There is always a good deal on a variety of items. Shelves always well stocked, and the international foods aisle has a nice variety, too.

I’ve been a shopper at this store for a good few years now. And I’ve noticed that for a good year now, that the toilet paper dispenser in the Customer Bathroom is either on the floor or covered with packaging tape.I guess the MANAGERS at that store are too cheap, and don’t want to spend Mr Greenfield’s money to properly fix the problem. You guys also have the money to give Andre the Service Manager a WEEKLY BONUS CHECK, for the least amount of hours he can give out to the Cashiers and Maintenance Workers. While also employing EIGHT managers, but you don’t have the money to properly fix the customer bathroom toilet paper dispenser.

Talk about bargain pricing and a new way to grocery shop. They mostly carry their own store branded items but Ive found a few general brands around the store.

Was just in Shoprite Plainview Old Country Road. Stopped in on way home since its on the way. I usually like coming to this location but today totally ruined it. I was at the seafood dept counter at around 450pm on Friday 8/20. I asked the gentlemen working the counter for 1.5 pounds piece of salmon which I pointed to. He rudely says what salmon do you want? I nicely reply the salmon for 8.99 on sale and 1.5 pound piece please. I see him put 4 small pieces on the scale and I ssid I would like one piece at 1.5 pounds. He get aggravated with a sigh of relief. Whatever maybe he was having a bad day. However when he gave me my fish I said thank you and nothing came out of his mouth. I wanted to speak to manager about it but I was in a hurry. Like he works in a service environment. His job is to provide good customer service.

Clean and well stocked. Andre and Yoma are the sweetest people to see each visit.

Eventhough the store was out of stock with some of my items, the stock men looked up the items on their scanners and told me when they would be in stock.

This was the first time my wife and I have done in store shopping during Covid-19 times, and we were pleasantly surprised to see how the store was set-up to protect customers. Masks were required in addition to social distancing which was easy to do late evening on Saturday night. We found everything we needed android check-out was easy. The store makes you wait on one checkout line that feeds 8 to 10 cash registers. Accordingly, you are always moving such that the wait is not too long. We will definitely be returning.

Dont use the self checkout!! If the scanner doesnt register an item and you dont notice it. Manager will catch you at the door and force you to pay a fine or be arrested for shoplifting

I will never shop at this store ever again, I called upper management concerning the manager Ryan and the Deli guy . Dont look at anything at the deli or look at the package of the prices they will say your stealing or removing the tag get a lower price. As a consumer never go here. Form of harassment. I will be writing a letter to upper management .

Go to Johns Farms for meat and veggies. LIDL for bread, snacks, milk and eggs. Shoprite for sale items. Their digital coupons annoy me.

I will start by saying I have shopped here for over 25 years and I even worked here with a few friends one summer in High School.The issue is they need to fix the bottle return department badly. They do such a crazy amount of business here and it is the social responsibility of the owners and the management team to fix this. People in this area are not doing this for the .5 cents but to help save an already polluted environment full of waste. I hope this will open the eyes of the people who can make this change happen because it is a shame and I can assure you they are doing insane business here so do the right thing and spend the money to make the changes!

Absolutely the best place to get prescriptions filled. I have been to many pharmacys in the area. Minimal wait, always have what you need, and are very informative.

Clean, well stocked and well organized. This shop rite had a much larger selection than the massapequa location. The staff was helpful and friendly and kept the holiday line moving smoothly even during covid restrictions.

Please for the love of God fix your new deli kiosk operating system. Don’t tell me you’re going to fix it or tell the manager and then act surprised when it doesn’t work every week I come here. Either fix it or put an out of order sign on it. Your deli app is terrible too. Come on. It’s 2020. It’s technologically possible to get these things right.

A good retail chain that offers some of the cheapest prices on groceries across the states. Shoprite with its discounts and digital coupons, retains most of its customers and offers prices that match or lower than the wholesale brands like Costco & BJs at retail standards. This is a growing brand and I am sure will grow pretty fast in the next few years.

Clean Convenient Affordable

A very popular grocery store. Clean, reasonable prices and usually well stocked. I mainly come here because of their Pharmacy which is convenient to my office and great service by J.J., the pharmacist and Sandy. Both very personable and helpful. Prices for prescriptions are competitive. Several good restaurants in this shopping center is a plus.

This store is normally a very good store to shop. Today 6-05-20 was very crowded. People were let into the store too quickly. As a result they had to close down a shopping aisle to create a line to feed the cash register lines.It was very close quarters and caused by poor control of shoppers coming into the store. Hopefully the store managers will take heed and find a better way to control the flow of the customers. Also there was a congestion at the end of most aisles... too many obstructions in the aisle and just too many shoppers. Fortunately most people were kind and polite.

Too crowded and man is everyone rude except the employees. I dont understand why some people seem to think the store is all theirs. Its called courtesy people. Do unto others!Store needs more space in this neighborhood.

This is my neighborhood market and I love it. I can shop for my familys favorites. They have everything I need. They even carry local and small craft brands. Great place to bump into friends. A real asset to the community.

I shop here all the time. The deli has so many choices and the food is always fresh. You can find what ever you want in the store. If you can’t find what you need there is always someone to help you. The store’s prices are competitive and you can find everything you need in one stop.

I always go here and hear the Wii music playing in the background. We never have problems here compared to king kullen where everything is expired. ShopRite keeps everything organized and makes sure there is nothing expired.

Well stocked store. Have a pretty decent selection for Asian and Southeast Asian cuisine. The butcher/meat section is always good. Their deli is fantastic! Tried anti-pastas, sandwiches, dips all solid.

I go there only if I have to. It has everything you need but a bit pricey. Its always crowded and people seem to be always in a rush. Shopping for food should be fun. I always have fun buying groceries. I dont have to hunt, fish or pull my vegetables from the ground. So yes I will continue to go to Shop Right if needed. Bon appetite.

My local supermarket. Lines are usually fast, but i go in the late evenings. Well stocked, clean and organized. Staff is helpful. There are 2 parking lots. The smaller one by the car wash is usually packed but the larger one at the main shopping center you can find something.

Omg today I had a middle age blondish reddish brown hair chunky cashier so rude. She had this huge conversation with the man behind me as she was ringing me up. I would have to interfere with their conversation to ask anything like coupon etc. All I know is she has 2 houses and works 3 job . Ugh I will remain in my town stop and shop were workers have people skills. Ugh no thank you have a nice day nothing just yapping and yapping away

Great market. The gefilte fish alone is worth shopping there. They make it fresh right there. They have terrific fish and seafood. This is a terrific chain. Used to go when I lived in Connecticut too. They also carry a reasonable organic selection. The stores are clean and well maintained.

This is a good Supermarket they have a great selection of items everybodys nice the lines move quick Ive never been unsatisfied with a purchase and they havent rectified it this is a good store!!!! The parking isnt the greatest here, well they do have handicap spots and handicap accessible ramp and doors the parking lot services so many stores you usually have to drive around for a while to find a good spot or just parked car and walk other than that its awesome!!

Not insanely large but big enough to have all you want. If you want the deli make sure you download the app and order a couple of hours ahead. The app shows you what aisle everything you want is in. It remembers what you bought to help your next shopping list. Nice store with a nice and helpful staff.

Great selection is even better now since they renovated and expanded the store. Cold cut section can be a long wait though so avoid it if possible. Ordered the Italian food platters for a party once and it came cold even though we asked for warm. At least it tasted good? Very busy even at night but efficient staff.

Shop rite of Plainview is the place to shop for freshness and prices are good. They ran sales on just about everything so you save money and get the benefits of freshness and greatness of any produce.hours are good and location is easy accessible. Over all we are satisfied with the staff as well.

Great store! Even though it’s always busy, the cashiers try to get you out as fast as possible. The employees are very friendly and will help you out. They do the best they can to keep customers satisfied.

I am absolutely horrified that you can have cashiers at your store that lack any empathy. My mother is a senior citizen who comes to store with other seniors from their senior center and I am beyond disgusted to hear from my mother that your cashier Yoma was so rude to her. When asked if she could double bag the groceries for her, she told her to do it herself despite my mother and other seniors with her are in their 70s and poor health. My mom brushed it away and asked the cashier if she could let her know if specific item was on sale and she tapped on the screen and told my mom she could look for herself. Obviously if my mother was able to read it herself or bag her own groceries she wouldn’t ask for help. I work in a service industry myself and it’s unacceptable to have people that represent your brand and interact with your customers have that attitude. Some sensitivity training would go a long way.

The ShopRite Is Good store the parking isnt great but other than that the store is awesome they have a huge produce section with lots of fresh fruit and vegetables even separate organic section for first fruits and vegetables as well as organic Frozen type foods!! I highly recommend this particular ShopRite minus the bad parking lot!

Out of my last 10 visits here, I dont think Ive ever come back with everything on my list, and its not as if Im buying esoteric items. For example, tonight they had zero 12-packs of Canada Dry or Schwepps seltzer. They usually stock both. They did have 3 packs of Vintage. And thats it. They had 4 bottles of Simply Apple juice, but all of them were 3 days past their sell by date.Their staff is either underpaid or mistreated, or at any rate they do a good impression of people that are both.The aisles are too narrow and poorly laid out.Parking on the entrance side of the store is atrocious.And this last one isnt the stores fault (or perhaps it is, due to the poor overall environment), but the customers are generally rude and abrupt. Even me, and Im generally a conscientiously polite guy. Its just that after running around looking for products that dont exist, squeezing by shopping carts, and trying to get the attention of disinterested staff, even the best of us are driven to irritation.I usually drive an extra 10 minutes to the Stop and Shop in Woodbury, even though I live within walking distance of this ShopRite. Id recommend that you do the same.

Very, very nice store. Has been busy both times Ive gone. Butcher very helpful in replenishing meat in fridge. Cashiers always helpful and polite. Will definitely go again. Front entrance crowded and difficult to navigate. Need to clear out some products so customers are not waiting on line to get inside.

Nice supermarket, friendly employees which helped direct me to what I needed. Unfortunately, 3 stars for bathroom not up to par. Bathroom was dirty, smelled like urine and worst part, no toilet paper, what made it worse was that the ( gentleman) bathroom attendant had just finished cleaning it. Smh!
