very nice and accommodating especially Rita. She takes the time to walk you to the isles and find whatever you’re looking for.

*** CUSTOMER WARNING *** This CVS, store #1216 is more concerned with profits to the store than a customer of over 15 yrs. I was informed by the Pharmacy dept. that my Ins. Co. was not covering my prescription. With no assistance from the consultant other than she was waiting for the Dr. to call in a less expensive script, that I asked about Good-RX. After a few moments, and a look of displeasure from the consultant, a reply that the $365 medication would be $95. $275.00 SAVINGS.... I know the pharmacists get paid a percentage of the store sales, but to not offer any alternative to a long term or even short term consumer is totally unacceptable. I will be sharing this terrible experience with the local community papers as well as all 50,000 + clients i have available to me from my business relationships in the community. By the way, CVS SPECIALY is no better.

On more than one occasion i was short supplied.When i asked for flu shot, was told they would do better if they didnt have to give this service.Not the most friendly bunch

I would love to pick up my script But there is ALWAYS A LINE & I HAVE A JOB.30 min to wait on your Line ! UghTransfer all my scripts.

After being given the wrong information at the pharmacy to my patients I called in to try and understand the issue and the pharmacist wasn’t pleasant at all. If you don’t like your job you really should find yourself another job. Being unpleasant over the phone serves no purpose it’s a waste of both yours and my time! Find some happiness.

Does anyone ever pick up the phone? Ever?

Came in late on New Years Eve and thank God they were open. Young guy working helped out tremendously.

Great CVS & pharmacy with super nice employees (except one guy with curly black hair). Pharmacy almost always has prescriptions within 15 mins if you want to wait for it. Very clean and usually short line; when its not it moves quickly.

Shopping in this location is a good experience friendly employee and real good train.

This is a great location the store is always clean and the staff is so friendly. I will always come back to this store.
