Awesome everything! Wasnt sure theyd be open during COVID, but they were. Ordered something today at 1:00, it was delivered by 3:00 and my brother LOVED IT! They customized it to commemorate his big 6-0. Its really hard right when you cant be with the ones you love to celebrate. Thanks Edible Arrangements Plainview, you made Bobs day (and Im a hero)!

The Plainview location is the worst. I have ordered from there several times, but not anymore. Whether I give it as a gift or buy for myself, their fruit is horrible. The next day, it is ready to be thrown out. I received a gift from this location last week - the order was incorrect, and the management showed no remorse and couldnt care less. Do yourself a favor and stay away!!

The corporation of edible arrangements should look into this establishment,Horrible horrible customer service and extremely rude and unprofessional!!!!!! Arrangements where horrible fruits are old!!!!! These people should not have tides with the franchise they are a horrible Representation of the corporation... I will be contacting the CEO!!!!

Love edible arrangements. I placed my order for same day delivery and Trina updated me about my arrangement 10 minutes within placing the order online. She was so nice and incredibly helpful!

I could not have been more pleased with the service and help from this store, and the fact that the store is kosher made it even better! Because I was sending an arrangement to a friend for a shiva, being kosher was an added plus. ALL of the fruit in the arrangement was extremely fresh and simply delicious! The employees were very sweet and catered to everything I wanted and more. If I were to do it all over again I would settle for nothing less but Edible Arrangements Plainview!

Terrible customer service. I ordered an arrangement for same day-delivery. It was 4:44 PM when I placed the order because I wasnt sure if the recipient would be home from surgery early enough so I ordered as soon as I received confirmation they were headed home. The website never indicated that same-day service would be a problem and they charged me $14.99 delivery charge. I specifically chose the Plainview store to take the order. About 45 minutes later I get a phone call from the Hicksville store informing me that same-day delivery would not be possible because they had no more trucks available for the day. Neither store closes until 7 PM. I called the corporate number to complain and they just route you to the store which obviously isnt concerned with customer service. So I called back and repeatedly pressed 0 until I got a corporate agent. He looked up the information and just confirmed what the store said. At no point in time was any effort made by the stores or the corporate office to rectify the situation. A simple, well refund the delivery charge as an offer of good-faith for our mistake would have sufficed but that was never on the table. The lesson is not to do business with this company. Just think for a moment that they ask you which store youd like to process your order and then the stores just reassign it however they see fit. Whats the point of even asking the customer then if they arent going to honor the selection?

STAY AWAY! BAD SERVICE! BAD MANAGEMENT IS AN EMBARRASSMENT FOR EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS EVERYWHERE. STAY AWAY!!!
