This is a great place to shop. They usually have everything you need. Great fish and deli department. The only reason I took one star off was because of their fresh fruit and veggie department. I think there should be more fresh fruits and veggies. Otherwise everything is great.

Well stocked store. Very clean and well kept

Somehow, when they built this new location a few years ago and moved from their old location they managed to make it less room to maneuver as well as somehow making it almost impossible to find anything in the store. The milk is in two different places the dairy is in two different places the meats are in different places it is amazing and mesmerizing to try to find anything in the store. Also, the current common feeder line seems to run through the bakery section or the aisle or wherever somebody makes it up that day I guess. Today, the common feeder line was crossing over the self-checkout line which caused wonderful confusion for everybody involved. Please reorganize this store.

The cashiers are all friendly and helpful! Ive been coming here for years and have become friendly with quite few of the staff. The whole store is beautiful, big and clean...except for the bathroom. The womens is 1 of the dirtiest bathrooms Ive ever been in. There has been feces a few times on the floor, toilet paper all over. The customers who come here, have no manners but unfortunately the store should still keep up and make sure its clean. I wanted to give this store 5 stars but, because of the many times Ive had bad experiences in the bathroom, I cannot.

Love this store, well stocked with fresh offerings. The staff is quite courteous.

Major props to ShopRite for handling the pandemic and shoppers as well as they did. Many shelves are fully stocked and I was delighted to find items I was not able to find in many other places. One lane isles are a great addition to store policy and could be something that sticks around long after this.

While certainly not an all-kosher supermarket, its a true pleasure to find a superstore supermarket with a strictly kosher butcher, separate kosher deli with hot rotisserie chicken and fried chicken and a certified dairy kosher bakery!

Shout out to Matthew the seafood department manager. He couldnt have been more kind and helpful-saved me on fathers day!. Steamed and cracked 8 lobsters for me in a flash! Perfectly cooked and the family had a great meal! THANK YOU!!!

Went in less than 10mins before closing, staff was very helpful with directing me around the store. Very nice store.

One of the cleanest and spacious ShopRite on LI with merchandise in stock most of the time. Check-out is fast and efficient and it can get very busy. Many available free parking even though partly sharing with other businesses.

They have a wide variety of products available, however the store is narrow as far as spacing goes. The prices are great for the things I shop there for specifically. However, if you are worried about maintaining 6 feet of space, you probably want to shop elsewhere.

Shoprite at this new location is very conveniently located and easily accessible from Old Country Road. new shopping plaza and lot of parking available. All the shopping aisles are spacious and your cart navigate through without hitting each others. rates are very reasonable and all the fresh produce are fresh.staff is very nice and helpful.

I was at Shoprite a week ago, I just moved here from Europe. As my English isn’t quite there yet I struggle on knowing the correct words. Bringing a list of selected images to go grocery shopping for my new home I asked an employee by the name of John for assistance. A small young child with careless brown hair. While wearing the mandated mask I refused to pull down to enunciate words, I showed the worker what I needed. Replying with “use your words” I tried my best to find the english words for help. I felt absolutely terrifed and embarrassed not the American welcome I was expecting. I just wanted some Almond milk, as he pointed to a random isle I went towards the direction just to be the laundry detergent isle. I felt played like a fool. I was lied to because of some lazy worker. Going back to check out I see the young man laughing with a friend while restocking about how I was “dumb” and “I couldn’t even understand her”. It is 2021 and not to be sensitive but how could you hire someone who is there to assist people of all kind to the public?? Not what I wanted. Never will be returning.

I go here every week. Food is always fresh. I get great bargains all the time!! Checkout is never a problem!

For a supermarket this take the crownPlenty of variety items help very courteous and knowledgeable of their inventory very clean come for yourself and find out it will be a good experience.

This location has to be one of the spotless locations on Long Island. There is always a wait to get in to the location in the mornings but this is the new normal. Love picking up their frozen Chinese food.

Love, love, love this new store. Although I live in the next county (Suffolk), this store is the closest to me in mileage. The store is clean and usually has everything I am looking for and also items I didnt know I needed until I saw them. I especially love the meat, vegetable and bakery sections and never leave the store without all the items on my list. I feel supremely comfortable at this site. Although there is plenty of parking, getting a handicapped parking spot is very difficult -- and that is my only negative thought.

I love this shoprite because if you ever wanna do bottles & cans there employees are nice and help you when help is needed !!

One of the cleanest supermarkets I’ve ever been too! Updated and very organized. Other stores should definitely take notes from shop rite. This is also in a great location off the LIE and if you have a Tesla you can charge at the supercharger while you shop!

Every time we order items from this location using ShopRite From Home we have missing items from our order. When you call the department to try to get help no one ever answers the phone, and you end up paying for items you never received.

Getting in was a bit of a hassle at night. Had to go thru the exit and the rest of the store looked in disarray

Good selection, but its just so big!!! Best to plan your trip in advance, so you dont have to go back and forth between the aisles. Overall, best supermarket in the area.

This is my favorite place to buy groceries. They have everything, and the prices are great. I love the store brand organic foods- very high quality. I adore the people who work there- always so friendly, helpful and hard working!

Terrible deli department. If I ever need cold cuts, I’ll shop somewhere else entirely, despite this place being the closest supermarket to me. The staff in the deli section could all use a class in people skills and how to operate the basic number calling machine. Do they intentionally hire the unfriendliest, lazy humans they can find?

The staff have been helpful every time Ive been in this store. The location is massive. The selection is massive. The produce department is beautiful. The parking lot is a bit hectic. The prices are a mixed bag. It really depends on what specials theyre running that week, and what youre looking for, but deals can be found. Definitely join the club if you havent already done so.

Always a great place to food shop

The location was clean, but its not a frugal location if thats what youre hoping for. Im only giving the location a 4, because the layout of the location was not designed well for people unfamiliar to this location. Theres a lot going on in the store, but not a lot of room to get to what you need fast. The signage and layout were not intuitive for my shopping flow.

Love this location. Even though it owned by the same family as the one on Oyster Bay Road, the experience is like night and day. Clearly labeled sale items, good layout, its bright, lines are small, cashiers are friendly.

You have done away with one way aisles. It was a nice way to remind customers to social distance. Yeah some people ignored it but at least I didn’t have to be the one to remind people to stop standing so close to each other and reach over each other. Today was stressful without it. Maybe you wanted to appease customers who were “inconvenienced” by it. So you have chosen them over me. I will find a new go to store. Very disappointed!!!!!

Other than the Toilet Paper Mania that swept Long Island at the beginning of the pandemic ShopRite has done a pretty good job at keeping things stocked. The One Direction Isles is a great idea but the one lane check out is something that should actually stay. I think its way more convenient

I do instacart and you have a worker at the old country road Plainview store .....his name is Ricardo very helpful not only to me but to other instacart shoppers ... he goes on and above .... he is a phenomenal employee ....to be truthful most employees are very helpful ..... great store to shop at .... for my customers and my personal 8/28/21 …… I do instacart and today I made an error with my order only to discover it while by the cashier ….. this cashier waited until I corrected my error ( which also meant I had to run to the produce section) taking about 10 minutes…. She patiently waited and was so caring … it’s one one the sweetest gesture I have ever had ….. thank you … you know who you are ( you too do instacart) the staff at this store are phenomenal all are very nice … from the produce ladies …. Through to the deli staff …. Always pleasant always very helpful …… oh yeah and my Jamaican crew ….they stock …… big up and thank you all for your help ( you make my job that much easier …..

Clean and nice

I am disappointed with County Pointe. Customer service is subpar versus at the former Morton Village and the Shoprite on Woodbury Rd. They went real big with size but fell short on customer service, the produce and general feel of the store. There is hardly anyone around to offer help as with the former, and the Woodbury Shoprite. I wished they would have expanded the Morton Village location instead of the expansive Country Pointe. Bigger doesnt always mean better.

I understand that CV-19 is making things difficult, but was still surprised at the empty shelves; the disorganization (I asked 3 different people where to find straws, got 3 answers, all wrong); the two pharmacy employees who had a 5 minute conversation among themselves while I waited for help (eventually giving up); and the unattended front desk.You can do better.

I like the cleanliness of the store and its well-stocked but the employees could be a whole lot more helpful. I asked a young man in the produce section where the ShopRite brand walnuts were and first he gave me the wrong answer and then said gee I dont know, I cant help you but in fact, he could have helped me by getting the manager and finding out where I needed to look. The staffers need to be more customer-friendly.

Very clean. The new location for ShopRite is way better than the old location. There is enough parking that you dont feel crowded. The actual store is also perfect... Tomorrow and well organized.
